This research was conducted with legal research methods that can be revealed how the law was perceived and implemented by the community through research Juridical Sociological including reviewing legal issue s as an integral part of the community or research approach which emphasizes the legal aspects with regard to the subject to be discussed, is associated with the fact in the field. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence and the role of parents in caring and educating children through parenting models that cause juvenile delinquency, as well as the effortsthe parents role in the juvenile delinquency reduction. Object of this study includes elementary school students and junior high school students as well as High School of state or private school at four Regency or City in West Sumatra. The Results of research shows that the influence of parents parenting models to juvenile delinquency is very influential. The role of parents is very necessary in the prevention of juvenile delinquency by changing the model of parenting applied.

ABSTRAK
Kota merupakan tempat tinggal masyarakat yang memiliki karakteristik multikultural dan bersifat dinamis. Kota memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi sehingga dihadapkan pada permasalahan yang kompleks. Salah satu bentuk kenakalan remaja yaitu ketidakefektifan performa peran meliputi membolos dan pergi dari rumah tanpa izin dikenal pula dengan istilah juvenile deliquency. Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ners ini adalah memberi gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada keluarga dengan masalah ketidakmampuan koping keluarga. Intervensi keperawatan dilakukan selama 2 minggu. Intervensi keperawatan unggulan yang diberikan adalah pemberian reinforcement positif pada remaja. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa intervensi keperawatan yang dilakukan efektif dalam mengubah perilaku remaja menjadi lebih disiplin dan bertanggung jawab. Intervensi ini disarankan diberikan oleh perawat untuk membantu remaja melaksanakan tugas perkembangannya menjadi individu mandiri dan bertanggung jawab.
ABSTRACT City is a place where people has multicultural characteristic and dynamic society. City has high population density and faced with complex problems. One form of juvenile delinquency is the ineffectiveness of performance roles such as truant and going from home without permission. The purpose of this paper was give an overview of nursing care to family with disable family coping. Family nursing care was given within 2 weeks. The main nursing intervention is giving positive reinforcement to adolescent. The results of the intervention showed that the main intervention was effective to changed the behavior of adolescents became more disciplined and responsible. This intervention is recommended for use by nurses in assisting adolescents to carry out their developmental tasks to become independent and responsible individuals.

Kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor pendorong intensitas tinggal perawat di puskesmas. Perpindahan dan pergantian perawat dapat mengganggu proses pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat. Peran manajer keperawatan diperlukan untuk mendukung iklim kerja yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat di puskesmas. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 35 puskesmas di Kota Depok dengan total 122 perawat sebagai responden penelitian. Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kepuasan kerja yang memiliki nilai reliabilitas 0,930 dan 0,970. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kepuasan ekstrinsik (OR=7,222; p= 0,005) dan kepuasan intrinsik (OR=13,176; p< 0,001) pada perawat puskesmas di Kota Depok. Kepuasan ekstrinsik yang dimaksud adalah kebijakan organisasi, kebijakan administrasi, supervisi, penghasilan, hubungan interpersonal, dan kondisi kerja. Kepuasan intrinsik yang dimaksud adalah pencapaian, penghargaan, pekerjaan itu sendiri, tanggung jawab, dan keahlian. Determinan dari kepuasan kerja perawat adalah kepuasan intrinsik (OR= 15,199; p<0,001) setelah dikontrol umur. Hal tersebut dapat memberikan masukan yang baik bagi puskesmas dan dinas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan intrinsik dan ekstrinsik perawat puskesmas, yaitu dengan menerapkan jenjang karir keperawatan komunitas sehingga peningkatan faktor keahlian (kepuasan intrinsik) dan pendapatan (kepuasan ekstrinsik) perawat puskesmas dapat terfasilitasi dengan baik.
ABSTRACT
Job satisfaction is a driving factor of nursing intention to stay at primary health care. Retention and replacement of nurses can disrupt the process of health services in the primary health care. The role of the nursing manager is needed to support a work climate that can increase nursing job satisfaction at primary health care. The aim of this research is to find the determinant of nursing job satisfaction in primary health care in Depok. This research used cross sectional quantitative methode in thirty-five primary health care in Depok with a total of 122 nurses as respondents. The tool used was a job satisfaction questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.930 and 0.970. The results was that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction with extrinsic satisfaction (OR = 7,222; p<0.05) and intrinsic satisfaction (OR = 13,176; p<0.01) for nurses in Depok City primary health care. Subvariables of extrinsic satisfaction are company policies, administrative policies, supervision, salary, interpersonal relations and working conditions. Subvariables of intrinsic satisfaction are achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility and advancement. The determinant of nursing satisfaction at primary health care in Depok is intrinsic satisfaction (OR=15,199 p<0.01) after controlled by age variable. This can provide good input for primary health care and health services to increase intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction of primary health care nurses so that there is an increase in job satisfaction of nurses at the Depok City primary health care in particular and health services in general.
