Abstrak :
Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kondisi baru yang menimbulkan burnout atau kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kesehatan. Burnout dapat mempengaruhi berlangsungnya kolaborasi interprofesional membuat kualitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi terganggu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara tingkat burnout dan kolaborasi tim Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan. Sampel penelitian sebesar 88 responden teridir atas dokter, perawat, radiographer, dan analisis laboratorium yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan instrumen yaitu Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) dan Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale II (AITCS II). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat burnout dan kolaborasi tim Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan (p value > 0.05). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Rumah Sakit dapat menurunkan kondisi kelelahan diantaranya melakukan relaksasi otot progresif pada tenaga kesehatan serta meningkatkan kolaborasi interprofesi dengan membentuk tim Covid-19 yang terdiri dari profesi berbeda. ......The Covid-19 pandemic is a new phenomenon that causes burnout or work fatigue among health workers. Burnout can affect the ongoing interprofessional collaboration as well as causing disruption the quality of health services. This study is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design that aims to determine the relationship between burnout levels and the inter professional collaboration of the Covid-19 team at Teaching Hospital. The research sample was 88 respondents consisting of doctors, nurses, radiographers, and laboratory analysts who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The research data were collected using 2 instruments: the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (MBI-HSS) and the Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale II (AITCS II). The data were then analyzed using both univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The bivariate analysis used is Chi-square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship of burnout levels and the Covid-19 team interprofessional collaboration during pandemic in Teaching Hospital (p value > 0.05). This study recommends that hospitals can reduce burnout conditions including progressive muscle relaxation for health workers and increasing interprofessional collaboration by forming a Covid-19 team consisting of different professions.

Kolaborasi interprofesional merupakan bentuk kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan yang melibatkan pasien serta tenaga antar professional kesehatan dengan tujuan yang sama. Implementasi kolaborasi interprofessional yang baik akan berdampak pada tingkat peningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pelayanan, peningkatan keselamatan pasien dan kesinambungan pelayanan. Hal ini juga dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja perofesional kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan melibatkan 167 orang perawat. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik quota sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa jenjang karir (p=0,002), masa kerja (p= 0,009), usia (p= 0,0012), dan komunikasi (p= 0,102) merupakan determinan implementasi kolaborasi interprofesional. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda mendapatkan bahwa faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan  implementasi kolaborasi interprofesional adalah jenjang karir. Semua variabel yang menjadi faktor berkontribusi sebesar 35,2% dalam implementasi kolaborasi interprofesional. Rekomendasi penelitian ini menyarankan pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu untuk mengembangkan sistem jenjang karir dan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi guna meningkatkan kuliatas implementasi kolaborasi interprofesional. ......Interprofessional collaborational is a form of health service activity that involves patients and health professionals with the same goal. Implementation of good interprofessional collaboration will have an impact on increasing the quality and level of service, increasing patient safety and continuity of service. This can also impact health professionals' job satisfaction. This research aims to identify the determinants of implementing interprofessional collaboration. This research design used a cross-sectional approach involving 167 nurses. The sample was selected using the quota sampling technique. The research results showed that career level (p=0.002), length of service (p= 0.009), age (p= 0.0012), and communication (p= 0.102) were determinants of interprofessional collaboration implementation. The results of multiple linear regression analysis found that the factor most related to the implementation of interprofessional collaboration was career level. All variables that are factors contribute 35.2% to the implementation of interprofessional collaboration The research recommendation is that hospital management needs to develop a career path system and improve communication skills to improve the quality of implementing interprofessional collaboration

Kolaborasi interprofesional merupakan hal penting dalam pelayanan perawatan. Stereotip dianggap sebagai hambatan dalam penerapan kolaborasi interprofesional. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan stereotip terhadap implementasi kolaborasi tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda deskriptif analitik cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini yaitu dokter, perawat, ahli gizi, dan farmasis (N=88). Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara stratified random sampling. Penelitian menggunakan Student Stereotypes Rating Questionnaire (SSRQ) dan Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara stereotip terhadap implementasi kolaborasi tenaga kesehatan (p=0.009; α=0.05). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan stereotip kategorik rendah berdasarkan 9 poin yang ada di SSRQ dan implementasi kolaborasi buruk berdasarkan partnership/shared decision making, coorperation, dan coordination mendominasi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut, mengupayakan meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya melalui pendekatan pemahaman peran masing-masing tenaga kesehatan dan memfasilitasi upaya tersebut merupakan hal yang penting. ...... Interprofessional collaboration is essential in healthcare. Stereotype are considered as barrier for interprofessional collaboration practice. This aim of this article is to prove the significant correlation between stereotype and interprofessional collaboration practice in RSUD Pasar Rebo. Cross sectional analytical was used in this study. Participants were healthcare provider which consist of physician, nurse, pharmacy, and dietitian in RSUD Pasar Rebo (N=88). This study used Student Stereotypes Rating Questionnaire (SSRQ) and Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) as its instrument. Sample were taken by stratified random sampling. This study showed there is correlation between stereotype with interprofessional collaboration practice (p=0.009; α=0.05). The result of bivariate analysis showed that low stereotype based on 9 point in SSRQ and bad implementation interprofessional collaboration based on partnership/shared decision making, cooperation, and coordination dominates. Based on result, to do other research is needed, the effort to do more in interpersonal relationship with understanding of each role member team, and facilitate this effort is important.

