Abstrak :
Evolusi digital pada publik sektor berubah dari penggunaan teknologi yang diperuntukan untuk digitalisasi menjadi pengembangan e-government dalam mentransformasikan internal organisasi hingga hubungan eksternal serta secara progresif mengkontekstualisasikan upaya transformasi e-government ke dalam kebijakan yang spesifik. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan Kemenkeu dalam menyokong e-government ialah penerapan Office Automation. Pelaksanaan Office Automation pada Kemenkeu dapat dilihat melalui implementasi Aplikasi Satu Kemenkeu yang merupakan buah dari perwujudan konsep budaya kerja Kemenkeu Satu. Satu Kemenkeu merupakan aplikasi sistem informasi yang telah terintegrasi untuk mendukung kegiatan pegawai menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Office Automation terhadap Knowledge Sharing Behaviour pada Aplikasi Satu Kemenkeu di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. Adapun responden penelitian ialah pegawai Setjen Kemenkeu sebanyak 99 pegawai. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Office Automation terhadap Knowledge Sharing Behaviour yang signifikan karena sejatinya Office Automation selaku faktor teknologi yang dapat memengaruhi Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. Namun, masih banyak faktor lain yang juga memengaruhi Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. Faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi termasuk di antaranya faktor individu, organisasi, dan teknologi.
......The digital evolution in the public sector changes from the use of technology intended for digitization to the development of e-government in transforming internal organizations to external relations and progressively contextualizing e-government transformation efforts into specific policies (Janowski, 2015). One of the efforts that can be made by the Ministry of Finance in supporting e-government is the implementation of Office Automation. The implementation of Office Automation in the Ministry of Finance can be seen through the implementation of the Satu Kemenkeu Application, which is the outcome of the realization of the concept of the Satu Kemenkeu work culture. Satu Kemenkeu is an information system application that has been integrated to support employee activities to be more effective (Ministry of Finance, 2023). This study aims to explain the effect of Office Automation on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour on the One Kemenkeu Application within the Ministry of Finance. This research approach is quantitative with quantitative data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research respondents were employees of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance as 99 employees. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively by testing the hypothesis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence of Office Automation on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour, because in fact Office Automation as a technological factor that can affect Knowledge Sharing Behavior. However, there are still many other factors that also affect Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. Other influencing factors include individual, organizational, and technological factors.

Skripsi ini menganalisis pengaruh dari motivasi Intrinsik yakni Need for Achievement, Need for Power, dan Need for Affiliation terhadap Knowledge Sharing Behaviour, Knowledge Application Behaviour, dan Innovative Behaviour Karyawan Hotel Mulia Senayan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Mulia Senayan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 102 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Need for Achievement tidak mempengaruhi Knowledge Sharing Behaviour dan Knowledge Application Behaviour, sedangkan need for Power tidak mempengaruhi Knowledge Sharing Behaviour dan mempengaruhi Knowledge Application Behaviour, kemudian Knowledge Sharing Behaviour mempengaruhi Knowledge Application Behaviour, kemudian Knowledge Sharing Behaviour tidak mempengaruhi Innovative Behaviour dan Knowledge Application Behaviour mempengaruhi Innovativ Behaviour.
......This Thesis Analyzes the effect of intrinsic Motivation consist of Need for Achievement, Need for Power, and Need for Affiliation on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour, Knowledge Application Behaviour, and Innovative Behaviour. This research was conducted at the Hotel Mulia Senayan Jakarta with the number of respondent 102 persons. This study using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The Research prove that Need for Achievement does not have a significant effect on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour and Knowledge Application Behaviour, and need for power does not have significant effect on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour but have significant effect on Knowledge Application behaviour, and then Knowledge Sharing Behaviour have significant effect on Knowledge Application Behaviour, but does not have significant effect on Innovative Behaviour, and Knowledge Application Behaviour have significant effect on innovative Behaviour
