"PT. XY merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan spare part kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat. Salah satu departemen produksi PT. XY adalah line bubut, setiap proses kerjanya pekerja terpajan bahaya dan risiko yang ada. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di departemen produksi line bubut PT. XY tahun 2021. Identifikasi bahaya dan risiko menggunakan metode Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Analisis risiko dilakukan secara semi kuantitatif yang mengacu kepada AS/NZS 4360:2004 tentang Risk Management dan perhitungan tingkat risiko dihitung sesuai dengan formula menurut William T. Fine (1971). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan komunikasi secara online untuk mendapat data awal dan sepanjangan identifikasi serta penilaian risiko di line bubut, wawancara online kepada operator produksi line bubut, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 3 tahapan kegiatan, 14 tugas, serta 54 bahaya dan risiko yang terdapat di departemen produksi line bubut PT. XY. Hasil penilaian risiko, didapatkan risiko yang paling banyak ditemukan di line bubut berkaitan dengan bahaya fisik. Hasil tingkat existing risk di line bubut terdapat empat bahaya dan risiko tertinggi diantaranya, korsleting listrik, jari tangan terjepit chuck mesin bubut, terhirup asap bubut, dan kebisingan dengan kategori Very High.

PT. XY is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of spare parts of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. One of the production departments of PT. XY is a lathe line. Every worker’s work process exposes to the dangers and risks that exist. This research discussed occupational health and safety risk assessment at production department lathe line PT. XY, 2021. Identified hazards and risks using the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) method. Risk analysis was semi-quantitative referring to AS/NZS 4360:2004 and risk levels calculated according to the formula of William T. Fine (1971). The data collected through online communication to obtain initial data and along with identification and risk assessment on the lathe line, online interviews to lathe production line operators, and literature studies. The study found 3 stages of activities, 14 tasks, 54 hazards and risks contained in the production department of lathe line by PT. XY. The results of the risks assessment, obtained the most risks found in the lathe line related to the physical hazard. The results of existing risk levels in the lathe line there are four dangers and the highest risk include in the lathe line such as electrical short circuit, fingers caught in the lathe chuck, inhaled lathe smoke, and noise with Very High category.