Insiden keselamatan masih terus terjadi, praktik kolaborasi yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi IPCP dapat mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kompetensi IPCP perawat dengan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional di Rumah Sakit tipe A Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 158 yang terdiri dari clinical care manager, ketua tim, dan perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja dan level kompetensi tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) dengan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. Sementara kompetensi IPCP perawat mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan melalui hasil analisis bivariat (p=0,000). Hasil persamaan regresi didapatkan setiap kerja sama perawat dalam tim bertambah 1 poin, maka pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap akan meningkat sebesar 0.655 setelah dikontrol variabel umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, lama kerja, komunikasi dalam tim, peran dan tanggung jawab. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya dapat di lakukan dengan melihat sampel yang sesuai dengan standar yaitu dengan tingkat pendidikan minimal profesi ners dengan menggunakan variabel pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien dengan melihat 6 sasaran keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap. ......Safety incidents are still happening, collaborative practices that are influenced by IPCP competencies can optimize the implementation of patient safety in inpatient rooms. This study aims to identify the relationship between the IPCP competence of nurses and the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient room. This study used a cross sectional method at type A Hospital, Central Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 158 consisting of clinical care managers, team leaders, and implementing nurses who served in the inpatient room. The results of this study found that age, gender, education level, length of work and level of competence did not show a significant relationship (p>0.05) with the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient room. While the IPCP competence of nurses has a significant relationship through the results of bivariate analysis (p = 0.000). The results of the regression equation showed that each time the nurse's cooperation in the team increased by 1 point, the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient room would increase by 0.655 after controlling for variables of age, gender, education, length of work, communication in the team, roles and responsibilities. Recommendations for further research can be done by looking at samples that are in accordance with the standard, namely with a minimum level of education for the nursing profession and using patient safety implementation variables by looking at 6 patient safety goals in the inpatient room.

Pada tahun 2021 dari 25 Puskesmas di Kota Bogor hanya sekitar 12 puskesmas yang mencapai target keberhasilan SPM 100%. Penderita diabetes melitus yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar sebanyak 17.431 sekitar (88,5%) saja. Pendekatan kolaborasi interprofesional dalam pelayanan DM di puskesmas menjadi sangat penting untuk keterpaduan lintas program, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan hasil kesehatan pasien DM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis praktik kolaborasi interprofesional pada petugas kesehatan pemberi pelayanan diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Kota Bogor. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif analitik menggunakan desain mixed method sequential explanatory, populasi seluruh petugas kesehatan pelayanan DM, sampel dengan total sampling. Data kuantitatif didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner Collaborative Practice Assessment Tool (CPAT) dan data kualitatif didapatkan dengan wawancara mendalam. Didapatkan 144 petugas kesehatan pemberi pelayanan DM yang berprofesi dokter PTM, perawat PTM, petugas obat atau apoteker, petugas laboratorium medis, dan ahli kesehatan masyarakat (ahli gizi, kesehatan lingkungan, promosi kesehatan). Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dengan uji statistik chi-square, dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil persepsi kolaborasi interprofesional pada petugas kesehatan pemberi pelayanan diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Kota Bogor cukup baik dengan nilai rerata 75,65. Terdapat 3 variabel yang berhubungan dengan praktik kolaborasi interprofesional, yaitu niat berbagi ilmu, iklim tim dan konflik tim. Iklim tim merupakan variabel yang dominan berhubugan dengan praktik kolaborasi interprofesional. Petugas dengan persepsi iklim tim yang positif berpeluang 3,48 kali untuk melakukan praktik kolaborasi interprofesional yang baik dibandingkan responden dengan iklim tim yang negatif (aOR=3,28 95% CI 1,345-9,018). Kesimpulan salah satu strategi meningkatkan capaian target SPM pelayanan DM dengan mengembangkan praktik kolaborasi interprofesional pada petugas kesehatan pelayanan DM di Puskesmas Kota Bogor melalui penguatan program IPE (Interprofessional Education), mengadakan capacity building, dan meningkatkan apresiasi atau penghargaan pada setiap pencapaian anggota tim sehingga termotivasi untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan DM yang sesuai standar. ......Only 12 of the 25 at Bogor City public health center can achieve 100% success by 2021. Approximately 17,431 people with diabetes mellitus (88.5%) receive standard health services. The interprofessional collaborative approach in diabetes services at community health centers is critical for cross-program integration, which improves service quality and health outcomes for diabetes patients. The objective of this study was to examine the practice of interprofessional collaboration among health workers at the Bogor City Public Health Center that provide diabetes mellitus services. The research method was descriptive analytic with a mixed method sequential explanatory design, the population was all DM health service officers, and the sample was obtained from a random sample. The Collaborative Practice Assessment Tool (CPAT) questionnaire was used to collect quantitative data, and in-depth interviews were used to collect qualitative data. There were 144 doctors, nurses, drug officers or pharmacists, medical laboratory staff, and public health experts (nutritionists, environmental health, and health promotion) providing DM services. Univariate analysis was used to analyze the data, bivariate analysis was used with the chi-square statistical test, and multivariate analysis was used with multiple logistic regression tests. The results with an average score of 75.65, the perception of interprofessional collaboration among health workers who provide diabetes mellitus services at the Bogor City Public Health Center was quite good. The intention to share knowledge, team climate, and team conflict were three variables related to the practice of interprofessional collaboration. The dominant variable in interprofessional collaboration practices was team climate. Officers who perceived a positive team climate were 3.48 times more likely to engage in good interprofessional collaboration than those who perceive a negative team climate (aOR=3.28 95% CI 1.345-9.018). Conclusion one strategy for increasing DM service target achievement was to strengthen the IPE (Interprofessional Education) program, held capacity building, and increased appreciation for each achievement of team members so that they were motivated to provide DM health services in accordance with standards.
