[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas pengaruh overall advertising involvement yang merupakan second order latent construct yang dibentuk oleh message involvement, media involvement, dan creative involvement terhadap brand attitude serta dampaknya terhadap consumer behavior. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat dua studi, yakni studi terhadap iklan pada majalah elektronik, dan studi terhadap iklan pada tayangan televisi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian preexperimental one-shot case study dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara overall advertising involvement terhadap brand attitude serta consumer behavior. Disarankan untuk melaksanakan penelitian lanjutan untuk meneliti dengan iklan video yang durasinya tidak terlalu lama sehingga perhatian responden dapat lebih terfokus dari sejak awal sampai akhir penayangan iklan.

Abstrak :
This research is intended to answer the following research questions: 1) What the motivation of women in the management of a political party; 2) how the positiomn, role and contribution of women in the management of a politicl party and 3) what the weakness and excess of the women involvement in political party management. sampling included Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) and Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) . This research showed that women who hold some power in the structure influence by the extend they hold position and role involved who hold some authority in management structure of PDI as well as PKS , actively involved in party activity. women contribution who hold some power in the structure influence by the extend they hold position and role. The excess of the women involvement in management were expressed in terms of in patience, accuracy, spirit and wisdom. The weakness of there involvement in management may be influence by internal and external factors.

Abstrak :
Introduction Olmsted syndrome is a rare palmoplantar keratodermal disease that has not previously been reported to have an association with periodontal disease. The aim of this study is to report and document a case of Olmsted syndrome with evidence of severe periodontal disease. Case report A 38-year old Saudi male patient presented to the dental clinic diagnosed previously with Olmsted syndrome. Clinical and radiographic examinations were done and provided evidence of the typical clinical findings in Olmsted syndrome and evidence of severe periodontal disease. The patient had severe generalized hyperkeratotic lesions on the palms, soles, and perioral skin as well as hyperkeratosis of oral mucosa at multiple sites. Conclusion This case report documents the first reported case of Olmsted syndrome to be associated with severe periodontal disease. The altered differentiation of oral mucosa linked to Olmsted syndrome may contribute to the periodontal disease. Patients diagnosed with this syndrome should receive a comprehensive oral examination to determine whether periodontal destruction is a significant component of their disease or not.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity pada job involvement dengan mempertimbangkan peran moderasi grit pada karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Responden penelitian adalah 762 karyawan organisasi publik dan swasta di Indonesia yang menerapkan perubahan kebijakan karena Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner secara daring serta dianalisis dengan analisis regresi menggunakan model 1 SPSS PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa grit terbukti tidak memoderasi hubungan job insecurity dan job involvement. Sebagai implikasinya, temuan dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi sebagai acuan dalam mengantisipasi peningkatan job insecurity karyawan akibat adanya perubahan. ......This study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement by considering the role of grit as the moderator in employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research respondents are 762 public and private sectors employees who work in organization which implemented policy changes due to Covid-19. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The research measuring instruments consists of Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), and Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis, utilizing SPSS PROCESS Model 1. It was found that grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement. As the implication, the findings of this research can be used by organizations as reference to anticipate the increase of employee job insecurity due to changes.

Family Involvement merupakan bagian dari Family-Centered Care yang merupakan model perawatan dengan melibatkan keluarga pasien dalam unit perawatan. Model perawatan yang berpusat pada keluarga menjadikan keluarga menjadi aktif untuk bekerjasama dan berperan serta dalam tim perawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan keluarga setelah dilibatkan dalam pemberian kebutuan dasar kepada pasien dari semua dimensi kepuasan yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Penelitian ini menggunakan post test-only nonequivalent control group design dengan melibatkan 32 responden untuk kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol yang diseleksi dengan metode consecutive sampling. Intervensi dengan melibatkan keluarga dilakukan selama tiga hari, pada akhir intervensi keluarga mengisi instrument kepuasan keluarga yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di ICU RS Fatmawati Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang bermakna tingkat kepuasan dari semua dimensi setelah keluarga dilibatkan dalam pemberian kebutuhan dasar dengan nilai p < 0.05, kecuali dimensi reliability dengan nilai p > 0.05. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan family involvement dalam pemberian kebutuhan dasar di area keperawatan intensif untuk meningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan. ......Family Involvement is part of Family-Centered Care is a model of care by involving the patients family in the care unit. The family-centered care model makes the family active in working together and participating in the care team. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of family satisfaction after being involved in providing basic needs to patients from all satisfy of dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study uses a post-test-only nonequivalent control group design involving 32 respondents for the intervention group and the control group selected by the consecutive sampling method. Interventions involving families carried was out for three days the interventions the family filled in an instrument of family satisfaction that was for validity and reliability. This research conducted at ICU Fatmawati Hospital at Jakarta. The results showed that there were significant differences in the level of satisfaction from all dimensions after the family was involved in providing basic needs with a p-value <0.05, except the reliability dimension with a value of p> 0.05 This study recommends the application of family involvement in providing basic needs in the area of ​​intensive nursing to improve nursing services.

