Abstrak :
Ketika manusia mendengar kata “Klub Malam” manusia membayangkan tempat hiburan bagi orang dewasa. Banyaknya peminat klub malam menjadikan klub malam sebagai tempat bersaing dalam komersil. Sehingga setiap klub malam akan berusaha memberikan kualitas yang terbaik. Pada skripsi ini saya mencoba mencari tahu bagaimana suatu klub malam mengkomunikasikan branding. Apakah pencahayaan dan warna pencahayaan dapat mengidentifikasikan konsep branding klub malam sehingga memberikan pengunjung klub pengalaman ruang yang berbeda dari yang lain? Skripsi ini membahas dua jenis klub yang berbeda yaitu dance club dan live music dance club. Dari dua jenis klub malam yang berbeda. penulis dapat menganalisis persamaaan dan perbedaan ruang yang diciptakan pada klub malam.
......When we hear the term ‘nightclub’, we automatically assume an entertainment venue for adults. The high number of nightclub’s enthusiasts makes it a very competitive commercial zone, where every nightclub would put a huge effort in giving the best quality of services. In this thesis, author would like to determine how a nightclub communicate its branding, and whether lighting and lighting colors could identify this concept of branding that would create a different and unique experience for customers while at the same time distinguishing it from its competitors. This thesis examines two different types of nightclubs: dance club and live music dance club. Kesenangan dan hiburan pada dasarnya bukanlah kebutuhan primer bagi masyarakat. Namun dewasa ini, seiring berjalannya waktu dan perkembangan, faktanya hiburan menjadi hal yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, penulis akan memfokuskan pada Klub Malam yang sangat berkaitan erat dengan Disc Jockey dan karya yang ditampilkannya Remix yang pada dasarnya adalah adaptasi dari karya musik orang lain. Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai lagu sebagai karya dari seorang pencipta dan pemegang hak cipta yang dilindungi oleh Hukum Hak Cipta di Indonesia berkaitan dengan karya derivatif Remix oleh Disc Jockey dan ditampilkan pada Klub Malam dan hubungannya dengan pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta yang merasa hak-haknya telah terlanggar serta tindakan hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh seorang pemegang hak cipta. Penelitian ini dengan judul Analisis Hukum Penggunaan Musik dalam Karya Remix yang ditampilkan di Klub Malam oleh Disc Jockey berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 28 Tahun 2014 dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana perlindungan hukum pemegang hak cipta terhadap karyanya yang digunakan tanpa izin oleh pihak lain. ......Pleasure and entertainment are basically not the primary needs of the society. But nowadays, in fact entertainment is highly demanded. In this research the author will focused on nightclubs as a highly demanded entertainment with is strictly related to Disc Jockeys and their remix works that are basically an adaptation of others creation. This thesis will discuss related to music as a creation of a creation and copyright holders that are protected by Indonesian copyright law and derivative works Remix by disc Jockeys performed at nightclubs in relation with the creator and copyright holders who feel that their rights have been infringed and also the legal actions that can be conducted by the copyright holder. This research with title Legal Analysis on the Use of Music in the Work or Remixes by Disc Jockey based on Law No. 28 of 2014 uses the method of normative and descriptive. The result of this research shows the application of legal protection for copyright holders towards their creations that are used by others without permission.
