Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan stres pada karyawan perusahaan tambang di PT. Spirit Estetika Kreatif Utama. Penelitianini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa para pekerja tambang di perusahaan ini mengalami beberapa aspek yang terdapat pada stresor-stresor di dalam pekerjaan, seperti tidak adanya keterlibatan di dalam pengambilan keputusan, jenjang karir yang tidak jelas, kenaikan gaji yang tidak menentu, tidak adanya agenda rekreasi bersama dari perusahaan, lingkungan pekerjaan yang tidak nyaman, serta tidak tersedianya sarana mencegah stres sepertifasilitas untuk melakukan kegiatan olah raga. ...... The purpose of this research is to describe stress of employees in PT. Spirit Estetika Kreatif Utama. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive approcah. The results of this study illustrate that mine workers in this company are experiencing some aspects of stressors in work, such as lack of involvement in decision making, unclear career ladder, uncertain salary increases, absence shared leisure agenda of the company, uncomforTabel work environment, and unavailability of means of preventing stress such as facilities for sporting activities.

Abstrak :
This book focuses on the importance of human factors in optimizing the learning and training process. It reports on the latest research and best practices and discusses key principles of behavioral and cognitive science, which are extremely relevant to the design of instructional content and new technologies to support mobile and multimedia learning, virtual training and web-based learning, among others, as well as performance measurements, social and adaptive learning and many other types of educational technologies, with a special emphasis on those important in the corporate, higher education, and military training contexts.