ABSTRAK
Dalam hegemoni globalisasi dan tantangan dalam membangun kota, gagasan smart city menjadi imperatif kebijakan saat ini. Kota Tangerang Selatan yang terpilih sebagai salah satu dari 25 daerah peserta program smart city oleh pemerintah pusat di 2017 lalu menjadikannya momentum untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja pemerintahan berbasis TIK guna memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Namun, semrawutnya pengendalian urban sprawl, disintegrasi sarana/prasarana kota, inefektifias pemerintahan, persampahan, banjir, dan kemacetan ialah masalah-masalah yang berpotensi menghambat tujuan tersebut. Tesis ini menganalisis implementasi strategi dan pola keterlibatan stakeholder pada program smart city di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Terdapat 2 teori utama sebagai pisau analisis penelitian yakni teori strategi pembangunan smart city (Chourabi et. al., 2012) dan teori pola keterlibatan stakeholder dalam program smart city (Niaros, 2016). Tesis ini menggunakan paradigma post positivism dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pada program smart city belum begitu baik. Hal tersebut karena masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan seperti: belum adanya kajian kebutuhan dan potensi daerah, ketiadaan dokumen masterplan dan blueprint smart city, kurangnya kuantitas dan kualitas SDM di bidang IT, diskontinyu kegiatan pelatihan, minimnya inovasi yang dimuat di aplikasi play store dan app store, terbatasnya jumlah Area Traffic Control Systems (ATCS), belum adanya teknologi command center berbasis IoT, ketiadaan produk hukum yang menyangkut smart city, inefektifitas tata kelola kolaborasi, sosialisasi dan integrasi pelayanan publik, kurang optimalnya pemberdayaan masyarakat, instabilitas ekonomi, rendahnya penyerapan anggaran pembangunan dan pengelolaan infrastruktur, dan rendahnya kualitas lingkungan hidup. Di sisi lain, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pola keterlibatan stakeholder dalam program smart city cenderung bersifat corporate smart city. Rekomendasi penelitian dalam implementasi strategi pada program smart city meliputi: harus dilakukannya kajian kebutuhan dan potensi daerah, segera dibuatkannya dokumen masterplan dan blueprint smart city, peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas SDM di bidang IT, kontinuitas kegiatan pelatihan, perbanyak inovasi kedalam aplikasi play store dan app store, penambahan ATCS, pengadopsian command center berbasis IoT, menyediakan produk hukum smart city, peningkatan kolaborasi, sosialisasi dan integrasi pelayanan publik, peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan ekonomi, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Sedangkan dalam posisinya yang cenderung corporated smart city, rekomendasinya antara lain: mendelegitimasi besarnya peran korporasi, assessment yang lebih profesional dan transparan kepada pihak swasta yang terlibat, dan mengurangi ketergantungan penyediaan teknologi terhadap pihak swasta.
ABSTRACT
In the hegemony of globalization and the challenges of building cities, the idea of smart city has become a policy imperative recently. South Tangerang City, which chosen as one of the smart city program participant from 25 regions by the central government in 2017, made it a momentum to increasing performance of ICT-based government in order to provide better services to their citizen. However, the chaotic control of urban sprawl, disintegration of urban facilities/infrastructure, ineffectiveness of government, trash, floods, and congestion are the problems that potentially obstructing these aim. This thesis analyzes the implementation of strategy and the pattern of stakeholder involvement in smart city program in South Tangerang City. There are 2 main theories as a knife of research analysis. First, theory of smart city development strategy (Chourabi et. Al., 2012). Second, theory of stakeholder involvement patterns in smart city program (Niaros, 2016). This thesis using post positivism paradigm with descriptive research methods. The research shows that implementation of strategy in smart city programs is not too good. This is because there are still some shortcomings such as: there is no studies of city need and city potency, nothingness smart city masterplan and blueprint documents, lack of quantity and quality of human resources in the IT field, discontinuation of training activities, lack of innovation in play store and app store applications, limited quantity of Area Traffic Control Systems (ATCS), nothingness IoTbased command center technology, nothingness of city law related smart city, ineffectiveness of collaborative governance, socialization and integration of public services, less optimal community empowerment, economic instability, low absorption of infrastructure development and management budgets, and lack quality living environment. On the other hand, this research also found that pattern of stakeholder involvement in smart city programs tended to be corporate smart city. Research recommendations on the implementation of strategies in the smart city program include: the study of needs and potency of the city must be carried out, masterplan and blueprint documents of smart city should be made immediately, increasing the quantity and quality of human resource in the IT field, continuity of training activities, increasing quantity of innovation into the Play Store and App Store applications , adding of ATCS, adoption of IoT-based command center, providing smart city law products, increasing collaboration, socialization and integrating public services, increasing community and economic empowerment, improving infrastructure and environmental quality. Whereas, in its position that tends to be corporate smart city, research recommendations include: delegitimizing hegemony of the corporation, more professional and transparent assessments to the corporation involved, and reducing the dependence on providing technology to the private sector

