Triglyceride Glucose Index Merupakan Prediktor MarkerDiagnostik Konversi Prediabetes Yang Akurat Pada Wanita Urban Usia ReproduktifAbstrakPertimbangan epidemiologis memberi bukti bahwa banyak wanita usia reproduktif menderitaprediabetes atau diabetes, yang mengakibatkan lebih banyak kehamilan dengan ibu dan janinyang berisiko tinggi mengalami komplikasi. Penilaian resistensi insulin merupakan fundamentalgoal yang mempunyai nilai prevensi besar. Triglyceride Glucose Index TyG Index merupakanmarker surrogate resistensi insulin yang dapat diaplikasikan pada komunitas sebagai metodeskrining praktis dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui insiden, nilai prediksi,ukuran dampak potensial, serta pengaruh perubahan TyG Index yang dinamis terhadap konversistatus glukosa darah yang terjadi pada wanita urban usia reproduktif. Desain penelitian ini adalahPrevalence Longitudinal Study. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif, Receiver OperatingCharacteristic, Cox Regression dan Multi-State Survival Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa setelah 5 tahun follow up pada 371 subjek prediabetes, insiden konversi progresivitasdiabetes sebesar 21 , 36,9 tidak konversi, dan 42 regresivitas menjadi normoglikemik.Sedangkan pada 1300 subjek normoglikemik, insiden progresivitas diabetes 2,4 , 21,6 progresivitas prediabetes, dan 76 tidak konversi. Cut off point TyG Index dalam memprediksikonversi pada subjek prediabetes dalam 5 tahun adalah 4,54 subjek progresivitasmenjadi diabetes. Sedangkan, pada subjek normoglikemik, cut off point TyG Index le;4,43 subjektetap normoglikemik; 4,44 - 4,47 subjek progresivitas menjadi prediabetes; dan >4,47 subjekprogresivitas menjadi diabetes. Hazard ratio TyG Index terhadap regresivitas normoglikemikadalah 0,242 95 CI = 0,135 ndash; 0,433 setelah diadjusted lingkar perut. Sedangkan hazard ratioTyG Index terhadap konversi progresivitas diabetes pada subjek normoglikemik adalah 2,169 95 CI = 1,006 ndash; 4,678 setelah diadjusted lingkar perut, HDL, dan sistolik. Ukuran dampakpotensial AR TyG Index pada subjek prediabetes adalah 80,67 , sedangkan pada subjeknormoglikemik 70,17 . Analisis Multi-State Survival Model menunjukan peningkatan TyGindex, kolesterol total, LDL, lingkar perut, dan diastolik yang dinamis berpengaruh positifterhadap konversi progresivitas menjadi diabetes.Kata kunci: Konversi, Prediabetes, TyG Index
ABSTRACT
Triglyceride Glucose Index is an Accurate Diagnostics Predictor Markerof Prediabetes Conversion in Urban Reproductive WomenAbstractEpidemiological considerations provide evidence that many women of reproductive age sufferfrom prediabetes or diabetes, which leads to more pregnancies with mothers and fetuses at highrisk of complications. Assessment of insulin resistance is a fundamental goal that has a greatvalue for prevention. Triglyceride Glucose Index TyG Index is a surrogate insulin resistancethat can be applied to the community as a screening method to predict the conversion of bloodglucose status practically and efficiently. This study aims to determine the incidence, predictionvalue, the attributable risk, and the effect of dynamic TyG Index changes on the statusconversion that occurs in urban reproductive women. The design of this study was PrevalenceLongitudinal Study, in which all cases that occurred at the beginning of the study were included.Data were analyzed by descriptive, Receiver Operating