Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh perancangan Job Assesment Form yang berbasis pada Peta Kompetensi untuk jabatan SME Manager dan Account Officer (AO). Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan peta kompetensi adalah metode studi singkat dengan menggunakan expert panel atau Job Competency Assesment (JCA). Tahapan penyusunan peta kompetensi yaitu tahap persiapan awal, mengumpulkan data dari expert panel, identifikasi kompetensi dan level kompetensi, serta menghitung bobot masing-masing kompetensi dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Peta kompetensi untuk jabatan SME Manager dan Account Officer (AO) serta Job Assesment Form yang digunakan untuk penilaian karyawan pada saat promosi dan perekrutan. ......The aim of this study is to obtain design of Job Assesment Form based on Competency Map for SME Manager and Account Officer. The method used to mapping the compettency is a brief study method by using expert panels or Job Competency Assesment (JCA). The process of this method are initial preparation, data collection through expert panel, identification of job competencies and level indicator, and also calculate the weight of each competency using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The output of this study are Competency Map for SME Manager and Account Officer, and Job Assesment Form that used for assessing the employees on promotion and recruitement.
