Abstrak :
Penelitian ini tertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ekspor produk pasta Indonesia serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan bagi industri tepung terigu dan produk turunannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel ekspor produk pasta Indonesia ke 15 negara tujuan ekspor dalam 13 tahun (2001-2013) menggunakan model permintaan ekspor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap permintaan ekspor produk pasta dan sesuai dengan hipotesis yang dibangun, yaitu kuantitas impor gandum, produksi tepung terigu, harga tepung terigu, PDB per kapita Indonesia, harga ekspor dan jumlah WNI di negara importir. PDB per kapita negara importir dan rasio nilai tukar memiliki koefisien yang sesuai dengan hipotesis namun tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap permintaan ekspor produk pasta. Nilai tambah memiliki koefisien yang tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan ekspor produk pasta, sementara harga gandum memiliki koefisien yang tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Rekomendasi kebijakan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu Indonesia tetap harus mengimpor gandum untuk meningkatkan ekspor produk pasta dan untuk menjaga keberlangsungan produktivitas industri tepung terigu sebagai industri tepung terigu terbesar di dunia. ......This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the increase in Indonesian pasta product export and provides policy recommendations to the wheat flour industry and its derivatives. This study uses the panel data of Indonesian pasta product export to 15 importing countries in 13 years (2001-2013) by using an export demand model. The result shows that almost all factors have significant affect toward the increase of pasta product export and are consistent with the hypothesis that is built, i.e. quantity of imported wheat, wheat flour production, wheat flour price, Indonesia`s GDP per capita, export price and Indonesia citizens in importing countries. Importing countries GDP per capita and exchange rate ratio coefficients are consistent with the hypothesis but do not significantly affects the increase of pasta product export. Value added coefficient is not consistent with the hypothesis but significantly affects the increase of pasta product export, while the wheat price coefficient is not consistent with the hypothesis and does not have significantly affects. Policy recommendation based on the result is Indonesia should have importing wheat to increase the pasta product export and to maintain the productivity of wheat flour industries as a biggest wheat flour industries in the world.

Perkembangan teknologi di dunia ini sudah meluas, salah satunya teknologi moneter. Dulu teknologi moneter menggunakan emas sebagai sarana jual-beli. Namun pada jaman sekarang, adanya inovasi yang terdepan, yaitu mata uang kripto. Kripto dibuat untuk mempermudah, mempercepat dan lebih aman dalam hal bertransaksi. Kripto adalah uang elektronik yang tidak berwujud secara fisik. Sebagai mata uang dan teknologi yang baru, banyak negara yang belum menerima seluruhnya karena mata uang kripto menggunakan teknologi Blockchain yaitu dengan verifikasi Peer-to-peer Network, bertransaksi dengan mata uang kripto tidak bisa terlacak. Dengan permasalahan yang timbul, setiap negara mempunyai pandangan dan peraturan sendiri termasuk Indonesia yang hanya menerima kripto untuk aset investasi. Hal ini juga membuat banyak perdebatan dalam regulasi dan perdagangan dunia. Pertanyaan penelitian dari tesis ini; 1. Apa perspektif hukum perdagangan internasional tentang cryptocurrency sebagai transaksi? 2. Bagaimana negara memasukkan mata uang kripto sebagai transaksi ke dalam peraturan nasional?Riset ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara melihat regulasi dari berbagai negara yang mendukung dan yang menolak kripto sebagai sarana transaksi; seperti, Amerika Serikat, Venezuela, India, China dan Indonesia. Walaupun setiap negara mempunyai pandangan yang berbeda dengan adanya mata uang kripto, semua mempunyai pandangan yang sama mengenai teknologi yang digunakan yaitu Blockchain. Dengan menggunakannya dalam negeri maupun antar negara. ......The world's technological innovations have grown, including monetary technology. Historically, gold was utilised as a medium of exchange in monetary technologies. However, there is currently a leading innovation, Cryptocurrency. Crypto is designed to make transactions simpler, quicker, and more secure. Cryptocurrency is a type of electronic money that is not physically tangible. Many governments have yet to embrace cryptocurrency as a new currency completely. Since cryptocurrency employs Blockchain technology, using Peer-to-peer Networks as a validating tool, cryptocurrency transactions cannot be monitored and traced. On the other hand, cryptocurrency terminates financial fraud. With regard to the issues that arise, each nation has its perspectives and legislation, including Indonesia, which only allows cryptocurrency as an investment asset. It also sparks much discussion about regulation and international trade. The research question of this thesis is; 1.    What is the legal perspective of the international trade on cryptocurrency as transaction? 2. How do nations incorporate cryptocurrency as transaction into national regulation? This study employs a qualitative descriptive technique, examining regulations from several nations that support and oppose cryptocurrency as a form of payment, including the United States, Venezuela, India, China, and Indonesia. Even if each country has a distinct perspective on cryptocurrency, they all agree on one thing, which is the technology employed, Blockchain. By utilising it both within the nation and between nations. In addition, the World Trade Organisation is considering adapting to the technology innovation, DLT.