Characteristic, Cox Regression andMulti-State Survival Model. The results showed, after 5 years of follow-up on the prediabetes371 subject, the incidence of diabetes progression was 21 , 36.9 was not conversion, and 42 regressive to normoglycemic. Whereas in 1,300 normoglycemic subjects, the incidence ofdiabetes progression 2.4 , prediabetes progression 21.6 , and 76 was not conversion. The cutoff point of TyG Index in predicting the conversion in the prediabetes subject within 5 years was4.54 subjects were diabetes progression. Whereas, in the normoglycemic subject, the cut offpoint of TyG Index le;4.43 remains normoglycemic; 4.44 - 4.47 the subject rsquo;s progression toprediabetes; and> 4.47 the subjects of progression to diabetes. The hazard ratio of TyG Index tonormoglycemic regression is 0.242 95 CI = 0.135 - 0.433 adjusted by abdominalcircumference. While the hazard ratio of TyG Index to diabetes progression in normoglycemicsubjects was 2,169 95 CI = 1.006 - 4,678 adjusted by abdominal circumference, HDL, andsystolic. The attributable risk of the TyG Index on the prediabetes subject was 80.67 , whilein the normoglycemic subjects 70.17 . Analysis of Multi-State Survival Model showed increaseof TyG index, total cholesterol, LDL, abdominal circumference, and diastolic which is positivetoward progress to diabetes.Keywords: Conversion, Prediabetes, TyG Index

Senyawa aseton dapat dipandang sebagai salah satu model senyawa organik turunan biomasa (renewable material). Senyawa aseton telah dapat dikonversi menjadi hidrokarbon aromatik menggunakan katalis H-ZSM-5 dengan variasi rasio Si/Al (25, 75 dan 100) menggunakan fixed bed reactor bertekanan atmosferik pada suhu diatas 350 oC. Didapatkan bahwa ketiga rasio H-ZSM-5 memiliki kemampuan shape selectivity yang tinggi untuk senyawa aromatik (yield >70%). Perbedaan kinerja katalis terlihat setelah 2 jam reaksi, katalis rasio Si/Al=75 dan 100 lebih rentan mengalami deaktivasi. Sedangkan, ZSM-5 rasio Si/Al=25 masih bertahan dengan konversi 100% & yield diatas 70%. Terbentuknya kokas menyebabkan penurunan keasaman katalis dan luas permukaannya. ......Acetone is a organic polar compound which can be produced renewably from biomass through a fermentation process or by catalytic process of a biomassderived liquid. The prospective and sustainable system from a new schematic route can be established, if this product could be transformed into hydrocarbons. That?s why this research is intended to develop a catalytic process for aromatic production from acetone using ZSM-5.Organic acetone could be transformed into aromatic by catalytic reaction using ZSM-5 in fixed-bed reactor at atmospheric. HZSM-5 with Si/Al = 25 was more active and stable than that of Si/Al ratio 75 or 100. The yield of aromatic was obtained higher than 70 wt %. It indicates that the reaction of acetone requires a high acid density and H-ZSM-5 is shape selective catalyst for the aromatic formation due to pore opening (0,56 nm) is very close to the geometrical molecular size of the aromatic. The deactivation by coking caused the decreasing the area surface and the acidity of catalyst.

Adaptor memiliki beberapa keunggulan karena cara kerjanya yang sedikit berbeda dengan protocol converter lain. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas cara kerja adaptor sampai kepada pemodelannya. Dan juga perbandingan adaptor dengan salah satu protocol converter yang lain, yakni gateway.

