"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak sumber sinar Light Emitting Diode (LED) terhadap kekuatan tarik diametral resin komposit bulk-fill. Resin komposit bulk-fill Tetric® N-Ceram Bulk-Fill, shade IVA (setara dengan warna VITA A2-A3) dibuat menjadi 30 spesimen berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran tebal 3 mm dan diameter 6 mm. Spesimen dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok variasi jarak penyinaran, yaitu 0 mm, 3 mm dan 5 mm. Penyinaran menggunakan LED Light Curing Unit Bluephase® Style (Ivoclar-Vivadent, Liechtenstein) dengan durasi penyinaran selama 10 detik sesuai instruksi pabrik. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan metode ANOVA satu arah. Hasil analisis tidak menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna (p>0,05) pada semua kelompok. Jarak sumber sinar LED ≤ 5 mm tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kekuatan tarik diametral resin komposit bulk-fill.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of LED light source distance on diametral tensile strength of bulk-fill composite restorative material. Bulk-fill composite Tetric® N-Ceram Bulk-Fill, shade IVA (equal to VITA shade A2-A3) was formed into 30 cylindrical specimens with 3 mm in thickness and 6 mm in diameter. Specimens were divided into 3 groups with various curing distance: 0 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm. All groups were polymerized by LED Light Curing Unit Bluephase® Style (Ivoclar-Vivadent, Liechtenstein) for 10 seconds based on manufacturer’s instruction. Data were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA The result showed insignificant differences in all groups (p>0,05). LED light source distance ≤ 5 mm was not significantly affected the diametral tensile strength of bulk-fill composite."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jarak penyinaran terhadap depth of cure DOC resin komposit serat sebagai substruktur. Delapan belas spesimen EverX Posterior warna A3 berbentuk silinder diameter 6 mm dan tebal 4 mm dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok jarak penyinaran 0, 2, dan 4 mm yang dipolimerisasi dengan LED Litex 695, irradiansi 800 mW/cm2, selama 20 detik. Pengukuran DOC dilakukan melalui rasio kekerasan Vickers. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan DOC pada jarak penyinaran 0, 2, dan 4 mm sebesar 79 0,7, 77 0,6, dan 75 0,8. Disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada nilai DOC pada seluruh jarak penyinaran.

This study aims to analyze the effect of light curing distance on the depth of cure DOC of fiber reinforced composite as substructure. Eighteen specimens consist of EverX Posterior shade A3, formed into a cylindrical shape 6 mm in diameter and 4 mm thickness divided into 3 groups according to light curing distance 0, 2, and 4 mm which were polymerized with LED Litex 695, irradiance 800 mW cm2, for 20s. Meansurement of DOC was carried out by Vickers hardness ratio of specimens. Data were analyzed statistically by one way ANOVA test. The result showed the DOC at a light curing distances of 0, 2, and 4 mm was 79 0,7, 77 0,6, and 75 0,8. It was concluded that there is a significant difference in DOC among the light curing distance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketebalan komposit resin dan jarak penyinaran terhadap kekuatan tarik diametral komposit resin serat pendek KRSP . Empat puluh spesimen KRSP EverX PosteriorTM berbentuk lempengan dengan ketebalan 3 dan 4 mm, diameter 6 mm n=20 dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan jarak penyinaran 2 dan 4 mm n=10 . Spesimen dipolimerisasi menggunakan LED curing unit, iradiansi 800 mW/cm2 selama 20 detik. Spesimen diuji menggunakan Universal Testing Machine 250 kgf, 0,5 mm/menit untuk mendapatkan nilai kekuatan tarik diametral. Hasil uji statistik One-Way ANOVA dan post-hoc LSD, kekuatan tarik diametral menurun signifikan pada kelompok dengan ketebalan KRSP 4 mm dan jarak penyinaran 4 mm. Disimpulkan bahwa ketebalan KRSP dan jarak penyinaran dapat mempengaruhi nilai kekuatan tarik diametral.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of short fiber reinforced resin composite SFRC thickness and light curing distance on diametral tensile strength. Forty disc shaped specimens of SFRC EverX PosteriorTM with 3 and 4 mm of resin composite thickness, 6 mm of diameter n 20 were divided into two different light curing distance groups 2 and 4 mm n 10 . All Specimens were polymerized using LED curing unit, irradiance 800 mW cm2 for 20 s. Specimens were tested using Universal Testing Machine 250 kgf, 0,5 mm menit to determine its diametral tensile strength. The result from One Way ANOVA and post hoc LSD statistical test, diametral tensile strength of 4 mm SFRC thickness with 4 mm light curing distance group has significantly decrease. It was concluded that both SFRC thickness and light curing distance has significant effect on the diametral tensile strength."
