Abstrak :
Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menjadikan bisnis berlomba-lomba untuk mengadopsi teknologi terbaru untuk menunjang bisnisnya. Salah satu teknologi dengan adopsi tertinggi dalam bisnis adalah teknologi Artificial Intelligence. PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang telah mengadopsi Artificial Intelligence dalam proses bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Artificial Intelligence terhadap individual work performance dan work engagement dengan change leadership sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penarikan sampel total sampling yang disebarkan melalui instrumen kuesioner secara daring kepada 201 karyawan PT XYZ. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak AMOS 24.0.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap individual work performance dan work engagement karyawan PT XYZ. Selain itu, uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa change leadership secara positif memoderasi pengaruh Artificial Intelligence terhadap individual work performance dan work engagement.

 


Business competition is getting tougher, making businesses trying to adopt the latest technology to support their business. One of the technologies with the highest adoption in business is Artificial Intelligence technology. PT XYZ is a company that has adopted Artificial Intelligence in its business processes. This study aims to analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence on individual work performance and work engagement with change leadership as a moderating variable for PT XYZ employees. This study used a quantitative approach with total population sampling method which was distributed through an online questionnaire instrument to 201 PT XYZ employees. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test using AMOS 24.0 software. The results of the study show that Artificial Intelligence has a positively significant effect on individual work performance and work engagement of PT XYZ employees. In addition, the moderation test shows that change leadership positively moderates the effect of Artificial Intelligence on individual work performance and work engagement.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel laten penelitian budaya organisasi terhadap variabel laten performa kerja individu dan variabel laten kinerja organisasi yang dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan taraf signifikansi antara variabel laten (eksogen) budaya organisasi terhadap variabel laten (endogen) performa kerja individu dan variabel laten (endogen) kinerja organisasi pada salah satu perusahaan otomotif di Indonesia. Budaya organisasi model Denison digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang memiliki empat dimensi yaitu mission, consistency, involvement dan adaptability. Performa kerja individu merujuk pada empat dimensi task performance, contextual performance (interpersonal), contextual performance (organizational), adaptive performance dan counterproductive work behaviour. Sedangkan kinerja organisasi berdasarkan kepada konsep balance scorecard dimana terdapat empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajar dan pertumbuhan. Sample sejumlah 174 ditujukan bagi karyawan pada seluruh divisi dan pada seluruh tingkat jabatan di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap performa kerja individu dan kinerja organisasi sehingga perusahaan dipandang memiliki kemampuan yang memadai terkait penerapan budaya organisasi dalam perusahaan yang berdampak pada performa kerja individu yang berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja organisasi perusahaan guna menghadapi ketatnya persaingan pada industri otomotif di Indonesia. ......This study aims to see the effect of organizational culture research variables on employee performance variables and organizational performance variables carried out in one automotive company in Indonesia. This study discusses the difference between latent variable (exogenous) organizational culture on latent variable (endogenous) individual performance and latent variable (endogenous) organizational performance at one of automotive company in Indonesia. The Denison cultural organization model is used in this study which has four dimensions, such as mission, consistency, involvement and adaptability. Individual work performance refers to five dimensions of task performance, interpersonal performance, contextual performance (organization), adaptive performance and counterproductive work behavior. Meanwhile, company performance is based on the concept of balance scorecard where there are four perspectives, such as financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The sample is 174 which is intended for all employees throughout at all levels and divisions in the company. The results showed that organizational culture has a significant influence on individual performance and organizational performance in accordance with the needs of the company in accordance with the needs of cultural organizations that improve the performance of companies that support the performance improvement of automotive companies in Indonesia.

ABSTRAK
PT Ciomas Adisatwa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang peternakan dan pemeliharaan unggas. PT Ciomas Adisatwa mempunyai divisi IT dimana diharapkan dapat memberikan tanggapan dan penanganan layanan IT yang cepat. Namun, pada kenyataannya, tanggapan dan penanganan application support tidak memenuhi target dikarenakan kurangnya tingkat berbagi pengetahuan. Sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang ada kurang dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana sharing pengetahuan. Sistem tersebut sebenarnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja penyelesaian application support sehingga tidak harus menunggu sampai ditangani oleh developer tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dibuat untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pada divisi IT PT Ciomas Adisatwa dalam rangka meningkatkan layanan IT. Penelitian ini menganalisis apakah faktor kapital sosial, manajemen dan strategi, dan budaya berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner dan pengolahan data dengan algoritma PLS Partial Least Square digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dan strategi serta budaya merupakan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan karyawan divisi IT, dimana perilaku berbagi pengetahuan sendiri dapat meningkatkan kinerja individu.
ABSTRACT
PT Ciomas Adisatwa is a company specialized in poultry breeding. This company has an IT division expected to give a fast response and solution. However, there was a fact that the response and solution of applications supporting could not achieve the target because a lack of knowledge sharing behavior was existed. Existing sharing systems were not utilized enough. In fact, those systems should be utilized to optimize performance of applications supporting completion so application supporting didn rsquo t have to wait until it is handled by certain developers only. Therefore, this research was made to find out factors influenced knowledge sharing behavior in IT division of PT Ciomas Adisatwa. This study analyzed the significance of social capital, management and strategy, and culture in IT Division of PT Ciomas Adisatwa for IT service improvement. A quantitative method through questionnaire and data analysis through PLS Partial Least Square algorithm were used. The conclusion of this research were management and strategy and also culture were significant factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior and it could lead to the improvement of individual work performance in IT division of PT Ciomas Adisatwa.

Tesis ini membahas hubungan persepsi pekerja work-from-home pada tempat kerjanya di rumah terhadap kinerja kerja individu ketika bekerja di rumah. Pendekatan kuantitatif akan digunakan untuk melihat hubungan variabel-variabel kondisi tempat kerja dan persepsi pada tempat kerja dengan kinerja kerja individu. Pada penelitian ini, pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner dan pelaksanaan semi-structured interview dengan participatory floor plan mapping . Pengisian kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data demografi partisipan, data kondisi tempat kerja, data persepsi partisipan terhadap tempat kerjanya, dan data penilaian kinerja kerja individu pekerja work-from-home . Pelaksanaan semi-structured interview dengan participatory floor plan mapping dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data kondisi tempat kerja dan interaksi pekerja terhadap tempat kerjanya. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan korelasi positif antara Persepsi pada Tempat Kerja dan Kinerja Kerja Individu. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh dari elemen-elemen tertentu, seperti Elemen Suasana Kerja, dan persepsi-persepsi tertentu, seperti fleksibel, fokus, dan teritorial, terhadap Kinerja Kerja Individu. ......This thesis examines the relationship between perceptions of work-from-home workers at their workplace on individual work performance when working at home. A quantitative approach will be used to see the relationship between the variables of home workplace conditions and perceptions of the workplace at home with individual work performance. In this study, data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires and conducting semi-structured interviews with participatory floor plan mapping. Filling in the questionnaire was carried out to collect participant demographic data, data on home workplace conditions, data on participants' perceptions of their workplace, and data on assessment of individual work performance of the work-from-home workers. Implementation of semi-structured interviews with participatory floor plan mapping was carried out to collect data on workplace conditions and worker interaction with the workplace. The collected data will be analyzed using statistical analysis and qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that there was a correlation between conditions at work at home, perceptions at work at home, and individual work performance. Furthermore, the results also found that certain elements of the workplace conditions and certain perceptions have their own impacts on Individual Work Performance.