Risalah Lelang merupakan akta otentik yang membuktikan telah terjadinya lelang dan berfungsi sebagai alas hak untuk melakukan balik nama, khususnya dalam hal objek lelang berupa tanah dan bangunan. Seperti halnya akta notaris, Risalah Lelang dapat dibuat dalam bentuk minuta, salinan dan grosse. Minuta Risalah Lelang merupakan arsip negara yang wajib disimpan dan dipelihara secara baik oleh Juru Lelang/Kantor Lelang. Dalam penelitian ini, permasalahan muncul sebagai dampak dari diterbitkannya surat keterangan sebagai pengganti salinan Risalah Lelang oleh Kepala Kantor Lelang Negara, yang tidak memiliki minuta. Mengenai bidang tanah/bangunan yang telah dijual lelang oleh Kantor Lelang Negara tersebut, bagaimanapun, telah diterbitkan sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan atas nama pihak lain oleh Kantor Pertanahan sebagai tindak lanjut dari adanya ketentuan konversi tanah berdasarkan UUPA. Selain itu, sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan tersebut telah pula ditingkatkan menjadi Hak Milik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian antara prosedur lelang dan proses konversi tanah yang telah dilakukan dengan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku di bidang hukum lelang dan pertanahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk yuridis normatif dengan tipe diagnostik fact-finding. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dianalis secara kualitatif sehingga menghasilkan laporan yang bersifat diagnostik analisis. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa lelang yang telah dilakukan mengandung beberapa cacat prosedur dan surat keterangan sebagai pengganti salinan Risalah Lelang tersebut tidak dapat diterima sebagai alat bukti yang sah dan sempurna, namun hanya sebagai bukti permulaan.

An Auction Deed is an authentic deed to prove that an auction has occured and it becomes the legal basis the transfer of title from a vendor to a purchaser, particularly in relation to land and builidng. Similiar to a notary deed, The Auction Deed may be drawn as a minute, an exemplified copy, and an engrossment. As state archives, the minute of Auction Deeds must be kept and maintained well by auctioneers. In this research, problems arise as a result of the issuance of letters of evidence by the Head of State Auction Office as a substitute for an exemplified copy of an auction deed, that do not has the minute. With regard to the property sold by the aforementioned State Auction Office, however, the Land Office has granted Building Rights Certificate under the name of other people based on the conversion policy of land titles in conformity with the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). Besides, The Building Rights has been increased into the Ownership (Freehold) Rights. This study aims to examine the suitability of the auction procedure, conversion of land rights procedure with the auction and land regulations. The research uses normative juridical with fact-finding diagnostic. The type of data used are secondary data were analyzed qualitatively so as to produce a diagnostic report analysis. Restrukturisasi pembiayaan murabahah merupakan suatu alternatif penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah. Secara praktik, restrukturisasi mengharuskan adanya suatu kesepakatan antara konsumen sebagai pihak yang gagal bayar dengan perusahaan pembiayaan syariah sebagai pihak yang memberikan pembiayaan. Dalam industri pembiayaan syariah, pembiayaan murabahah merupakan produk utama yang banyak ditawarkan dan digunakan oleh konsumen. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan syariah yang jasanya banyak digunakan oleh konsumen. Praktik yang terjadi pada PT XYZ, apabila terjadi gagal bayar dari konsumen maka pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan restrukturisasi pembiayaan dengan cara melakukan konversi akad murabahah menjadi akad ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik. Pelaksanaan restrukturisasi tersebut menimbulkan konsekuensi hukum baru bagi konsumen maupun PT XYZ. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan tipologi penelitian bersifat eksplanatoris dan data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa belum terdapat suatu peraturan hukum yang mengatur mengenai konversi akad murabahah menjadi akad ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik. Adapun pelaksanaan konversi akad murabahah menjadi akad ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik masih ditemukan adanya ketidak sesuaian dengan fatwa DSN MUI. Kondisi yang ada saat ini menimbulkan potensi law enforcement yang dilakukan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menjadi tidak optimal. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dengan segera Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dapat mengeluarkan peraturan mengenai konversi akad murabahah menjadi akad ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik yang berlaku dan mengikat semua pelaku usaha pada industri pembiayaan syariah di Indonesia. ......Restructuring murabaha financing is an alternative to the completion of financing problems. In practice, restructuring requires the existence of an agreement between the consumer as the party failed to pay and the Islamic finance company as the person who provided the financing. In the Islamic finance industry, murabaha financing are the main products which widely offered and used by consumers. PT. XYZ is one of the Islamic financing company whose services are widely used by consumers. The practices occur in PT XYZ, in case if the costumer failure to pay, the approach taken is to restructure the financing by converting akad murabaha into akad of Ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik. Implementation of the restructuring raises new legal consequences for consumers and slso to PT XYZ. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with typology explanatory research and the research data was analyzed qualitatively. From the research, it was found that there were a rule of law that governs the conversion of akad murabaha into akad ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik. As for the conversion of akad murabaha into akad Ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik there were discrepancy with DSN MUI fatwa. Existing conditions pose a potential law enforcement conducted the Financial Services Authority to be not optimal. The research expected that the Financial Services Authority may issued regulations on conversion akad murabaha into akad Ijarah muntahiyah bittamlik as soon as possible, which applicable and binding on all businesses in the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia.

