Abstrak :
Setiap pendirian PBF memerlukan Sertifikat Distribusi Farmasi sebagai bentuk persetujuan untuk melakukan pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar. Sertifikat distribusi yang dimaksudkan adalah Sertifikat Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). CDOB merupakan suatu pedoman yang menetapkan cara distribusi atau penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan mutu sepanjang jalur distribusi/penyaluran sesuai persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya (Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2018). Pada laporan ini akan dibahas lebih mendalam mengenai bab 5 dari CDOB, yakni terkait inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri harus dilakukan dalam rangka memantau pelaksanaan dan kepatuhan terhadap pemenuhan CDOB. Apabila selama proses pengamatan dalam inspeksi diri ditemukan adanya penyimpangan dan/atau kekurangan, maka penyebabnya harus diidentifikasi dan dibuat CAPA. Sebagai bentuk pemenuhan CDOB, PBF KFTD Tangerang pun telah melakukan inspeksi diri melalui audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh salah satu principal. Pada hasil audit tersebut ditemukan beberapa hal yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan oleh PBF KFTD Pusat. Oleh karena itu, penulis ditugaskan untuk Menyusun CAPA sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut dari hasil audit eksternal tersebut. Seluruh CAPA dan bukti pendukung yang disusun, didokumentasikan dan dilampirkan ke dalam laporan ini sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran dan contoh yang jelas terkait penyusunan CAPA yang benar (ISO/IEC 17025:2005). ......Every establishment of a distribution company requires a Pharmacy Distribution Certificate as a form of approval to procure, store, distribute drugs and/or drug ingredients in large quantities. The distribution certificate referred to is the Certificate of Good Distribution Practice (GDP). GDP is a guideline that stipulates the method of distribution or distribution of drugs and/or drug ingredients with the aim of ensuring quality along the distribution/distribution channels according to the requirements and purposes of their use (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2018). This report will discuss in more detail chapter 5 of the GDP, which is related to self-inspection. Self-inspection should be carried out in order to monitor implementation and compliance with GDP compliance. If during the observation process during self-inspection, deviations and/or deficiencies are found, the cause must be identified and a CAPA made. As a form of compliance with GDP, PBF KFTD Tangerang has also conducted a self-inspection through an external audit conducted by one of the principals. In the audit results, several things were found that were not in accordance with the SOPs set by the Central KFTD PBF. Therefore, the author was assigned to prepare a CAPA as a form of follow-up to the results of the external audit. All CAPAs and supporting evidence are compiled, documented and attached to this report so as to provide a clear picture and example regarding the correct preparation of CAPAs (ISO/IEC 17025:2005).

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi untuk memahami tugas dan peran Apoteker di instansi Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Evaluasi Penanganan Psikotropika dan Narkotika Berdasarkan Form Inspeksi Diri di PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi Periode 3-14 Oktober 2022”, dimana tugas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanganan Psikotropika dan Narkotika di instansi PBF berdasarkan CDOB. Kegiatan evaluasi Penanganan Narkotika dan Psikotropika di KFTD Cabang Bekasi yang meliputi kegiatan Pengadaan, Penyimpanan, Penyaluran, serta Dokumentasi berdasarkan form inspeksi diri. ......Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi to understand the duties and roles of Pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesalers agencies. The special assignment given is entitled "Evaluation of Psychotropics and Narcotics Handling Based on the Self-Inspection Form at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Bekasi for the period 3-14 October 2022", where this task aims to find out the handling of Psychotropics and Narcotics at PBF agencies based on CDOB. Evaluation activities for Narcotics and Psychotropics Handling at KFTD Bekasi Branch which include Procurement, Storage, Distribution, and Documentation activities based on self-inspection forms.

