Abstrak :
Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia saat ini menjadi hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan, terkhusus untuk mendapatkan calon karyawan yang unggul dan berkualitas. Dengan demikian, penting bagi perusahaan untuk dapat memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan niat mengejar pekerjaan dari para pencari kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari masing-masing dimensi yang ada pada Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Job Pursuit Intention di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 300 mahasiswa aktif tingkat akhir yang memiliki minat melamar di perusahaan Startup Unicorn dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif serta analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada empat dari lima dimensi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap job pursuit intention di kalangan Generasi Z pada perusahaan Startup Unicorn. Hasil juga menunjukkan dimensi workplace economic responsibility menjadi faktor paling kuat yang mempengaruhi job pursuit intention dari kelima dimensi yang ada pada Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). ......Human resource management is now an important thing for a company, especially to get superior and quality prospective employees. Thus, it is important for companies to be able to understand the factors that can increase job seekers' intentions to pursue work. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of each dimension on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Job Pursuit Intention among Generation Z. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type of research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 300 final year active students who had an interest in applying for a company Unicorn Startup using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant effect on four of the five dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on job pursuit intention among Generation Z in companies Unicorn Startup. The results also show that the dimension of workplace economic responsibility is the strongest factor influencing job pursuit intention of the five dimensions in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

......Generational paradigm shifts, technological developments, and global competition have led to competition between companies for talented employees. For this reason, it is important for companies to understand the factors that can increase the interest in pursuing work from workers. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on job pursuit intentions of Generation Z. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to final year students and fresh graduates using non-probability sampling techniques in the form of purposive sampling and snowball sampling with a total of 360 respondents collected. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results show that there is an influence between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on job pursuit intention among Generation Z in the automotive and component sectors. The results also show that workplace economic responsibility is the strongest factor influencing job pursuit intention from the five dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). ......Perubahan paradigma generasi, perkembangan teknologi, dan persaingan secara global, menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan antar perusahaan untuk mendapatkan karyawan bertalenta. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap niat mengejar pekerjaan (job pursuit intention) pada Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 360 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan fresh graduate dengan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana, dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap job pursuit intention di kalangan Generasi Z pada sektor otomotif dan komponen. Hasil juga menunjukkan workplace economic responsibility menjadi faktor terkuat yang mempengaruhi job pursuit intention dari kelima dimensi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Corporate social responsibility dapat mempengaruhi tingkat job pursuit intention dan recommendation intention mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia. Job pursuit intention dan recommendation intention merupakan aspek yang penting untuk diperhatikan agar dapat mempermudah perusahaan dalam merekrut karyawan unggul. Banyak atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan pencari kerja dalam memilih tempat kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir FEB UI dan diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa corporate social responsibility adalah salah satu atribut yang penting bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir FEB UI untuk melamar atau mendapatkan pekerjaan dari suatu perusahaan dan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap job pursuit intention dan recommendation intention. ...... Job pursuit intention and recommendation intention is a crucial thing to consider in order to make a company easier in recruiting potential worker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh environmental reputation terhadap job pursuit intention yang dimediasi oleh organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige pada generasi Z Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dan cross-sectional design dengan jumlah sampel 612 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental reputation tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job pursuit intention. Sedangkan environmental reputation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige. Selanjutnya, organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job pursuit intention. Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menemukan pengaruh positif environmental reputation terhadap job pursuit intention ketika dimediasi oleh organizational attractiveness dan organizational prestige. Selain itu, kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk dapat meningkatkan job pursuit intention generasi Z Indonesia
This study aims to understand the effect of environmental reputation on job pursuit intention which is mediated by organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige on Indonesia generation Z. This quantitative study approach with convenience sampling and cross-sectional design with a sample of 612 respondents. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the study show that environmental reputation does not have a positive influence on job pursuit intention. While environmental reputation has a positive influence on organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige. Furthermore, organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige have a positive influence on job pursuit intention. The theoretical contribution of this study is to be able to find the positive effect of environmental reputation on job pursuit intention when mediated by organizational attractiveness and organizational prestige. In addition, the practical contribution of this research is as a provision of considerable factors in maximazing the job pursuit intention of Indonesian Z generation.

Adanya kebutuhan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten menyebabkan terjadinya talent war antar perusahaan. Dengan begitu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan job pursuit intention calon pelamar kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi corporate reputation terhadap pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan job pursuit intention pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia. Variabel yang diuji adalah lima dimensi CSR, yaitu workplace economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, dan environmental responsibility. Serta corporate reputation yang berperan sebagai variabel mediasi antara dimensi CSR dan job pursuit intention. Terdapat 270 responden yang menjadi data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan model Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap corporate reputation. Selain itu, corporate reputation juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada job pursuit intention dan memediasi hubungan antara CSR dan job pursuit intention. Namun, CSR memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan terhadap job pursuit intention. Untuk itu, penting bagi BSI membangun corporate reputation agar job pursuit intention dapat meningkat. ......The need to obtain competent human resources causes talent wars to occur between companies. Thus, it is important for companies to know the factors that can increase the job pursuit intention of prospective job applicants. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of corporate reputation on the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and job pursuit intention in final-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. The variables tested are the five dimensions of CSR, namely workplace economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and environmental responsibility. As well as corporate reputation which acts as a mediating variable between the dimensions of CSR and job pursuit intention. There were 270 respondents who became the data in this study were collected from questionnaires that were distributed online and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Lisrel 8.8 software. The results of this study prove that CSR has a significant positive effect on corporate reputation. In addition, corporate reputation also has a significant positive effect on job pursuit intention and mediates the relationship between CSR and job pursuit intention. However, CSR has a significant negative relationship with job pursuit intention. For this reason, it is important for BSI to build a corporate reputation so that job pursuit intentions can increase.
