"Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pengukuran dan Pengujian Bahan Konstruksi adalah Laboratorium Penguji pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Kota Tangerang, yang melaksanakan fungsinya untuk melaksanakan pengujian bahan konstruksi. SNI ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 merupakan Persyaratan Umum untuk Kompetensi Laboratorium Penguji dan Laboratorium Kalibrasi. Dengan telah menunjukkan kompetensinya sebagai laboratorium penguji, dengan menerapkan secara konsisten SNI ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017, maka KAN ( Komite Akreditasi Nasional) menerbitkan dan memberikan sertifikat Aktreditasi dengan Nomor LP -1696 -IDN sebagai Laboratorium Penguji. Hal ini memberikan kepastian atas hasil uji yang diterbitkan oleh Laboratorium Penguji yang dimiliki Pemerintah Daerah dan memberikan kepastian atas penilaian kualitas atas pekerjaan mutu Konstruksi di lapangan.

The Technical Implementation Unit for Measurement and Testing of Construction Materials is the Testing Laboratory at the Tangerang City Spatial Planning Public Works Service, which carries out its function to carry out testing of construction materials. "ABSTRAKPenerapan standar ISO/IEC 17025 pada laboratorium pengujian erat kaitannya dengan tercapainya sasaran mutu yang terdapat di laboratorium. Oleh karena itu perancangan kriteria keefektifan implementasi ISO/IEC 17025 ini mengambil peranan penting untuk laboratorium pengujian. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan keefektifan penerapan ISO/IEC 17025. Metode FocusGroup Discussion FGD yang terdiri dari beberapa Asesor yang kompeten, pembobotan dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP serta analisis korelasi Spearman menjadi alat dalam menilai klausul apa saja yang berkaitan dengan keefektifan implementasi ISO. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya klausul keefektifan organisasi, sistem manajemen, personel, kaji ulang manajemen, metode pengujian dan jaminan mutu hasil uji , serta faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan keefektifan implementasi ISO/IEC 17025 komitmen, kompetensi, pengawasan, evaluasi, konsistensi dan komunikasi.

ABSTRACT Implementation of ISO IEC 17025 standard in testing laboratory is closely related to the achievement of quality objectives contained in the laboratory. Therefore, designing the effectiveness criteria of ISO IEC 17025 implementation has an important role for the testing laboratory. This study was conducted to determine faktors that have relationship with the effectiveness of the application of ISO IEC 17025. Focus Group Discussion FGD method consisting of several competent assessors, weighted by Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP and Spearman correlation analysis becomes a tool in assessing any clauses which is related to the effectiveness of ISO implementation. The results of this study are the clause of effectiveness organization, management system, personnel, management review, test method and quality assurance of test result , and faktors related to the effectiveness of implementation of ISO IEC 17025 commitment, competence, monitoring, evaluation, consistency and communication "
