Abstrak :
Managemen Proyek dimasa yang akan datang membutuhkan teknologi yang dapat inengikuti perubahan kondisi dimana kecepatan dan ketepatan adalah sesuatu yang sangat bermanfaat untuk pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat akan menghasilkan langkah kerja yang produktif. Proses seperti ini dapat terjadi apabila komunikasi yang terjadi dalam proses menagemen proyek lersebut efisien dan efektif, sehingga akan meminimalkan aktifitas-aktifitas yang kurang produktif, mamakan waktu dan tenaga cukup banyak. Dengan menerapkan internet sebagai alat komunikasi dalam managemen proyek akan menyebabkan komunikasi antara tim proyek menjadi efisien dan efektif, permasalahan dapat diidentijlkasi secepat mungkin , informasi dan laporan yang tepat dan jwnpa rapat kerja dapat dilakukan dengan virtual, yang semuanya akan meningkatkan kinerja waktu proses pengambilan keputusan.

The project management in the upcoming future will need technology that characterize by demands for increased speed in response and accuracy in a rapidly changing world. These tools and technology will be very useful to manage the projects in term of the decision-making. This quick response of decision-making, will process the accurate data and reports, which will consequently make effective productive. This process will happen if the communication within this project management process, done efficiently and effectively that will minimize activities, which take much times and efforts. By developing internet as communication tools to manage the project, will cause efficient and effective communication within the project team. Beyond that, the problem will be identified very soon, accurate information reports and meetings can be done virtually, in which, all of them will increase the time-frame of decision making process.
