"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang pengendalian persediaan logistik menggunakan analisis ABC, EOQ, ROP, Max-Min, dan Kanban. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah Memperoleh gambaran pengendalian persediaan logistik umum pada tahap perencanaan dan penyimpanan di RSIA SamMarie Basra tahun 2015. Disain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif operational research. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengendalian persediaan logistik umum di RSIA SamMarie Basra belum didukung SPO dengan penghitungan perencanaan menggunakan metode konsumsi. Terdapat perbedaan safety stock dan frekuensi pemesanan antara sebelum dan sesudah analisis. Hasil analisis dan rancangan kartu Kanban dapat digunakan dalam pengendalian persediaan logistik di RSIA SamMarie Basra.

ABSTRACT

This study discuss about logistics inventory control using ABC analysis, EOQ, ROP, Max-Min and Kanban. The purpose of this research is an overview acquire general logistics inventory control at the planning and storage stage in RSIA SamMarie Basra in 2015. The design of this research is descriptive operational research. The study was conducted by in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis.

The results showed a general logistics inventory control in RSIA SamMarie Basra has not been supported by SPO. Quantification of logistic planning has been using consumption method. There are differences in safety stock and order frequency between before and after analysis. Results of the analysis and design of Kanban cards can be used in inventory control logistics in RSIA SamMarie Basra."

"Studi ini didesain untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang implementasi DLT di KRI kelas Diponegoro. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah apakah penyelenggaraan DLT Telah dilaksanakan secara utuh dalam mewujudkan kesiapan tempur. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif Deskriptif dengan pendekatan teori managment logistik, manajemen pemeliharaan, manajemen rantai pasok dan balance scorecard. Artikel ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat kendala dalam penyelenggaraan dukungan logistik, yaitu : sistem inventori, organisasi,personel pengaak dan anggaran. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa penyelenggaraan DLT belum dilaksanakan secara utuh sesai teori. Rekomendasi yang disarankan adalah perlunya pemanfaatan sistem informasi, peringkat personel dan anggaran, serta percepatan pembentukan komando pemeliharaan."
