Abstrak :
Isolasi sosial sebagai salah satu gejala negatif skizofrenia merupakan kegagalan individu untuk menjalin interaksi dengan orang lain akibat dari pikiran-pikiran negatif serta pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan sebagai ancaman terhadap individu. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh terapi CBSST terhadap kemampuan bersosialisasi klien isolasi sosial di BLU RS Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Desain penelitian quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Sampel berjumlah 60 orang yang meliputi 29 orang kelompok intervensi dan 31 orang kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan kognitif dalam menilai diri sendiri, orang lain, dan lingkungan serta kemampuan psikomotor dalam bersosialisasi meningkat secara bermakna setelah dilakukan terapi CBSST (p value<0.05). Peningkatan kemampuan bersosialisasi lebih tinggi secara bermakna pada kelompok yang mendapat CBSST dibandingkan kelompok yang tidak mendapatkan CBSST (p value<0.05). CBSST direkomendasikan diterapkan sebagai terapi keperawatan dalam merawat klien dengan isolasi sosial. ......Social isolation as one of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia is the failure of individuals to establish interaction with others resulting from negative thoughts and unpleasant experiences as a threat to the individual. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of CBSST therapy on socialization ability the client with social isolation in the Marzoeki Mahdi hospital, Bogor. The research design was quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group. The sample of this research are clients of social isolation with amount of 60 respondents including 29 respondents in the intervention group and 31 respondents in the control group. The results showed that the cognitive ability to judge ourselves, others and the environment and psychomotor ability in socialization increased significantly after CBSST therapy (p value < 0.05). This research showed significant comparation of socialization ability in socialization between group with CBSST therapy and neither (p value < 0,05). CBSST therapy recommended as nursing therapy used to treat client with social isolation.

Isolasi sosial merupakan suatu keadaan perubahan yang dialami klien skizofrenia. Suatu pengalaman menyendiri dari seseorang dan perasaan segan terhadap orang lain sebagai sesuatu yang negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi perilaku kognitif terhadap kemampuan klien isolasi sosial dalam melakukan interaksi di ruang rawat inap di RSJ Dr Amino gondohutomo Semarang . Desain penelitian quasi experimental pre-post test with without control. Sampel berjumlah 33 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel total sampling . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh terapi perilaku kognitif terhadap kemampuan interaksi (kognitif, afektif dan perilaku) pada klien isolasi sosial (p value <0.05). Ada peningkatan kemampuan interaksi sosial (kognitif, afektif dan perilaku) setelah dilakukan terapi perilaku kognitif. Terapi perilaku kognitif direkomendasikan diterapkan sebagai terapi keperawatan dalam merawat klien dengan isolasi sosial dengan penurunan kemampuan interaksi social.

Social isolation is a state of change experienced by clients with schizophrenia. Aperson's solitude experience and shyness towards others as something negative. This study aimed to determine the effect ofc ognitive behavioral therapy for social isolation in the client's ability to interactin the hospitalized in the RSJ Dr Amino Gondohutomo Semarang. Quasi-experimental research design pre-post test with without control was used for this study sample consistend of 33 respondents were selected using the with total sampling technique. The results of that study showed that there was no effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the ability of interaction(cognitive, affective and behavioral) of the client's social isolation (p value <0.05).There was increasing social interaction skills(cognitive, affective and behavioral) after receiving cognitive behavioral therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy was recommended as a treatment applied to nursing care the clients with social isolation experienced the low ability social interaction skills.

Isolasi sosial yang tidak ditangani akan menyebabkan terjadinya gejala positif seperti halusinasi dan perilaku kekerasan. Social Skills Training meningkatkan kemampuan sosialisasi klien isolasi sosial. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah penurunan tanda gejala isolasi sosial serta peningkatan kemampuan sosialisasi klien. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir ini menggambarkan tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis pada klien isolasi sosial dengan pendekatan Model Konsep Hildegard E. Peplau dan Stres Adaptasi Stuart. Analisa dilakukan pada 40 klien di Ruang Bratasena. Hasil Social Skills Training dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosialisasi dan penurunan tanda gejala. Berdasarkan hasil diatas perlu direkomendasikan bahwa Social Skills Training dapat dijadikan standar tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis.

ABSTRACT
Social isolation is one of negative symptom to schizophrenic client. Untreat sosial isolation cause another problem like hallucination and violent. Social Skills Training improve the social skill. The expected outcome is decrease of social isolation symptoms and increase of social skill. The purpose of this final scientific work is to describe the management of nursing care social isolation clients using Peplaus Interpersonal Model Conceptual Approach and the Stuarts Stress Adaptation. Sample of this paper is 40 clients at Bratasenas room. The results of Social Skills Training is effective increased social skill and decrease the symptomps of client. Based on the results above, Social Skills Training can be used as standard therapy of psychiatric nursing specialists
