Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi perilaku konsumen untuk membeli lampu LED sebagai lampu hemat energi di rumah tangga, dilihat dari perspektif theory of planned behavior dan Customer Satisfaction. Sikap, Norma dan Perceived behavior control berpengaruh terhadap perilaku membeli lampu LED. Customer Satisfaction terhadap lampu yang mereka gunakan saat ini berpengaruh terhadap perilaku membeli lampu LED. Secara keseluruhan model TPB dengan Customer Satisfaction memiliki kecocokan untuk memprediksi intensi perilaku membeli lampu LED.
ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to investigate which factor may influence intention of customer behavior to buy LED light as energy saving lamps in households, viewed from the perspective of theory of planned behavior and Customer Satisfaction. Attitudes and subjective norms and perceived behavior control has insignificant influence towards the intention of customer behavior to buy LED light. Customer Satisfaction toward existing light also influence the intention of customer behavior to buy LED light. Teknologi sistem pencahayaan menjadi kebutuhan pokok manusia seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi penerangan seperti lampu yang digunakan pada kegiatan sehari-hari ataupun pada ruangan-ruangan. Dalam perkembangan teknologi penerangan yang membuat konsumsi energi meningkat sehingga diperlukan penghematan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi. Penghematan dan pengoptimalan penggunaan energi yang mudah untuk dilakukan adalah pemilihan lampu yang dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Oleh sebab itu, lampu yang dibuat harus memiliki bentuk konfigurasi susunan LED yang tepat untuk memperoleh pola distribusi cahaya yang paling baik. Pengujian terhadap tingkat iluminasi dari beberapa titik dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana pola distribusi cahaya yang terjadi pada bidang kerja ketika terdapat perbedaan bentuk konfigurasi. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh data yang menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi bentuk melingkar memiliki pola distribusi cahaya yang menyebar mengikuti bidang kerja. Distribusi cahaya pada lampu LED E Customize lebih baik karena lebih menyebar atau merata pada rentang sudut 0° hingga 180° sampai 189 lebih terang dibanding dengan lampu LED D yang memiliki jenis sumber yang sama. Titik Iluminasi tertinggi dari masing-masing lampu LED didapatkan pada titik tengah pengukuran sudut 90°. ......Lighting system technology becomes the basic needs of human beings in line with the development of lighting technology such as lights used in everyday activities or in rooms. In the development of lighting technology that makes energy consumption increased so that required saving and optimize energy usage. Saving and optimizing energy usage is easy to do which the selection of lights that can work effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the lamp that is created must have the right LED frame configuration to obtain the best light distribution pattern. Tests on the illumination level of several points are conducted to see how the pattern of light distribution occurs in the work plane when there is a different form of configuration. The result of this research shows that the configuration of a circular shape has a pattern of distribution of light that spread following the work field. Light distribution on LED E Customize lamps is better because it is more diffuse or evenly distributed in the range of angles 0° to 180° for 189 brighter compared to LED D lights that have the same source type. The highest illumination point of each LED lamp is obtained at the midpoint of the measurement angle 90°.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang karakteristik pencahayaan dari LED dan CFL untuk nilai lux yang sama. Selain itu perbandingan energi yang digunakan pada kedua lampu juga dapat dilihat. Percobaan pertama yang dilakukan adalah menghitung lux. Setelah dihitung, jika nilai lux kedua lampu sama kemudian dilakukan percobaan selanjutnya. Dari hasil percobaan pertama, ketika nilai lux antara dua jenis lampu tersebut bernilai sama selanjutnya dilakukan analisis penyebaran cahaya kedua lampu. Percobaan kedua dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur HIOKI Power Quality Analyzer. Dari kedua hasil pengukuran tersebut dibuat sebuah desain perhitungan jumlah titik lampu pencahayaan pada ruangan. Jumlah titik untuk LED sebanyak 14 titik dan untuk CFL 18 titik. Total daya yang dibutuhkan LED sebesar 112 Watt sedangkan CFL 252 Watt. ......This focus of study is about LED and CFL lighting characteristics in equal lux value. In addition comparation of the energy consumption from both type of lamps can be quantify. The first experiment is lux measuring. The next experiments can be executed if both types of lamps values are equals. The result from lux measuring has a same grade, and then we can analyse for the light distribution. The second experiment be able to execute using a HIOKI Power Quality Analyzer. From both of the experiment results,design of the lighting pointnumber on the room be able to create. The number of needed for LED are 14 points and for CFL are 18 points. The total powers required for LED are112 Watt and CFL are 252 Watt.

