"Pada tahun 2016 Best Media menerbitkan novel Dear Nathan dengan jargon ??dibaca jutaan kali di Wattpad ? diikuti novel-novel Wattpad lainnya di tengah krisis literasi Indonesia berdasarkan hasil survei The World ??s Most Literated Nations WLMN . Munculnya novel-novel Wattpad tersebut menjadi dasar pemilihan fokus tesis ini yaitu bagaimana penerbit memanfaatkan Wattpad melalui tahap seleksi dan transformasi novel digital ke cetak. Metode yang digunakan adalah netnografi, analisis tekstual, dan wawancara. Korpus tesis ini meliputi: lima novel Wattpad terbitan Best Media, yaitu: A: Aku, Benci, Cinta-Wulanfadi, Dear Nathan-Erisca Febriani, My High School Bride-Fallonyu, The Coldest Boyfriend-ItsFiyawn, dan Jatuh Hati-_rahmaa, lima novel Wattpad populer yang tidak diterbitkan Best Media, yakni: Vanilla-@srizqya, Maugy-@pandanello, Marriage With out Sex-@mslostinlove,My Wife is 16 Years Old-@inaka13, dan Bad Girl-@aulialvn, serta hasil wawancara dengan redaksi Best Media dan penulis Best Media. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses seleksi dan transformasi novel, tidak hanya penerbit Best Media yang menjalankan peran sebagai cultural intermediary tetapi juga penulis dan pembaca sementara Wattpad berperan sebagai digital intermediary yang menghubungkan ketiga aktor cultural intermediary tersebut.

The emergence of Wattpad novels being focus of this thesis, looking how the publisher using Wattpad through the selection and transformation process. The methods of this research were netnography, textual analysis, and interview. The corpus of this thesis are Five Wattpad novels published by Best Media A Aku, Benci, Cinta Wulanfadi, Dear Nathan Erisca Febriani, My High School Bride Fallonyu, The Coldest Boyfriend ItsFiyawn, dan Jatuh Hati rahmaa, five popular Wattpad novels not published Best Media Vanilla srizqya, Maugy pandanello, Marriage With out Sex mslostinlove, My Wife is 16 Years Old inaka13, dan Bad Girl aulialvn, and interviews result with Best Media editor and Best Media authors. The result shown that in selection and transformation process, the role of cultural intermediary is not only the Best Media publishers but also the authors and the readers and Wattpad acts as a digital intermediary that connects the cultural intermediaries."

"This article describes the functions of librarian as an intermediary on the online searching. An intermediary roles emerge as an implications of growth of information technology and spread out over the world, particularly on the online searching. Extended implications of this development has changed the user's behavior to seek information. The librarian should anticipate those shifting users behavior. Some theories, opinion, and argument from experts in online searching and librarians reviewed in this article and found that two functions of the librarian as an intermediary are as a user and as a searcher of online database. This article also describes the qualifications of the librarian as an intermediary namely self-confident, thinking logically, communicative, capability to sell information, understand the searching subject, patient and having effort to share the information to the users. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana queer muslim memproduksi ruang alternatif melalui praktik reorientasi pemahaman mengenai gender dan seksualitas dalam Islam. Interpretasi Islam tradisional yang cenderung heteronormatif mengkooptasi ruang dan mode pertukaran narasi yang dapat digunakan oleh kelompok queer muslim sehingga menciptakan perasaan disorientasi. Untuk itu, queer muslim membangun ruang alternatif sebagai situs bagi mereka untuk menukarkan narasi-narasi Islam yang akomodatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa queer muslim menjadikan pengalaman marginalisasi sebagai alat untuk mengonstruksi identitas dan ruang alternatif. Ruang tersebut tidak bersifat eksklusif dan separatis, tetapi dihidupi oleh kelompok queer dan hetero, terutama ustad atau ulama melalui praktik reorientasi dengan cara membaca ulang pengalaman marginalitas dan narasi Islam. Pengetahuan mengenai Islam yang dipertukarkan berakar dari prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan kesetaraan, serta rahmatan lil alamin. Namun, ruang alternatif tidak bersifat vakum dari heteronormativitas sehingga memaksa queer muslim dan ulama melakukan taktik-taktik yang meliputi penavigasian diri dalam jejaring sesama dan struktur heteronormativitas yang dalam kapasitas tertentu menciptakan jarak antara kedua kelompok. Peran orang perantara yang mampu masuk ke dalam jaringan kedua kelompok dan mengorganisasikan sumber daya menjadi penting untuk bisa memperluas dan membuka ruang-ruang alternatif baru.