ABSTRAK Permasalahan keuangan suatu bank berupa penekanan likuiditas harus ditangani dengan cara meminimalkan dampak kerusakan yang dapat ditimbulkan terhadap stabilitas sistem keuangan sehingga tetap memperoleh kepercayaan masyarakat penyimpan dana pada sistem perbankan dan menjaga perekonomian secara keseluruhan. Penerapan kebijakan bail-in sebagai private sector resolution untuk alternatif penanganan bank bermasalah selain bail-out, melalui konversi sumber dana bank menjadi modal dengan tujuan meminimalisir biaya fiskal yang harus ditanggung oleh otoritas yang berwenang memerlukan penelitian terkait sumber dana bank yang dapat dikonversi dan implikasi hukumnya apabila diterapkan saat ini. Dalam rangka perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998, usulan penerapan kebijakan bail-in harus selaras dengan asas kebebasan berkontrak dan tetap dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum khususnya kepada nasabah sebagai konsumen bank. Simpanan atau dana pihak ketiga sebagai sumber dana terbesar yang paling diandalkan oleh bank pada dasarnya dapat dikonversi menjadi modal sepanjang terdapat persetujuan dari nasabah selaku pemilik simpanan atau dana pihak ketiga tersebut. Simpanan atau dana pihak ketiga yang dapat dikonversi adalah yang digolongkan sebagai simpanan yang tidak dijamin pembayarannya (unsecured debt) oleh Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan karena secara hukum belum memperoleh jaminan atau pertanggungan. Selain itu, pinjaman subordinasi dari pihak terafiliasi yang dianggap turut bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan bank dapat dikonversi menjadi modal sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban atas pengelolaan bank yang bersangkutan. Namun demikian, penerapan kebijakan bail-in berupa konversi saat ini belum dapat dilakukan karena belum terdapat peraturan yang mengatur serta perjanjian atau kontrak penyimpanan dana antara bank dan nasabah tidak secara jelas menyebutkan adanya ?klausula konversi?.
ABSTRACT The financial problems of a bank in the form of liquidity suppression should be addressed by minimizing the impact of the damage that can be inflicted against the financial system stability, allowing the system to maintain its depositors trust in the banking system and to maintain the economy in its entirety. In addition to the bail-out policy, the implementation of the bail-in policy being a private sector resolution, as an alternative for the handling of troubled banks, through the conversion of bank?s funds into capital for the purpose of minimizing fiscal costs borne by the authority, requires research on the source of funds of banks that are convertable and its legal implications of its application. In order to amend Law Number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law Number 10 of 1998, the proposed implementation of the bail-in policy shall be concordant with the principle of freedom of contract and able to provide legal protection, in particular to customers as banking consumers. In principal, deposits or third party?s funds, as the bank?s largest, most reliable source of fund are convertable into capital as long as the bank obtained customer?s consent as the owner of such deposits or third party funds. Deposits or third party?s funds that can be converted are ones which are classified as unsecured debt by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Agency, because by law, such funds are not guaranteed or insured. In addition, subordinated loans from affiliated parties that are considered to be partly liable for the bank?s management can be converted into capital as a form of accountability for the management of such bank. However, the implementation of the bail-in policy in the form of conversion is presently inapplicable because there are no regulations governing such matter. In addition, existing agreements or contracts between the bank and the customer on fund savings does not clearly state the existence of "conversion clause".
