Abstrak :
Dalam hukum kedokteran, bila dokter akan melakukan suatu tindakan medik kepada pasiennya, diperlukan adanya persetujuan dari pasien atau keluarganya setelah mendapat penjelasan mengenai tindakan medik yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien tersebut. Persetujuan ini disebut informed consent yang diterjemahkan menjadi persetujuan tindakan medik. Pemberian persetujuan terhadap perlakuan yang akan diambil akan menjadi bukti sah bagi rumah sakit, dokter dan pasien. Dalam menghadapi kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang akan timbul, maka sebaiknya pihak rumah sakit melakukan pengambilan persetujuan secara tertulis, dalam hal ini formulir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent, dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelengkapan pengisian formulir tersebut di RSUD Tarakan Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Cross Sectional Study. Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara random pada bulan Oktober sld Desember 1999. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan jumlah sampel 96,04 yang kemudian dibulatkan menjadi 100. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 100 formulir informed consent yang diteliti, ternyata tidak ada formulir yang benar-benar lengkap seluruh pengisian variabelnya. Dari hasil uji T didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelengkapan pengisian dengan pengetahuan dokter tentang informed consent. Dan dari hasil uji Chi-kuadrat didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent dengan pendidikan. ......In medical law, if doctors supposed to a medical procedure to a patient, approval is needed from the patients or their family after obtaining explanation regarding a medical procedure to be performed on the patients. The approval is call informed consent, in translated become persetujuan tindakan medik. The approval towards the treatment to be taken will become a valid evidence for the hospitals, doctors and patients. In facing the arising possibilities, it is better that the hospital made a written approval, in this case is a form. This research is intended to appraise the completeness of informed consent form filling, and factors related to the completeness of the form filling in Tarakan District Hospital. This research is a Cross Sectional Study. The sampling is done randomly from October to December 1999. From the calculation it is found the sample is 96.04 which is rounded into 100. From the results of the research it is found out that from 100 informed consent studied, turned out that there is no respondent that really complete the filling of the variables. From the T-test it is found out that there is correlation between completeness of filling and knowledge of doctors regarding the informed consent, Out of the Chi-square test results it is found out that there is correlation between completeness of filling of informed consent form and education.

Analisis Kelengkapan Pengisian Informed consent Pada Rekam Medis Pasien Tindakan Bedah di RS X Tahun 2016 Penelitian ini membahas kelengkapan pengisian informed consent tindakan bedah di RS X tahun 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan pengisian informed consent tindakan bedah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengisian kuesioner dan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen formulir informed consent menggunakan daftar tilik serta menggunakan data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 56,9 dari total formulir yang diamati telah diisi secara lengkap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belum adanya Standar Prosedur Operasional dan Kriteria tentang kelengkapan pengisian formulir informed consent tindakan bedah. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan tidak lengkapnya pengisian formulir informed consent tindakan bedah di RS X. ......Analysis of the Completeness of Filling Informed consent Forms in Surgery Patients Medical Record at Hospital X 2016 This study explores the completeness of filling surgery informed consent forms at Hospital X in 2016. The aim of this study is to illustrate the degree of completeness of filled in consent forms pertaining to surgical actions. The design of this study uses a quantitative method through questionnaires, a qualitative method through in depth interviews and document review informed consent forms through checklists, and also the use of secondary data. Results of this study shows that an average of 56.9 of consent forms were completely filled. This study also reveals that there is a lack of Standard Operating Procedure and criteria about completed informed consent forms for surgery, which may be one of the factors contributing to incomplete surgery informed consent forms at Hospital X.
