"ABSTRAK
Lukacs mengatakan bahwa sastrawan terpengaruh oleh kenyataan sosial di sekelilingnva. Kenyataan tentang kehidupan yang penuh penderitaan mendorong pengarang untuk mengekspresikan pendapat dan perasaannya dalam karya sastra. Jadi karya itu merupakan sarana pengarang untuk mengkritik masyarakat. Karya yang berhasil mempengaruhi dan mengubah masyarakat berarti mempunyai sifat emansipatoris dan daya transformasi.
Dalam masyarakat Jerman abad kedelapan belas, rakyat tertindas akibat pemerintahan feodal absolut yang bertindak sewenang-wenang. Sastrawan di Taman itu, terutama zaman Sturm and Drang (1767-1785) sangat mementingkan faktor perasaan dalam penulisan karya mereka. Mereka menuliskan perasaan tidak puas mereka akan keadaan sosial yang buruk itu ke dalam karya mereka. Schiller, salah satu sastrawan Sturm and Drang yang turut mengalami penderitaan akibat pemerintahan di abad 18 juga menuangkan perasaannya ke dalam karya pertamanya, Die Raurber.
Die Rauber memuat berbagai masalah yang juga terdapat di dalam keadaan sosial masyarakat Jerman abad kedelapan belas, yaitu masalah pemerintahan yang sewenang-wenang dan tirani, pemberontakan yang dilakukan sebagian masyarakat, keberadaan selir di kalangan bangsawan dan juga kolusi yang terdapat antara bangsawan dan gereja,
Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam Die Rauber terdapat banyak kritik terhadap keadaan sosial masyarakat Jerman abad kedelapan belas. Penciptaan karya ini juga dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran Schiller akan lingkungan sosialnya. Walaupun karya ini tidak berhasil mengubah masyarakat, namun hal ini tidak menggugurkan kesimpulan bahwa Die Rauber mempunyai hubungan dengan keadaan sosial masyarakat Jerman abad kedelapan belas.

"Terkonsentrasinya kekayaan dan sumber sumber pendapatan di tengah masyarakat merupakan persoalan yang tak kunjung usai di Indonesia. Secara konsep, ketimpangan ekonomi mengacu pada bagaimana variabel ekonomi terdistribusi antara individu individu dalam kelompok, antara kelompok dalam suatu populasi atau antara negara dan negara lainnya. Selain ketimpangan pendapatan, ketimpangan juga terjadi dalam penguasaan lahan yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya angka gini lahan dari waktu ke waktu, hingga mencapai 0,68 pada 2013. Ketimpangan tersebut kemudian menyebabkan kemiskinan, setidaknya dapat dilihat melalui dua hal, yaitu ketimpangan terhadap aset dan akses. Oleh karena itu, studi ini menjawab bagaimana redistribusi aset dan akses dapat menjadi solusi menekan ketimpangan. Salah satu kebijakan yang dirasa mampu menjadi solusi ialah reforma agraria. Beberapa negara telah mengadopsi skema ini untuk menciptakan keadilan sosial. Di Indonesia, reforma agraria menjadi salah satu nawa cita dalam pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo. Studi ini melakukan simulasi menggunakan data SUSENAS periode Maret 2017 untuk mengukur pengaruh redistribusi lahan terhadap ketimpangan. Ketimpangan diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan koefisien Gini. Dengan mengasumsikan bahwa setiap rumah tangga penerima program redistribusi lahan setidaknya akan mengalami kenaikan penerimaan sekitar 15 persen per bulan, maka kebijakan redistribusi lahan dapat mendorong rumah tangga yang tadinya miskin menjadi tidak miskin. Selain itu, kenaikan pendapatan kelompok rumah tangga penerima program redistribusi pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi tingkat ketimpangan yang terjadi."

