Abstrak :
Peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran salah satunya dapat dilakukan melalui implementasi kebijakan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008. Oleh karena itu rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah implementasi kebijakan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 mempunyai dampak terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran di SMA dan SMK Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi kebijakan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan positivistik. Berdasarkan metode, penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan tujuan, penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan yaitu; survei, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru yang mengajar sebelum dan sesudah sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak implementasi kebijakan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 adanya peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Sindang dan SMK Negeri 1 Losarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Kualitas proses pembelajaran tersebut ditinjau dari tiga dimensi, yaitu; 1) dimensi strategi pengorganisasian pembelajaran, 2) dimensi strategi penyampaian pembelajaran, dan 3) dimensi strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran. Karena Implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 di SMA Negeri 1 Sindang dan SMK Negeri 1 Losarang Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki dampak yang kecil terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran, maka peneliti menyarankan perlu adanya perbaikan dan sosialisasi yang intensif pada Prosedur Operasional Standar Proses Belajar Mengajar (POS PBM) kepada semua guru khususnya pada strategi pengorganisasian pembelajaran, strategi penyampaian pembelajaran, dan strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran.

The quality development of instructional process can be seen by one way that is the policy implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008. Therefore, the problem in this research is the policy implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 has an impact to the instructional process at SMA dan SMK Indramayu District. The aim of this research is to find out the policy implementation impact of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system to the instructional process quality. The approach of this research is positivistic. The method of this research is a quantitative descriptive. The collecting data of this research is by using mix method such as survey, interview, and documentation. Sample of this research is all teachers who teach both before and after the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system is implemented. The research results the policy implementation impact of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system to the instructional process quality at State High School 1 Sindang and State Vocational High School 1 Losarang increased. Some components of instructional process quality are 1) the organization strategy dimension, 2) the instructional delivery strategy, and 3) the instructional management system. Because of the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2008 has a litle impact to the instructional process at SMA and SMK Indramayu District, so the researcher suggests the need of fixing and socialization intensively at Instructional Standard Procedure for all of teacher in the organization strategy dimension, the instructional delivery strategy, and the instructional management system specifically.

PT XYZ merupakan salah satu organisasi sektor swasta yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan jasa pengembangan perangkat lunak. PT XYZ memiliki tiga poin Values Proposition yang salah satu poinnya adalah menyediakan perangkat lunak dengan performa dan kehandalan yang tinggi. Pada kenyataannya, berdasarkan data-data pengerjaan proyek perangkat lunak di PT XYZ ditemukan bahwa beberapa hasil pengerjaan perangkat lunak saat ini belum sesuai dengan Values Proposition yang ditawarkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CMMI Dev v1.3 dengan menggunakan representasi berkelanjutan. Area Proses dipilih berdasarkan pada CMMI Project Roadmap yakni Project Planning (PP), Project Monitoring and Control (PMC), Requirements Management (REQM), Configuration Management (REQM), dan Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA). Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan SCAMPI C dengan bantuan PIID dan Quantitative Assesment. Kerangka penyusunan usulan perbaikan menggunakan IDEAL. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah berupa penilaian kualitas proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ dan usulan perbaikan bagi PT XYZ. Usulan perbaikan didasarkan pada praktik-praktik di dalam CMMI Dev v1.3 yang dapat membantu PT XYZ dalam mengembangkan perangkat lunaknya sehingga poin pada Value Proposition dapat dipenuhi. ...... PT XYZ is a private sector company that provide Information Technology solution by developing softwares for its partner. PT XYZ has three points of Values Proposition which one of them is to provide high performance and reliability. In fact, based on supporting data of software process development in PT XYZ, there are some software project results that is not fit to the third point of the Values Proposition. This research uses CMMI-Dev v1.3 with continuous represetation. Process Areas are chosen based on CMMI Project Roadmap. Those process areas are Project Planning (PP), Project Monitoring and Control (PMC), Requirements Management (REQM), Configuration Management (CM), and Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA). This research uses SCAMPI C with PIID tools and Quantitative Assesment concept to do the appraisal. Proposal of software process improvement is designed by using IDEAL framework. Result of this research is a measurement of quality of software development process in PT XYZ and the software process improvement proposal for PT XYZ to be implemented so the Value Proposition that is stated will be fulfilled.

Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian untuk menghasil sebuah penyetelan mesin pengemasan yang output dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan kekuatan seal yang kuat. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode Taguchi dan untuk mendapatkan kombinasinya, peneliti juga menggunakan Artificial Neural Network. Metode Taguchi digunakan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi yang optimal, sedangkan Neural Network digunakan untuk memprediksi hasil dari kombinasi yang diinginkan. Setelah mendapatkan kombinasi yang tepat, selanjutnya peneliti melakukan eksperimen konfirmasi. Eksperimen konfirmasi ini digunakan sebagai uji coba dari kombinasi yang telah dihasilkan. ......The research is research to produce an output adjustment packaging machine of this research is to produce a strong seal strength. In this study, researchers used the Taguchi method and to get the combination, researchers are also using Artificial Neural Network. Taguchi method is used to obtain the optimal combination, while the neural network is used to predict the outcome of the desired combination. After getting the right combination, then the researchers conducted experiments to confirm. Confirmation experiment was used as a test of the combination that has been generated.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh evaluasi emosional dan rasional Chou Hsu 39s 2015 yang meliputi dua dimensi. Dimensi emosional adalah kepuasan terhadap kualitas hasil dan kepuasan terhadap kualitas proses. Dimensi evaluasi rasional adalah kepercayaan dan pembelajaran. Sebagai dimensi tambahan, penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh kualitas informasi produk. Penelitian ini kemudian membahas tentang dimensi yang mempengaruhi konsumen untuk berbelanja dengan menggunakan faktor moderasi yaitu kebiasaan berbelanja. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer berupa kuesioner kepada 137 konsumen Shopee yang telah menggunakan Shopee dalam satu bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Berganda dengan software SPSS 25 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bagaimana peran kebiasaan berbelanja berpengaruh terhadap evaluasi emosional, evaluasi rasional, dan kualitas informasi produk terhadap niat beli kembali konsumen Shopee Indonesia. ......The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of emotional and rational evaluation Chou Hsu 39s 2015 , which includes two dimensions. The dimension of emotional is the satisfaction with the quality of the results and the satisfaction with the quality of the process. The dimension of rational evaluation is trust and learning. As additional dimension, this study also analyzed the effect of product information quality. This study then discusses the dimensions that influence consumers to shop by using the moderation factor, namely shopping habit. This research data is obtained from primary data, which is questionnaire to 137 Shopee consumers who have used Shopee in the last one month. This research uses Multiple Regression analysis method with SPSS 25 software to test the research hypothesis. The results of this analysis show how the role of shopping habits affect the emotional evaluation, rational evaluation, and quality of product information on repurchase intention consumers Shopee Indonesia.
