"Teknologi smartphone telah berkembang pesat di seluruh dunia. Hal ini menyebabkan pedagang, lembaga keuangan, dan operator telekomunikasi mulai memfokuskan upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan jumlah layanan seluler yang tersedia untuk para pengguna smartphone. Salah satu layanan yang diberikan ada dalam bidang financial technology yang berupa QR Code payment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, mobile self-efficacy, technology self-efficacy, mobile usefulness, mobile ease of use dan behavioral intention dalam intensi adopsi QR Code payment. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teori MTAM yang didukung oleh ekstensi model UTAUT2. Penelitian dilakukan pada 303 responden di Indonesia yang pernah melakukan pembayaran menggunakan QR Code payment. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara social influence, price value, habit, mobile self-efficacy, technology self-efficacy, mobile usefulness, dan mobile ease of use terhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan facilitating conditions dan hedonic motivation ditemukan tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Sebagai tambahan, ditemukan bahwa mobile self-efficacy memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan mobile usefulness dan mobile ease of use, dan technology self-efficacy juga ditemukan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap mobile usefulness dan mobile ease of use.

Smartphone technology has developed rapidly all over the world. This has caused merchants, financial institutions, and telecommunication operators to focus their efforts on increasing the number of cellular services available to smartphone users. QR Code payment is one of the services offered in the sector of financial technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, mobile self-efficacy, technology self-efficacy, mobile usefulness, mobile ease of use and behavioral intention in the intention to adopt QR Code payments. This study uses the MTAM theoretical framework which is supported by the UTAUT2 model extension. The study was conducted on 303 respondents in Indonesia who have made payments using QR Code payments. The research hypothesis was tested using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 3. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between social influence, price value, habit, mobile self-efficacy, technology self-efficacy, mobile usefulness, and mobile ease of use on behavioral intention, while facilitating conditions and hedonic motivation were found to have no effect on behavioral intention. In addition, it was found that mobile self-efficacy has a positive and significant relationship with mobile usefulness and mobile ease of use, and technology self-efficacy has a positive and significant relationship on mobile usefulness and mobile ease of use as well."

"Penelitian ini meneliti tentang sikap dan persepsi konsumen terhadap perceived relative advantage, perceived ease of use, dan perceived risk dalam mengadopsi motor listrik. Kendaraan motor listrik sangat efektif mengurangi ketergantungan bahan bakar fosil sehingga pencemeran lingkungan (CO2) dapat dikurangi. Berdasarkan kerangka stimulsorganism-response (SOR), penelitian ini bertujauan untuk mengeksplorasi apakah driving experience motor listrik dapat mempengaruhi kognisi dan emosi individual konsumen (perceived relative advantage, perceive ease of use, perceive risk) untuk mengadopsi motor listrik. Peneliti mendapatkan 112 responden di daerah Jabodetabek yang melakukan testdrive motor Listrik, dan kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan partial least squarestructural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa driving experience motor listrik tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi intensi konsumen untuk mengadopsi motor listrik. Akan tetapi, mendorong intensi adopsi motor listrik melalui perceived perceived relative advantage, perceived ease of use, dan perceived risk dari adopsi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini membantu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penting yang mampu meningkatkan intensi konsumen untuk mengadopsi motor listrik.

This study examines the infkueces of consumer experience, attitudes and perceptions towards intention to adopt electric motorcycles. Electric motorcycles are very effective in reducing dependence on fossil fuels, so that environmental pollution (CO2) can be reduced. Based on the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) framework, this study aims to explore whether the experience of riding electric motorcycles can influence individual consumer cognition and emotions (perceived relative advantage, perceived ease of use, perceived risk) to adopt electric motorcycles. This study obtained 112 respondents in the Jabodetabek area who conducted a test drive of electric motorcycles, and then the data was processed using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that the experience of riding electric motorcycles does not directly influence consumer intention to adopt electric motorcycles. However, it encourages the intention to adopt electric motorcycles through perceived perceived relative advantage, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk of adoption. The results of this study help to identify important factors that can increase consumer intention to adopt electric motorcycles."

"Beton pracetak merupakan salah satu bentuk penerapan konstruksi berkelanjutan, yang memasukan aspek berkelanjutan dalam beberapa faktor, misalnya menggabungkan desain yang terintegrasi, penggunaan bahan secara efisien, pengurangan limbah konstruksi yang dihasilkan, pengurangan gangguan pada lokasi kerja, serta pengurangan kebisingan. Walaupun komponen beton pracetak sudah mulai digunakan di Indonesia, penggunaannya masih jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan penggunaan beton cast insitu. Teori kerangka kerja Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) telah dianggap sebagai konteks yang cocok untuk meneliti adopsi dari suatu inovasi dalam industri konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi adopsi beton pracetak di Indonesia berdasarkan kerangka kerja TOE dan menganalisis hubungan antar faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi adopsi beton pracetak di Indonesia berdasarkan kerangka kerja TOE. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validasi pakar dan survei responden yang diolah dengan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan 6 (enam) variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi adopsi beton pracetak, diantaranya adalah: (1) persepsi risiko; (2) biaya; (3) kesiapan organisasi; (4) dukungan pemerintah; (5) tekanan kompetitif; (6) kompatibilitas. Nilai R-Square untuk variabel intensi adopsi beton pracetak sebesar 0.496. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dengan tingkat signifikansi tinggi terhadap intensi adopsi beton pracetak berdasarkan nilai T Statistics adalah (1) tekanan kompetitif; (2) biaya; (3) kesiapan organisasi.

Precast concrete is a form of sustainable construction application, which incorporates sustainable aspects into several factors, such as combining an integrated design, efficient use of materials, reducing construction waste generated, reducing disturbance at work sites, and reducing noise. Although precast concrete components have started to be used in Indonesia, their use is still much less than the use of cast in situ concrete. The theoretical framework of Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) has been considered as a suitable context for researching the adoption of an innovation in the construction industry. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the intention to adopt precast concrete in Indonesia based on the TOE framework and analyse the relationship between the factors that influence the intention to adopt precast concrete in Indonesia based on the TOE framework. The research method used in this research is expert validation and respondent survey which is processed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are obtained 6 (six) variables that affect the intention to adopt precast concrete, including: (1) risk perception; (2) costs; (3) organizational readiness; (4) government support; (5) competitive pressure; (6) compatibility. The value of R-Square for the variable of intention to adopt precast concrete is 0.496. Variables that have a high significance level of influence on the intention to adopt precast concrete based on the T Statistics value are (1) competitive pressure; (2) costs; (3) organizational readiness."
