Abstrak :
Lean must be viewed as a comprehensive, integral system consisting of four interdependent elements: leadership, culture, team, and practices and tools. Each of these necessary components affects the effectiveness of the other components. This book examines these four elements utilizing a systematic, hierarchical orientation and explains their relevance for guiding internal Lean initiatives. This book serves as a core lean reference book. It offers a strategic framework beginning with the indentification and establishment of goals, followed with strategy development, and lastly tactical choices. This model framework is cognizant of a firm's relative internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats. Each of the four integral Lean system elements is explored in depth. The model framework offers a path to develop Lean leaders with practical, actionable guidelines. The model framework is suited for applications in all industries. Throughout the book, the historical evolution of the current body of Lean knowledge is also examined as well as Lean's complementary initiative, Total Quality Management. A perspective that views Lean as a customer-driven philosophy for organization-wide continuous or ongoing improvement and waste elimination is maintained throughout the book. The book concludes with an exploration of Sustainability, the current Lean frontier as well as a discussion of Lean's future, the exchange of accurate and timely information among supply chain trading partners. This offering is different from other Lean books in three fundamental ways. First, it offers and develops a comprehensive lean model based on a sound framework. Abstrak :
Tujuan utama dari pcnelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti sumber perubahan output terutama perubahan output industri pengolahan dari perspektif sisi permintaan dan menca1'i sektor industri pengolahan unggulan di Jawa Tengah, analisis berdasarkan pada pendekatan faktor dekomposisi struktum] dari Chenely (1986) dalam kerangka input output Serta keterkaiatan antar sektor. Pertumbuhan output didekomposisi menjadi empat stunber yaitu ekspansi permintaan domestik, ekspansi ekspor, substitusi impor dan pembahan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan periode waktu lima tahun sehlngga diperlukan tabel input-output dua pesiode yaitu tahun 2000 dan 2004. Dari analisis ini didapatkan bahwa pembahan output perekonomian di Jawa Tengah di pengaruhi dengan kuat oleh faktor permintamn domestik sebesar 51,9 persen dan faktor ekspansi ekspor sebesar 32,5 pexsen. Sedangkan pada sektor industri pengolahan tetjadiuya pembahan output yang besar selama peziode obsewasi di karenakan faktor ekspansi ekspor sebesar 49,9 person dan falttor pemtintaan domestik sebesar 35,3 persen, dengan demikian sektor indusni pengolahan di Jawa Tengah merupakan sektor yang expori oriented. Delapan sektor industri pengolahan yang mengalami peningkatan perubahan output terbesar selama periode observasi antara lain industri rokok dan pengolahan tembakau, industri pengilangan minyak, industri gula tebu dan gula kelapa industri kayu dan bahan bangunan dad kayu, industli perabot rumah tangga dari kayu, industri kulit dan alas kaki, indusui tekstil, industri farmasi dan jamu tradisional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa industri pcngolahan di Jawa Tengah adalah industri yang berbasis pada sumber daya alam (resource intensive) dan padat Itmaga ketja (labor mlerzsive). Sektor industri pengolahan unggulan Jawa Tcngah tahtm 2004 adalah industri pcngolahan dan pengawetan makanan, industri minyak dan lcmak, industri pcnggiliugan padi, industri gula tebu dan gula kelapa, industri makanan temak, industri pemintalan, industri tckstil, industri kayu dan bahan bangunan daxi kayu. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sektor industri unggulan di Jawa Tengah adalah industri yang padat tenaga kelj a (labor intensive). ......The purpose of this paper is to analyze the change of output manufactme industry sector from a demand side perspective and search leading sector rnanuhcture industry in Central Java, the analysis will be based on Chcnery’s (1986) factor decomposition approach input-output tramework and interlinked of sector. Output growth is decomposed into four sources: domestic demand expansion, export expansion, import substitution and intemwdiate demand expansion. The study will cover the period Eve year 2000-2004. For this period used two input-output tables for years of 2000 and 2004. From this analysis obtain change of economics output in Central Java is influenced powerfully by domestic demand expansion equal to 51,9% and export expansion equal 32,5%. While manufacture industry sector the happen of change of output the bigness during period of observation is it export expansion equal to 49,9% and domestic demand expansion equal to 35,3%, thereby manufacture industry sector in Central Java is sector which was export oriented. Eight manufacture industry sector of improvement of change of biggest output during period of observation for example smoke and processing of tobacco industry, oil factory industry, cana sugar and coconut sugar industry, construction material and wood of wood industry, article of fiimitme of wood industry, footgear and husk industry, textile industry, traditional jamu and phannacy industry, This matter indicate that manufacture industry sector in Central Java is industry being based on resource intensive and labor intensive. The leading manufacture industry sector in Central Java in year 2004 is processing and pickling of food industry, oil and fat industry , kibbling of padd industry, cana sugar and coconut sugar industry, livestock food industry, spinning industry, textile industry, wood and construction material of wood industry. This matter indicate that leading sector of manufacture industry in Central Java is labor intensive.