Pedagang Besar Farmasi  merupakan penyalur sediaan farmasi pasca produksi dan siap didistribusikan ke fasilitas kesehatan seperti apotek atau instalasi farmasi. Kegiatan distribusi tersebut juga diatur dalam dalam suatu  pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) yang bertujuan untuk menjaga  mutu / kualitas dan keamanan dari sediaan farmasi yang akan didistribusikan. Aspek yang terdapat dalam CDOB terdapat aspek bangunan dan perlatan serta inspeksi diri. Fasilitas distribusi harus menjamin bangunan dan peralatan dari suatu distributor terhadap sediaan farmasi yang akan didistribusikan.Tujuan dari dilakukan tugas khusus ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan pemahaman terkait pelaksaan aspek bangunan dan perlatan serta aspek inseksi diri di PBF PT. Masiva Guna. Pelaksaan tugas khusus ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasional yang bersifat deskriptif dengan mengamati kegiatan yang sedang berlangsung dan melakukan wawancara kepada Apoteker Panggung Jawab PBF. Hasil yang didapat dimasukan dalam daftar periksa lalu diperiksa keesuaian antara yang diamati dengan literatur. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan didapatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan aspek bangunan dan peralatan serta aspek inspeksi diri di PBF PT Masiva Guna sudah sesuai / memenuhi syarat. ...... Distribution facilities must guarantee the building and equipment of a distributor for the pharmaceutical preparations to be distributed. The aim of carrying out this special task is to find out and increase understanding regarding the implementation of building and equipment aspects as well as self-inspection aspects at PT. Masiva Guna. The implementation of this special task is carried out using a descriptive observational method by observing ongoing activities and conducting interviews with the Pharmacist in Charge of the PT Masiva Guna. The results obtained are entered into a checklist and then checked for conformity between what is observed and the literature. Based on the inspection results, it was found that overall aspects of the building and equipment as well as the self-inspection aspect at PT Masiva Guna were in accordance with the requirements.

Abstrak :
Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker (Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2016). WHO menentukan sebuah standar bagi apoteker untuk dapat meningkatkan, menunjang akses, dan mendukung pelayanan di apotek yaitu Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP). PT. Kimia Farma Apotek melaksanakan penerapan GPP melalui penyediaan dan penerapan Standar Operating Procedure (SOP) yang di dalamnya telah diatur standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang perlu diterapkan oleh setiap apotek jaringan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penilaian terhadap penerapan GPP di apotek Kimia Farma Menteng Huis berdasarkan SOP yang telah tersedia. Pelaksanaan tugas khusus Self-assesment GPP dilaksanakan berdasarkan formulir penilaian yang memuat sembilan kategori penilaian, yaitu legalitas apotek, penampilan apotek dan petugas, layanan obat dengan resep, layanan obat tanpa resep, SOP protokol new normal, morning briefing dan serah terima shift, delivery, homecare, telefarma, dan PRB community, penyimpanan obat. Penilaian dilakukan dengan pemberian poin 1 (Aspek tidak terlaksana), 2 (Aspek terlaksana Sebagian), atau 3 (aspek terlaksana sepenuhnya). Dari 9 kategori tersebur terdapat 50 aspek penilaian, sebanyak 30 aspek memperoleh poin 3, sebanyak 13 aspek memperoleh poin 2, dan sebanyak 7 aspek memperoleh poin 1. ......A pharmacy store is where the pharmacy practices were performed by the pharmacist. Kimia Farma Apotek implemented GPP through the provision and application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which regulate the standards of pharmaceutical service and must be implemented by each Kimia Farma store. Therefore, an assessment of the implementation of GPP was carried out at the Kimia Farma Menteng Huis based on the available SOP. Implementation of this self-assessment was carried out based on an assessment form that contains nine assessment categories, namely pharmacy legality, pharmacy and staff appearance, prescription drug services, non-prescription drug services, new normal protocol SOP, morning briefing and shift handover, delivery, homecare, tele pharma, and PRB community, and medicines storage. The assessment is carried out by rate 1 point if the aspect was not implemented, 2 point if the aspect ix Universitas Indonesia was implemented partially, or 3 points if the aspect was fully implemented. From all the 9 categories there are 50 assessment aspects, Kimia Farma Menteng Huis got 30 aspects with 3 points, 13 aspects with 2 points, and 7 aspects with 1 point.

Praktik kerja profesi di PT Kimia Farma Trading And Distribution Cabang Jakarta 1 Bulan Oktober Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Distributor/Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) sebagai apoteker penanggung jawab; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di distributor farmasi; memahami penerapan GDP/CDOB di distributor farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan-permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di distributor farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilakukan selama 12 hari dengan tugas khusus “Peran Apoteker di PBF PT. KFTD Cabang Jakarta 1” bertujuan untuk mengetahui inspeksi diri yang dilakukan oleh PBF PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution cabang Jakarta 1 untuk memastikan proses distribusi berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan aturan CDOB. ......Internship at PT Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Jakarta 1 Branch Period September 2018 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesalers / Distributors (PBF) as responsible pharmacists; have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical distributors; understand the application of GDP / CDOB in pharmaceutical distributors; and has a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical distributors. The internship are carried out for 12 days with a special task "Role of Apothecary of Wholesalers/ Distributors PT KFTD Jakarta 1 Branch" aimed at finding out the self-inspections conducted by PBF PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Jakarta 1 branch to ensure the distribution process runs well in accordance with CDOB rules.
