Abstrak :
Permasalahan utama pada jaringan pipa X adalah terbentuknya kondensat. Kondensat terbentuk dari kondensasi gas alam yang terjadi akibat titik embun gas alam (HDP) lebih tinggi dari pada temperatur operasi. Kondensat menyebabkan penurunan tekanan, penurunan kapasitas alir dan kerusakan peralatan, contohnya kompresor. Simulasi pencegahan terbentuknya kondensat pada jaringan pipa PT Y menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak ATMOS SIM. Penelitian ini menggunakan data operasi bulan Oktober, November dan Desember 2012 di jaringan pipa PT Y untuk membuat empat skenario simulasi pencampuran gas. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan bahwa skenario 3 adalah cara yang paling optimal, karena mampu menghasilkan nilai titik embun hidrokarbon terkecil di stasiun N 64oF. ......The main problem in the X pipeline is the formation of condensate. Condensate formed from the condensation of natural gas resulting from the hydrocarbon dew point (HDP) is higher than the operating temperature. Condensate causes a decrease in pressure, flow capacity reduction and damage to the equipment, such as compressors. The simulation of prevention hydrocarbon condensate formation at PT Y use ATMOS SIM software help. This study use operation data October to December 2012 from PT Y to make four gas mixing scenario. The simulation result that 3rd scenario is the most optimal ways, because it can the smallest produce hydrocabon dew point, which is 64oF.