This study seeks to explore how queer muslims create alternative spaces by reorienting understandings of gender and sexuality in Islam. Traditional Islamic interpretations, which are typically heteronormative, co-opt the spaces and modes of narrative exchange that are used by queer groups, resulting in a sense of disorientation. For this reason, queer muslims create alternative spaces where they can exchange inclusive Islamic narratives. This study discovers that queer muslims use marginalization experiences as a tool to construct identities and alternative spaces. These spaces are neither exclusive or separatist, but are inhabited by queer and hetero groups, particularly ustad or ulama, through reorientation practices that involve rereading marginalized experiences and Islamic narratives. The knowledge of Islam that is shared is rooted on the principles of justice and equality, as well as rahmatan lil alamin. However, alternative spaces are not a vacuum of heteronormativity, therefore forcing queer muslims and ulama to engage in tactics such as navigating between group networks and heteronormativity structures, which can create a gap between the two groups. Intermediary persons who can access both groups' networks and coordinate resources become important in expanding and opening up new alternative spaces."

"Dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya seorang Notaris harus senantiasa selaras dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris. Penawaran jasa Notaris oleh pedagang perantara jasa hukum secara online muncul sebagai suatu dinamika dalam masyarakat akibat perkembangan teknologi. Pedagang Perantara jasa hukum secara online hadir dengan mengusung konsep marketplace untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di bidang hukum. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaturan hukum perdagangan di Indonesia mengenai kegiatan pedagang perantara jasa hukum secara online serta jika Notaris menjalankan tugasnya melalui komunikasi secara elektronik/online dan jasa hukum Notaris yang diperantarakan oleh pedagang perantara jasa hukum online ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat yuridis normatif, yang mana metode ini dilakukan dengan tolok ukur norma tertentu untuk mendapatkan data sekunder, dan didukung dengan melakukan wawancara kepada narasumber untuk mendapatkan data primer. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Di dalam pengaturan hukum perdagangan belum diatur secara spesifik mengenai kegiatan pedagang perantara jasa hukum secara online sehingga mengenai produk jasa hukum tersebut kembali lagi kepada pengaturan mengenai profesi dari jasa hukum mengenai dapat atau tidaknya diperdagangkan oleh pedagang perantara jasa hukum secara online.
Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris telah membuka celah bagi Notaris untuk dapat menjalankan tugas jabatannya secara elektronik/online tetapi sampai saat ini masih terbatas pada hal yang bersifat administratif. Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris belum membuka peluang untuk diperantarakannya jasa Notaris karena Notaris terikat dengan serangkaian kewajiban dan larangan yang harus dipatuhi Notaris dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya.

In carrying out their duties a Notary must based on the provisions of the Notary Law and Notary Code of Ethics. Offering services of Notaries from intermediary trader of legal services by online emerge as a dynamic in society due to technological developments. Intermediary trader of legal services by online comes with the marketplace concept to meet the needs of society in the field of law. This research examined the regulation of the Trade Law in Indonesia on the activities of online intermediary trader of legal services, Notaries who perform tasks by electronic, and legal services of a Notary which is mediated by an online intermediary trader based on the Notary Law and the Notary Code of Ethics.
This research is a juridical normative research, which means this method is done by a certain norm benchmarks to obtain secondary data, and supported by the resource person interviews to obtain primary data. The data is then analyzed qualitatively and described descriptively. In the regulation of the Trade Law has not been specifically regulated on the activities of online intermediary trader of legal services so the products of legal services are back to the regulation of the profession of legal services on whether can or can not to be traded by online intermediary traders.
The Notary Law has opened the gap for Notaries to be able to carry out their duties electronically online but until now still limited to the administrative matters. The Notary Law and Notary Code of Ethics have not opened the opportunity for the notarization of Notary services because the Notary is bound by an obligations and restrictions which the Notary must comply with in performing his her duties.