Labelisasi energi pada peralatan rumah tangga semakin dirasakan penting sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam melakukan penghematan energi, sehubungan dengan semakin tingginya harga energi listrik akhir-akhir ini. Saat ini lampu LED Light Emitting Diode telah banyak digunakan sebagai pengganti lampu konvensional sebelumnya, seperti lampu compact- fluorescent CFL dan lampu pijar, dan merupakan solusi dalam menghemat listrik, karena konsumsi energinya yang rendah. Namun demikian lampu LED termasuk jenis beban non linier yang dapat menimbulkan distorsi harmonik pada sistem tenaga listrik. Penggunaan lampu LED yang semakin meningkat dan terpasang dalam jumlah besar pada sistem tenaga listrik dapat meningkatkan distorsi harmonik yang cukup signifikan pada sistem tersebut. Sampai saat ini belum adanya aturan atau panduan teknis mengenai labelisasi dan pengelompokannya, maka penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokkan lampu LED melalui pengukuran parameter tingkat efikasi dan kualitas daya, meliputi faktor daya PF dan harmonik THD-i yang dihasilkan dan dikelompokan berdasarkan efikasi dan kualitas daya. Sampel lampu LED yang diuji berjumlah 64 buah mulai dari daya pengenal 2 - 13 watt, mengikuti prosedur uji SNI IEC 62612:2016. Tanda pelabelan efisiensi energi 1 menggunakan tanda bintang berwarna kuning untuk peringkat efikasi. Tanda pelabelan efisiensi energi 2 menggunakan tanda bintang berwarna biru untuk peringkat kualitas daya. Hasil pengujian dikelompokkan dalam pelabelan lampu LED berdasarkan jumlah gambar bintang yang terdiri dari bintang 1, 2, 3 dan 4. Hasil pengujian dan pengelompokkan menunjukkan tingkat efikasi lampu LED sebesar 85 dari jumlah populasi lampu yang diuji berada pada kisaran nilai efikasi 63-104 lm/W, tingkat faktor daya 0.21-0.86, dan nilai THD-i 33-189 . Sebagai bagian dari pemahaman masyarakat tentang penghematan energi, diperkirakan penggunaan pelabelan lampu LED akan berkontribusi pada penghematan energi sebesar 18 GWh. ......Labeling of household appliances in terms of energy consumption has been considered as one of the efforts to increase people awareness on energy saving. Recently, light emitting diode LED lamps have been widely utilized for lighting, replacing the conventional compact fluorescent and incandescent lamps, due to its low energy consumption. Because LED lamps work with switching procedures, it may produce distortion to the electrical power system. Furthermore, so far there are no rule or technical guidelines in Indonesia on labeling and grouping of the LED lamps. This study firstly aimed at classifying the LED lamps through measuring the level of efficacy and power quality parameters, including power factor PF and total harmonic distortion of current THD I generated by LED lamps and grouped it based on efficacy and power quality. A numerous test of 2 13 W LED lamps was performed, following the procedure of Indonesian national standard SNI that adopted IEC 62612 2016. We employed the blue stars to indicate efficacy and yellow stars to indicate power quality level, respectively. The results were then grouped for labeling using the number of stars 1, 2, 3 and 4. We found that the efficacy level of the most measured LED lamps 85 was in the range 63 ndash 104 lm W with PF and THD I of 0.21 0.86 and 33 189, respectively. As part of improved society understanding on energy saving, we predicted the labeling of the LED lamps will contribute to the energy saving of 18 GWh.

Penerangan merupakan salah satu pengkonsumsi energi listrik terbesar yang berkisar 20 %-25 % dari total konsumsi energi listrik yang terpakai sehingga diperlukan pemilihan penggunaan lampu yang hemat energi. Lampu LED adalah inovasi teknologi penerangan yang lebih hemat energi dibandingkan Lampu Hemat Energi (LHE). Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan lampu LED 10 Watt dan LHE 14 Watt bermerek sama. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah Pengujian Penuaan 100 jam untuk menganalisis kebenaran spesifikasi lampu dan Pemeliharaan Fluks Cahaya 480 jam untuk membandingkan laju perubahan spesifikasi yang terjadi dari lampu terhadap waktu pada tiga tegangan kerja yaitu 198 V, 220 V, dan 231 V berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 06/2011 , SNI IEC 60969 : 2009 ,dan SNI 04-0227-2003. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa tegangan operasi terbaik dari kedua lampu adalah tegangan 220 V. Setelah pengujian penuaan dan pemeliharaan fluks cahaya pada tegangan 220 V didapatkan lampu LED dengan spesifikasi 10 Watt 800 lumen 80 lumen/watt, diperoleh hasil 9,7 Watt, 851,17 lumen, 87,75 lumen/watt dan LHE spesifikasi 14 Watt, 810 lumen, 58 lumen/watt, diperoleh hasil 12,5 Watt, 727,5 lumen, 58,2 lumen/watt. ......Lighting is one of the biggest electrical usage, taking 20% 25% of the total consumption, so that the selection of an efficient, low power lamp is a necessity. LED lamp is a lighting technology innovation which has a better efficiency compared to that of a Compact Flourescent Lamp (CFL). From this fact, a research is done by using a 10 watt LED and a 14 watt CFL from the same brand. The measurements done are a 100 hour ageing test to analyze the validation of the lamp's spesification and a 480 hour lumen maintenance to compare the rate of the spesification change of the lamp on three operating voltage: 198 V, 220 V, and 231 V based on the Regulation of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 06/2011, SNI IEC 60969 : 2009, and SNI 04-0227-2003. From the measurement done, the best operating voltage for both lamps is 220 V. From the ageing and lumen maintenance test, the 10 Watt and 800 lumens with 80 lumen/watt LED lamp results in 9,7 watt and 851,17 lumen, with 87,75 lumen/watt and the 14 watt and 810 lumen with 58 lumen/watt CFL lamp results in 12,5 watt, 727,5 lumen, with 58,2 lumen/watt.
