Abstrak :
This research aimed to explain the existence of influence of interpersonal effective communication and leadership variables; individually and together, to the dependent variable of performance. In this research, communication variable is divided into two; vertical and horizontal/lateral communication with five indicators: openness, empathy, positive, support and similarity. Leadership variable is comprised of four indicators: good communication, delegation of authority, supervising, and ability to create good work condition. Research was conducted upon 71 respondents, which served as population of patent reviewers in Directorate Patent, Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights, Department of Law and Human Rights, R1. Data analysis technique in used is Linear Regression. First, the linear regression technique is used as simple linear regression between each independent variable (interpersonal communication or leadership) to patent reviewers' performance, to see the existence of influence of each independent variable to performance as dependent variable. Multiple regression technique is used to verify the influence of both independent variables (interpersonal communication and leadership) together to patent reviewers? performance. From these various analyzes, it was found that interpersonal communication individually has negative influence to patent reviewer performance, while together with leadership variable have no influence in enhancing level of performance. Based on respondents' opinion on interpersonal communication existed in Directorate of Patent Reviewer, both vertical and horizontal/lateral communications, is not a dominant factor which can influencing patent reviewers' performance because the level of satisfaction in communication has not optimally met. Meanwhile the independent variable of independent, individually or together, has a significant and positive influence to patent reviewers' performance, where good leadership will influence an enhancement on patent reviewers' performance at Directorate of Patent Reviewer.

Mardiati Nadjib, M.SLatar Belakang: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan kepuasan terhadap imbal jasa medis dokter di Rumah SakitSanjiwani Gianyar.Methode: Penelitian observasional ini menggunakan methode potong lintangmelalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Responden kuantitatif adalah 75orang dokter umum dan dokter spesialis yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sudahmenerima jasa medis minimal tiga kali. Informan penelitian terdiri dari DirekturRSUD Sanjiwani, Wadir Pelayanan, Wadir Umum, Wadir Keuangan Kepala KMF,Ketua Tim Jasa Pelayanan, Kepala KSM Bedah, Kepala KSM Neurologi, KepalaKSM Interna, Kepala KSM Pediatri total berjumlah 11 orang.Hasil: Lima elemen imbal jasa medis yang diteliti diantaranya: besar jasa medis,cara pembagian jasa medis, waktu pembagian jasa medis, kesesuaian jasa medis,serta perbandingan jasa medis yang diterima dengan rumah sakit lainnya. Mardiati Nadjib, M.SIntroduction This research was aimed at analyzing factors which related with thesatisfaction of doctors rsquo incentive amount in Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar.Method The method used in this observational research was cross sectional, andthe data was analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative approach. There were75 quantitative respondents in this research. They are general practitioners andmedical specialist who have met the inclusive criteria and received minimum threetimes doctor incentive. There were 11 informants in this research, namely, theDirector of Sanjiwani Hospital, Service Director, General Vice Director, Financialvice Director, Head Departments, Service Team Leader, Head of SurgicalDepartment, Head of Neurological Department, Head of Internal Department, andHead of Pediatric Department.Results The elements of doctor rsquo s incentive which were analyzed in this researchnamely, the amount of doctor rsquo s incentive, the procedure distributing the doctor rsquo sincentive, the time to distribute the doctor rsquo s incentive, the appropriateness ofdoctor rsquo s incentive, and the comparison between the amount of doctor rsquo s incentive inSanjiwani Hospital and the other hospitals. Teknologi modern saat ini sudah menjadi bagian yang penting dari kehidupan masyarakat. Hal ini menuntut perusahaan untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi sehingga sumber daya manusia di perusahaan juga dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi terkait teknologi. Pada saat ini, menemukan kualitas tersebut di pasar talent cukup sulit sehingga persaingan perusahaan atas talent semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu penting bagi perusahaan untuk dapat menarik, mengembangkan, serta mempertahankan sumber daya manusia tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kepemimpinan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai di PT Andal Software dengan Keterikatan Pegawai sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey. Peneliti mengguna­kan analisis jalur dan uji sobel untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan mediasi dari variable penelitian. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 orang yang merupakan pegawai tetap PT Andal Software Sejahtera. Hasil dari analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kepemimpinan dan Keterikatan Pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai. Hasil uji sobel menunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung Kepuasan Kepemimpinan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai melalui Keterikatan Pegawai juga signifikan. ......Modern technology plays an important role in our society today. This requires companies to keep up with technology developments as well as human resources in the company also required to have technology related competencies. In this current time, finding those qualities in the talent market is quite difficult therefore the competition between companies is tight. Consequently it is important for the company to attract, develop and retain this human resource. This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at PT Andal Software through Employee Engagement as mediating variable. This research uses quantitative approach with collecting data using survey methods. The researcher uses path analysis and sobel test to examine direct and mediating relationship between variables. Total respondents in this research are 78 samples which are permanent employees at PT Andal Software. Result from path analysis indicates that both Leadership Satisfaction and Employee Engagement have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Result from sobel test indicates indirect effect of Leadership Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment through Employee Engagement is also significant.
