The book entitled Advancements in Smart City and Intelligent Building is the Proceedings of the International Conference on Smart City and Intelligent Building (ICSCIB 2018) held in Hefei, China, September 15-16, 2018. It contains 58 papers in total categorized into 8 different tracks, on Building Energy Efficiency, Construction Robot and Automation, Intelligent Community and Urban Safety, Intelligentialization of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning System, Information Technology and Intelligent Transportation Systems, New Generation Intelligent Building Platform Techniques, Smart Home and Utility, and Smart Underground Space, which cover a wide range areas of smart cities and intelligent buildings. Buildings describe social and economic aspects in an environment, buildings provide shelter, space and facilities for human activities. but the implementation of a good maintenance system is not visible in some of the current government buildings in Indonesia. Unsuitable quality use can lead to construction failure. This aims of study to develop a quality management system in the implementation and monitpring process of government building maintenance work. Research method using Delphi method and survey questionnaire. The risks found in each activity are analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, resulting in the highest risk to be response. The result in this research is the risk based quality management system that can be applied in building maintenance work to improve the performance in government building environment.
Bangunan menggambarkan aspek sosial dan ekonomi dalam sebuah lingkungan, bangunan menyediakan tempat berlindung, ruang dan fasilitas untuk manusia beraktifitas. namun penerapan sistem pemeliharaan yang baik tidak terlihat dalam beberapa bangunan pemerintah di Indonesia saat ini. Penggunaan mutu yang tidak sesuai dapat menyebabkan kegagalan konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen mutu pada proses pelaksanaan dan pengawasan pekerjaan perawatan gedung pemerintah. metode penelitian menggunakan metode delphi dan survei kuesioner. Risiko yang ditemukan dalam setiap aktivitas dianalisa secara deskriptif dan kualitatif, sehingga menghasilkan risiko tertinggi dan responnya. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sistem manajemen mutu berbasis risiko yang dapat diaplikasikan pada lingkungan gedung pemerintah untuk meningkatkan performa.