"Agricultural sector has a very strategic role in the national development. Nevertheless, the agricultural sector still deals with some problems, e.g. lack of capital for farmers and agricultural business. National banks, theoretically, have a significant potential for agricultural financing because of their core business as the financial intermediary institution. However, the facts show that national banking credit to the agricultural sector is still limited, that is less than 6 percent. This paper aims to review potential, role and the constraint of national banks in financing the agricultural sector. The study shows that the lack of financing in the agricultural sector by national banks caused by high risk in the agricultural sector, complicated term in credit proposal, poor management of agricultural businesses due to its micro-small scale, and limited competence of bank in the field of agricultural finance. The government tries to increase agricultural finance through increasing budget allocation to this sector, improving effectiveness of state budget funds, or formulating an alternative financing scheme in accordance with the characteristics of agriculture."

"Terbatasnya produk perbankan syariah dalam menunjukkan ciri khasnya pada akad mudharabah menjadi salah satu pemicu lambatnya pertumbuhan market share yang baru mencapai 7,09% per Desember 2022 berdasarkan data Statistik Perbankan Syariah Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Dilain sisi, penerapan Sharia Restricted Intermediary Account (SRIA) sebagai inovasi bank syariah membutuhkan instrumen kebijakan makroprudensial agar mampu menjaga stabilitas keuangan pada sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengeksplorasi inovasi produk SRIA di perbankan syariah berdasarkan kerangka Concept Note yang telah disusun oleh Komite Nasional Ekonomi & Keuangan Syariah (KNEKS) terhadap Instrumen Kebijakan Makroprudensial di Indonesia berupa Giro Wajib Minimum (GWM), Rasio Intermediasi Makroprudensial (RIM) Syariah, dan Penyangga Likuiditas Makroprudensial (PLM) Syariah karena instrumen tersebut masih belum mencapai konsensus dalam ketentuannya pada produk SRIA. Metode awal yang digunakan yaitu metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan teknik analisis konten secara empiris dan teoretis terhadap artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan pada jurnal internasional bereputasi. Sebanyak 509 artikel diperoleh dan secara bertahap disaring berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan sehingga menghasilkan 23 artikel final layak analisis. Secara garis besar, 15 artikel empiris mengenai PSIA (Profit Sharing Investment Account) dan instrumen makroprudensial mengemukakan bahwa implementasi produk PSIA membutuhkan ketentuan instrumen kebijakan makroprudensial yang akomodatif sesuai dengan karakteristiknya. Aspek risiko produk PSIA berupa risiko likuiditas dan risiko investasi menjadi yang paling dikhawatirkan mampu mengguncang kestabilan moneter perbankan syariah dalam jangka panjang. Sementara, 5 artikel teoretis lainnya menekankan konsep PSIA yang merupakan produk investasi sehingga hakikatnya akad mudharabah yang digunakan tidak menjamin nilai pokok pengembalian secara alamiah. Metode berikutnya menggunakan Delphi dua putaran dengan melibatkan persepsi responden ahli dalam bidang perbankan syariah maupun kebijakan makroprudensial di Indonesia. Temuan yang didapatkan yaitu seluruh ketentuan kebijakan makroprudensial terhadap mencapai konsensus pada putaran kedua dengan mekanisme GWM berada di rentang 2%-7,5%, RIM Syariah pada rentang 84-92%, dan PLM Syariah 4,5%. Khusus instrumen RIM dan PLM, hasil konsensus mengungkapkan diperlukan penyesuaian fleksibilitas kembali sesuai dengan ketentuan Bank Indonesia jika SRIA diterapkan. Sementara itu konsep akad mudharabah muqayyadah pada SRIA juga mencapai konsensus apabila akad mudharabah SRIA termasuk kedalam kategori mudharabah madhmunah sesuai fatwa DSN MUI No. 118 tentang Pedoman Penjaminan Simpanan Nasabah Bank Syariah.

