"Sunwater (will be addressed as SW) is a Govemment Owned Company. It supplies water and provides other water-related services to customers ranging liom industrial, agricultural, power station and urban development-Being a public service company, there’s no excuse for the company to fail to deliver water which will leads to delayed irrigation, unfulfilled industrial needs and customers’ dissatisfaction. SW service spreads all over Queensland with assets in its 25 major dams, 81 weirs and barrages, 72 pumping station and more than 2500 km of pipelines valued at AUD$2.7 billion. As a company that provides servicw, SW is very dependent on its assets. Thus, a proper management of asset is very significant.
Such large assets are likely to have so many data regarding to its purchasing, standard manual, service and maintenance history and renewal. It requires a good AM (asset management) strategy and a good database management to store the assets’ data and information, however until the current time the management of asset database at the company is unsatisiying.
The project aims to assist the company in identigring the source of AM data in the company database. The project will use the AM data View Reference as the starting point."

"Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan komunikasi data dalam mencapai tujuann§;a, salah satunya terukur melalui indikator pengukur kinexja dari manajemen pemeliharaan terhadap jaringan komunikasi data yang dimilikinya yang sesuai dengan visi, misi dan strategi perusahaan. Untuk menentukan indikator kinerja kunci bagi perusahaan komunikasi data ini, dilakukan penyebaran kuisioner ke beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang komunikasi data. Dari kuisioner tersebut, diambil 11 indikator yang telah direkomendasikan oleh responden yang akan menjadi indikator ki.I`lClj& kunci perusahaan komunikasi data. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan progmm Microsoj? Excel untuk perhitungan nilai skor. Dalam pengolahan data ini, jumlah indikator yang akan menjadi [KK akan ditentukan dari hasil kuisioner dengan menghitung nilai skor terbesar sampai terkecii hingga terpenuhi jumlah indikator yang direkomendasikan, yaitu 11 indikator. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh kelompok kehandalan sebagai indikator terpentlng bagi perusahaan jasa ini, yaitu sebesar 8l,82% dari 11 indikator yang direkomendasikan, dibandingkan dua kelompok lainnya, material dan biaya.

The success of a data communications company in achieving its goal, is measured, one of several, by means of the performance measurement indicator of maintenance management to its data communications network in accordance wim visions, missions and strategies used by the company. To determine the key performance indicator for data communications companies, questionaires are sent to some of the data communications companies. Out of those questionnaires, ll indicators which are recommended by respondents to be the key performance indicator of data communications company are taken. The data processing is done by using Microsoft Excel program for scoring. In this process, the number of indicators to become the KPI will be determined from the results of questionnaires by scoring from the highest to the lowest score, until the number of indicators recommended are achieved, those are 11 indicators. From the results of data analysis, a category of reliability as the most important indicators for the service company is obtained, that is 81,82% of the ll indicators which are recommended, compared with the other two groups, material and cost."

"Untuk menghemat energi dan memelihara kondisi BTS dari kerusakan, diperlukan suatu manajemen energi dan sistem data logger. Untuk mendapatkan suatu penghematan yang baik dari sebelumnya, beberapa sistem harus diganti dengan sistem yang memiliki penghematan energi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Sistem energi yang baik adalah sistem sistem yang dapat mengatur energi yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem. Penggunaan beberapa sensor untuk pengaturan energi dan sistem data logger untuk meyimpan data merupakan solusi yang baik untuk penghematan energi. Sistem yang telah dibuat mampu mengendalikan sistem penerangan dan sistem pendingin untuk nilai suhu dan intensitas cahaya yang telah ditentukan sebelum sistem ini bisa digunakan. Data logger yang dirancang pada sistem ini mampu menyimpan data selama 311 hari. Kata kunci: BTS, pengaturan energi, data logger.

For energy saving and protecting BTS condition from damage, it is needed management energy and data logger system. To obtain energy saving that is better than before, some systems must be change with systems that have better energy saving than before. A good energy system is the system can regulate energy that is needed by system. Using some sensors for energy management and data logger is a good solution for enegy saving. This system could control lighting system and cooling system for temperature value and lighting value that was defined before this system could be used. Data logger was designed for this system can store data for 311 days."

"Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan adalah unsur pelaksana teknis Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia yang memiliki tugas merumuskan dan melaksanakan kebijakan dan standarisasi teknis di bisang pemasyarakatan. Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan melakukan transformasi digital dalam menjalankan pelayanan pemasyarakatan. Transformasi digital sejalan dengan tata kelola data dan informasi yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Berdasarkan peraturan satu data Indonesia dan sistem pemerintah berbasis elektronik menjadi pedoman instansi pemerintah dalam pertukaran data dan penggunaan sistem informasi dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya. Menurut dokumen cetak biru TI Ditjenpas belum memiliki tata kelola data yang mengakibatkan beberapa data tidak valid dan tidak sesuai yang membuat kurangnya kualitas data. Dengan adanya tata kelola data memudahkan organisasi dalam mengelola data agar mendapatkan data yang terstandar dan berkualitas untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan data governance di Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan mengacu pada Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK). Pada penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran tingkat kematangan data governance untuk mengetahui peta kemampuan organisasi dalam menerapkan data governance, selanjutnya melakukan pemetaan peran, aktivitas, dan tanggungjawab, serta melakukan perancangan struktur organisasi data governance di Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan. Perancangan data governance dapat menjadi solusi untuk mempersiapkan manajemen data governance dalam mendukung kepatuhan terhadap regulasi.

The Directorate General of Corrections is the technical implementing element of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, which has the task of formulating and implementing policies and technical standardization in the correctional sector. The Directorate General of Corrections carries out digital transformation in correctional services. Digital transformation aligns with good data and information governance in achieving organizational goals. Based on the Indonesian one data regulation and an electronic-based government system, it becomes a guideline for government agencies in exchanging data and using information systems in carrying out their primary duties and functions. According to the IT blueprint document, Ditjenpas does not yet have data governance, resulting in invalid and inappropriate data and a lack of data quality. With data governance, it is easier for organizations to manage data in order to obtain standardized and quality data to solve existing problems. The method used in designing data governance at the Directorate General of Corrections refers to as the Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK). In this study, to measure the maturity level of data governance to determine the map of the organization's ability to implement data governance, then to map roles, activities, and responsibilities, and to design the organizational structure of data governance at the Directorate General of Corrections. Data governance design can be a solution to prepare data governance management to support regulatory compliance."