"Pancasila merupakan jiwa bangsa dan falsafah hidup bernegara, yang telah menjadi acuan berbangsa dan bernegara Indonesia. Namun, Pancasila tentu tidak sekedar menjadi ideology yang berkutat dalam tataran konseptual semata, tanpa ada perjuangan untuk mengimplemntasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam konteks sila ke-lima Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluru Rakyat Indonesia, keberadaan Pancasila teraktualisasi dengan hadirnya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) dan Koperasi. Dalam konteks kehidupan masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur, keberadaan BUMD dan Koperasi sebagai manifestasi sila ke-lima tersebut sejatinya menjadi landasan sekaligus sarana untuk meningkatkan keadilan sosial. Namun, implementasi sila Keadilan Sosial tersebut dalam kehidupan masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur belum optimal dilaksanakan, mengingat sampai saat ini kondisi belum terwujud optimal. Di sisi lain, persoalan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan perubahan indeks pembangunan masyarakat NTT dan predikat provinsi termiskin ke tiga di Indonesia, hendak menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila, khususnya keadilan sosial belum secara menyeluruh diwujudkan. Persoalan inilah yang mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan kajian terkait implementasi sila ke-lima Pancasila dalam kehidupan masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur

Pancasila is the soul of the nation and the philosophy of life of the country, which has become the reference of the nation and the state of Indonesia. However, Pancasila certainly does not merely become an ideology dwelling in a mere conceptual level, without any struggle to implement it in the daily life of Indonesian society. In the context of the fifth principle of Social Justice for All Indonesian People, the existence of Pancasila is actualized by the presence of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and Cooperatives. In the context of the life of the people of East Nusa Tenggara, the existence of BUMD and Cooperative as the manifestation of the five principles actually becomes the foundation and means to improve social justice. However, the implementation of the principle of Social Justice in the life of the people of East Nusa Tenggara has not been optimally implemented, since until now the fact of poverty is still widening. On the other hand, the issue of the welfare of the people of Nusa Tenggara Timur with the change of NTT community development index and the third poorest province predicate in Indonesia, would like to show that the values contained in Pancasila, especially social justice have not been thoroughly realized. This issue encourages researchers to conduct studies related to the implementation of the five principles of Pancasila in the life of the people of East Nusa Tenggara."

Masyarakat dan keadilan sosial adalah kedua tema pembahasan yang tidak terpisahkan. Baik dari pemikiran sosial-politik Barat maupun Timur, pembahasan mengenai bagaimana masyarakat seharusnya dan apa yang disebut dengan keadilan sosial terus didiskusikan dari waktu ke waktu. Perbedaan muncul tatkala gagasan mengenai masyarakat dan keadilan sosial dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial politik yang ada dan dipengaruhi oleh corak keyakinan agama. Sayyid Qutb dan Ali Syariati memiliki ideologi tersendiri mengenai masyarakat dan keadilan sosial.
Sayyid Qutb yang merupakan salah satu tokoh utama gerakan Ikhwanul Muslimin pada masa rezim Gamal Abdul Nasser berusaha menanamkan Islamisme fundamental dalam memahami tatanan masyarakat ideal dan mewujudkan keadilan sosial dengan menekankan perhatiannya pada penerapan hukum Syariah Islam dan mendirikan negara Islam yang adil, plural, harmonis, dan supra nasional. Ia banyak mengungkapkan idealismenya tersebut dalam karya-karyanya seperti Ma?alim fi at Thariq, al Adalah al Ijtima?iyyah fi al Islam, Tafsir fi Zilal Quran, dan judul-judul lainnya.
Sementara Ali Syariati yang seorang intelektual dan ideolog revolusi Iran, meski menjadikan Islam sebagai landasan pemikirannya, lebih memusatkan perhatiannnya kepada bagaimana melakukan perubahan sosial untuk menemukan jati diri bangsa Iran. Karya-karyanya lebih banyak menyerukan kepada bagaimana masyarakat yang ideal dan keadilan sosial yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh corak aliran Sosialisme. Ia aktif memberikan ceramah di universitas dan lembaga keagamaan seperti Hosseiniyeh Ershad. Karya-karyanya yang terkenal baik berupa buku, syair, maupun kumpulan ceramahnya yang dibukukan seperti On the Sociology of Islam, What Is to Be Done: The Enlightened Thinkers and Islamic Renaissance, dan lainnya.

Either from Western socio-politics or Eastern, the discussion about how an ideal society should be and what social justice is, will always be studied from time to time. The difference emerges when an idea about society and social justice are influenced by current social and political situation, culture and religious belief.
