PKPA activities at Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No.01 RSCM have the aims that apothecary students would understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No. 01 RSCM Apothecary student also have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the work as pharmacist in Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No.01 RSCM, and have a real picture about the problems of pharmacy jobs in Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No.01 RSCM. Special assignment given during the Job Training Professionals in the Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No.01 RSCM is making of analysis of satisfaction of the patients of service quality and counseling from apothecary in RSCM with SERVQUAL method.

Kegiatan PKP (Praktek Kerja Profesi) yang dilaksanakan di apotek yaitu Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No.01 RSCM memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di apotek adalah analisis mengenai kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma Pelengkap No.01 RSCM dengan metode SERVQUAL. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar calon apoteker mampu membuat konsep pelayanan yang lebih baik lagi kepada pasien.

Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet Periode Bulan Oktober Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Pengkajian Resep Penyakit Dislipidemia di Apotek Kimia Farma no. 345 Tebet rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah menganalisis resep dislipidemia meliputi kajian administrasi, farmasetik, dan pertimbangan klinis dan mengkaji Drug Related Problem DRP pengobatan dislipidemia yang diterima pasien.
ABSTRACT
Internship at Kimia Farma Apothecary month period October 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. Internship at Kimia Farma Apothecary was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Assessment of Prescription Dislipidemia Disease at Kimia Farma Apothecary no. 345 Tebet . The purpose of this particular task is to analyze the prescriptions of dyslipidemia including administration, pharmaceutical, and clinical considerations and to examine the Drug Related Problem DRP of the treatment of dyslipidemia received by the patient.

Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 7 Bogor. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 3 sampai dengan tanggal 29 Agustus 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 7 secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran, penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan,. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 7 adalah pelayanan home care belum berjalan dengan rutin.ABSTRACT Profession internship (PKP) in the pharmacy located at Kimia Farma No. 7 Bogor. This activity lasted for four weeks from 3 until August 29, 2015. PKP in pharmacy aims to make students understand the role of pharmacists Pharmacy Pharmacist business (APA), have insight into the implementation of pharmacy work, and have a real picture of the issues that occur in pharmacy jobs pharmacy. Based on the activities undertaken PKP, APA at Kimia Farma No. 7 in general has been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in the management of activities related pharmacy pharmaceutical technical and nontechnical pharmacy activities in accordance with the legislation in force. Student pharmacists have managed to gain insights into the routine activities performed in pharmacy. Pharmaceutical technical activities undertaken in the pharmacy include procurement, receipt, storage, sale, management of narcotics, psychotropic management, and documentation of recipes. As for the non-technical activities undertaken in the pharmacy pharmacy is preparing a prescription and receipt of payment, the price of the prescription labeling credit for billing ,. Problems that occur in Kimia Farma No. 7 is a home care service has not run regularly.

Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan PKPA ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 5 sampai dengan tanggal 30 November 2015. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKPA ini adalah agar mahasiswa Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan Apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan mangacu pada Permenkes No. 35 Tahun 2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran, penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan Laporan Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok adalah ketiadaan Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat. Tujuan pelaksanaan praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 110 Bogor periode bulan Oktober 2016 adalah untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Apotek sesuai dengan perundangan dan etika pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata terhadap permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama satu bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu pengkajian resep untuk penderita obesitas disertai diabetes. Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian menurut Permenkes No 35 tahun 2014 meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinis. The aims of internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No 110 in October 206 are to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities clinical pharmacist in hospital according to regulations and ethics in pharmaceutical care, have insight, knowledge, skill and practical experience for doing pharmaceutical care, and have an example about pharmaceutical care problem in Apotek. Internship was held for one month with a special assignment to assessment of patient prescription in patient with obesity and diabetes. The implimentation of Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Apotek according to Regulation of Minister of Health No 35 Year 2014 consist of managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical equipments and clinical pharmacy services.. The managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical equipments in uskesmas is already suitable, and clinical pharmacy services that have not been done optimally are patient counseling, Drug Information Service and Drug Monitoring Therapy.

Selain itu memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu 'Pengkajian Resep Pasen Penderita Penyakit Infark Miokard di Apotek Kimia Farma 352'. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah calon apoteker dapat memahami dan mengetahui patofisologi, rasionalitas resep, dan alur pelayanan resep dari penyakit infark miokard.