The limited products of Islamic banking in showing their characteristics in mudharabah contracts is one of the triggers for the slow growth in market share which only reached 7.09% as of December 2022 based on data from the Financial Services Authority's Islamic Banking Statistics. On the other hand, the implementation of the Sharia Restricted Intermediary Account (SRIA) as an innovation for Islamic banks requires macroprudential policy instruments to be able to maintain financial stability in the banking sector. This study aims to analyze and explore SRIA product innovation in Islamic banking based on the Concept Note framework that has been prepared by the National Sharia Economic & Finance Committee (KNEKS) on Macroprudential Policy Instruments in Indonesia in the form of Statutory Reserves (GWM), Sharia Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio (RIM), and Sharia Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer (PLM) because these instruments have yet to reach consensus on their provisions on SRIA products. The initial method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with empirical and theoretical content analysis techniques for scientific articles published in reputable international journals. A total of 509 articles were obtained and gradually filtered based on eligibility criteria to produce 23 final articles worthy of analysis. Broadly speaking, 15 empirical articles on PSIA (Profit Sharing Investment Account) and macroprudential instruments argue that the implementation of PSIA products requires provision of accommodative macroprudential policy instruments according to their characteristics. The risk aspects of the PSIA product, in the form of liquidity risk and investment risk, are the most worrying about being able to shake the monetary stability of Islamic banking in the long term. Meanwhile, 5 other theoretical articles emphasize the concept of PSIA which is an investment product so that in essence the mudharabah contract used does not guarantee the natural principal value of return. The next method uses two rounds of Delphi involving the perceptions of expert respondents in the field of Islamic banking and macroprudential policies in Indonesia. The findings obtained are that all macroprudential policy provisions towards reaching consensus in the second round with the GWM mechanism are in the range of 2% -7.5%, Sharia RIM is in the range of 84-92%, and Sharia PLM is 4.5%. Particularly for the RIM and PLM instruments, the consensus results reveal that flexibility adjustments are needed again in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations if the SRIA is implemented. Meanwhile, the concept of a mudharabah muqayyadah contract with SRIA also reached a consensus if the SRIA mudharabah contract was included in the mudharabah madhmunah category according to DSN MUI fatwa No. 118 concerning Guidelines for Guaranteeing Customer Deposits of Islamic Banks."

"Pengaruh Instagram dalam membentuk orientasi kosmopolitan masyarakat urban kontemporer pada budaya makan di kafe atau restoran telah mereproduksi logika imperialisme budaya guna memproyeksikan citra kosmopolitan pada menu, penyajian menu, dan suasana kafe atau restoran. Reproduksi logika ini menghadirkan ketidaksesuaian pada budaya makan tersebut yang merugikan masyarakat urban kontemporer sebagai konsumen harian kafe atau restoran sekaligus melanggengkan kekerasan simbolik terhadap budaya makan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, studi ini mengeksplorasi permasalahan yang muncul dari budaya makan masyarakat urban kontemporer tersebut beserta tanggapan @_Sadfood sebagai perantara budaya digital dan masyarakat urban kontemporer yang terjaring pada akun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa logika imperialisme budaya direproduksi dengan tetap menyuperioritaskan atribut budaya makan ala Barat, membaratkan cita rasa lokal, serta mengeksploitasi estetika visual. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, @_Sadfood memperlihatkan sikap ambigu yang didasarkan pada penerimaan Instagram sebagai pasar kosmopolitan saat ini, sehingga menunjukkan penerimaan terhadap praktik komodifikasi pada menu barat 'otentik' dan berbagai menu dengan tampilan estetik sekaligus pula dengan tegas menolak menu glokal yang kebarat-baratan. Di sisi lain, analisis kolom komentar @ _Sadfood menyimpulkan bahwa orientasi kosmopolitan masyarakat perkotaan kontemporer bersifat pragmatis, yang berfokus pada pengalaman makan sebagai modal budaya untuk melegitimasi identitas sosial sebagai bagian dari kehidupan urban kontemporer.

The influence of Instagram in shaping the cosmopolitan orientation of contemporary urban society on its cafe and restaurant culture has reproduced the logic of cultural imperialism in order to project cosmopolitan image in the menus, the menu presentations, and the atmosphere of the cafe or restaurant. Therefore, this study explores the problems emerging from such contemporary urban food culture and the responses of @_Sadfood as the digital cultural intermediary as well as contemporary urban society networked on this account. The results of this study point out that the logic of cultural imperialism is reproduced by consistently glorifying the western food cultural attributes, westernizing local menus, and exploiting the aesthetic visuals. Regarding these issues, @_Sadfood ambiguously responds by focusing on the acceptance of Instagram as the current cosmopolitan marketplace so that this account accepts both the commodification of ‘authentic’ western menus and various menus with aesthetic presentation while also firmly resists westernized glocal menus. On the other hand, the analysis of @_Sadfood’s comment section conclude that the cosmopolitan orientation of contemporary urban society is pragmatic which focuses on the eating experiences as cultural capital to legitimize contemporary urban’s social identity."
