Abstrak :
Kerjasama perpustakaan dilakukan sebagai suatu usaha perpustakaan untuk mengurangi kelemahan-kelemahan yang dimilikinya dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pengguna. Suatu kerjasama perpustakaan bukanlah hal yang mudah untuk dilakukan karena melibatkan dua atau lebih perpustakaan sehingga proses kerjasama perlu diperhatikan dalam setiap tahapnya. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan bentuk penelitian studi kasus, penelitian ini akan membahas lebih dalam mengenai proses kerjasama di dalam Jaringan Pustaka Bersama serta hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Proses kerjasama diteliti dengan mengacu pada teori pembentukan tim kerjasama, the five stage model, oleh Tuckman dan Jensen (1977). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada perpustakaan-perpustakaan lain mengenai proses kerjasama perpustakaan dan hambatan-hambatan apa yang dihadapi dalam proses kerjasama perpustakaan.

Library cooperation is held as an attempt to reduce the library weaknesses in order to fulfill the user needs of information. Library cooperation is not an easy thing to do because it involves two or more libraries so that the cooperation process needs to be well noticed at all stage. Using a qualitative method with case study design, this study will describe the process of library cooperation of Jaringan Pustaka Bersama and the barriers that they have met. The research refers to the five stage model of team building by Tuckman and Jensen (1977). This study hopefully can give some knowledge about the process of library cooperation and the barriers to the library cooperation.

Skripsi ini berisikan tentang Jaringan Perpustakaan APTIK yang dilihat dari tujuannya yakni resource sharing. SDM, koleksi serta dana merupakan sumber daya yang di-sharing dalam jaringan ini. Tujuannya ialah untuk mengidentifikasi peran SDM, koleksi dan dana dalam meningkatkan resource sharing tersebut sera menjelaskan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi situs, serta kajian dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah resource sharing merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kelangsungan Jaringan Perpustakaan APTIK. SDM, koleksi perpustakaan dan dana merupakan hal-hal penting dalam pelaksanaan resource sharing tersebut. ......Focus of this study is about "Jaringan Perpustakaan APTIK" with its aim is resource sharing. Human resiurces, library network, and fund are resources that shared in this library network. The purpose of tjis study are identifying the roles of human resources, library collections, and fund to raise the resource sharing and explaining about any barriers that possible to be faced. This research is qualitative descriptive with case study. The data were collected by means of deep interview, website observation, and documents recitation. Resource sharing is an important thing of Jaringan Perpustakaan APTIK's performance. Human resources, library collections, and fund are important things of realization of its resource sharing.
