Abstrak :
Permasalahan konflik yang terjadi di daerah kecamatan Sausu, kabupaten Parigi Moutong, Sulawesi Tengah telah berlangsung lama dan belum dapat terselesaikan. Para kelompok Mujahidin Indonesia Timur (MIT) melakukan aksi penembakan terhadap aparat keamanan dan melakukan aksi Amaliyah penyerangan terhadap pemukiman masyarakat yang sudah banyak menelan korban. Masyarakat mulai dilema di satu sisi, apabila memberikan informasi kepada Polisi maka keselamatan mereka juga terancam, dan sebaliknya apabila masyarakat tidak memberikan informasi kepada Polisi maka masyarakat bisa dikategorikan sebagai simpatisan MIT. Simpatisan tersebut disusun ke dalam 4 kuadran yang terdiri dari kelompok simpatisan pasif, kelompok aktif, kelompok agen dan kelompok apatis. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perubahan perilaku masyarakat pra dan pasca operasi keamanan Madago Raya terhadap dilema sosial yang terjadi pada masyarakat Kecamatan Sausu Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada informan yang telah ditunjuk data sekunder yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisa data triangulasi untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. ......The conflict problems that occurred in the Sausu District area, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi have been going on for a long time and have not been resolved. The Mujahidin Indonesia Timur (MIT) group shot at security forces and carried out amaliyah attacks on residential areas that have claimed many victims. The community began to be dilemmatic on the one hand, if they provide information to the police then their safety is also threatened, and vice versa if the community does not provide information to the police then the community can be categorized as MIT sympathizers. The sympathizers are grouped into 4 quadrants consisting of passive sympathizers, active groups, agent groups, and apathetic groups. The purpose of this study is to look at changes in community behavior pre and post Madago Raya security operations against social dilemmas that occur in the community of Sausu District, Parigi Moutong Regency. This research uses a qualitative method where data is obtained through interviews and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with predetermined informants. Secondary data that has been obtained is then analyzed using triangulation data analysis techniques to obtain research results.
