"Rumah sakit yang menerapkan organisasi pembelajaraan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu asuhan keperawatan karena proses belajar yang terus menerus dilakukan oleh perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengeksplorasi makna pengalaman perawat dalam menerapkan organisasi pembelajaran di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 orang perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Analisis data hasil wawancara menggunakan tahapan analisis menurut Colaizi. Temuan hasil penelitian ini antara lain: Keinginan perawat untuk selalu berkembang, Beragam aktivitas pembelajaran yang diikuti perawat di rumah sakit, Aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa dan manfaatnya bagi perawat, Pemahaman Visi, Misi dan Nilai rumah sakit, Dukungan rumah sakit dalam pengembangan, Harapan perawat tentang pendidikan dan pengembangan staff, Media dan sarana pembelajaran. Temuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah organisasi pembelajaran di rumah sakit berbeda dengan organisasi pembelajaran di perusahaan yaitu di rumah sakit selain untuk pengembangan diri perawat juga agar dapat memberikan edukasi kepada pasien. Pimpinan keperawatan perlu mencari strategi yang efektif untuk mendorong perubahan perilaku perawat dalam penerapan organisasi pembelajaran.
Hospitals that implement learning organizations are expected to improve the quality of nursing care because the continuous learning process is carried out by nurses. The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of the experience of nurses in implementing organizational learning in hospitals. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive phenomenology approach. The study participants consisted of 9 nurses who worked in hospitals with a minimum of 5 years experience. Data retrieval is done by in-depth interviews based on research objectives. Analysis of interview data using the stages of analysis according to Colaizi. The findings of this study include: nurses desire to always develop, various learning activities that are followed by nurses in hospitals, student learning activities and their benefits for nurses, understanding of vision, mission and hospital values, hospital support in development, hope nurses about education and staff development, media and learning facilities. Another finding from this study is that the organization of learning in hospitals is different from learning organizations in companies, namely in hospitals besides for self-development of nurses as well as being able to provide education to patients. Nursing leaders need to find effective strategies to encourage changes in nurse behavior in the application of learning organizations."