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi The Telkomsel Way terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan sub variabel budaya organisasi sesuai dengan Organizational Culture and Effectiveness dari Daniel R. Denison dan Aneil K. Mishra yang terdiri dari involvement, consistency, adaptability dan mission terhadap sub variabel employee engagement sesuai dengan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale dari Wilmar Scaufeli dan Arnold Baker yaitu vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pegawai PT Telekomunikasi Selular yang berada di kantor pusat. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20 dengan metode General Linier Model (GLM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua sub variabel budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap sub variabel employee engagement yaitu vigor sebesar 95.5%, dedication sebesar 94.7%, dan absorption sebesar 95.3%. Sub variabel involvement, consistency, dan adaptability masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif terhadap keseluruhan sub variabel employee engagement. Sedangkan sub variabel mission memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap keseluruhan sub variabel employee engagement.
ABSTRACT

Studi ini merupakan studi pemasaran yang melibatkan sisi psikologi konsumen dalam mengetahui loyalitasnya terhadap suatu produk dimana menguji peran perbedaan dan kombinasi dari involvement dan ambivalence dalam hubungan kepuasan-loyalitas pembelian berulang. Studi ini menganalisa data survei dari 177 pemilik mobil penumpang Toyota di Indonesia. Studi menggunakan structural equation modeling untuk menguji efek moderasi dan mediasi. Hasil mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan mempunyai efek positif pada loyalitas pembelian berulang melalui involvement. Ambivalence mempunyai efek negatif pada kepuasan dan involvement namun tidak mempengaruhi secara langsung loyalitas pembelian berulang. Bukti empiris juga memperlihatkan bahwa involvement memoderasi hubungan kepuasan-loyalitas pembelian berulang namun tidak pada ambivalence. Hasil studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa ambivalence dan involvement adalah penting untuk mengerti dan menjelaskan hubungan antara kepuasan dan loyalitas pembelian berulang. ...... This study is a marketing study which involves consumer psychological side for knowing their loyalty in a product that tests the different and combined roles of involvement and ambivalence in the satisfaction-repurchase loyalty relationship. The study analyses survey data from 177 Toyota passenger car owners in Indonesia. The study uses structural equation modeling for testing moderator and mediator effects. The results indicate that satisfaction has positive effects on repurchase loyalty through involvement. Ambivalence has negative effects on both satisfaction and involvement but does not directly influence repurchase loyalty. Empirical evidence also reveals that involvement is a moderator in the satisfaction-repurchase loyalty relationship but not for ambivalence. The results of this study indicate that ambivalence and involvement are important to understanding and explaining the relationship between satisfaction and repurchase loyalty.
