Makalah ini menjelaskan bagaimana sistem wayfinding membantu pengunjung museum dalam memahami informasi yang diberikan di museum. Pengguna museum sendiri memiliki latar belakang pengunjung yang bervariasi, termasuk penyandang disabilitas tunanetra. Sebagai ruang publik, museum pada umumnya mampu memberikan informasi tertentu bagi pengunjungnya. Informasi tersebut dapat dipahami pengunjung dengan cara yang berbeda-beda, maka dari itu, pengunjung cenderung bergerak secara independen di dalam museum untuk memahami informasi yang terdapat di museum. Dalam mengakomodasi kebutuhan seluruh pengunjung, dibutuhkan penyesuaian di dalam museum agar museum tersebut dapat diakses oleh semua pengunjung. Dalam hal ini, sistem wayfinding hadir untuk mengarahkan pengunjung museum ketika beraktivitas di dalam sebuah museum. Tujuan dari sistem wayfinding sendiri tidak hanya memberikan arahan bagi seseorang untuk bergerak, tetapi juga untuk memahami lingkungan tempat mereka berada. Pada umumnya sistem wayfinding hadir secara visual, tetapi bagi mereka yang memiliki keterbatasan visual memerlukan penggunaan sensori lainnya untuk memahami sistem wayfinding. Oleh karena itu, sistem wayfinding yang disesuaikan di museum harus hadir secara maksimal agar dapat diakses oleh semua kalangan termasuk pengunjung dengan keterbatasan visual. ...... This paper explains how wayfinding system helps museum visitor to understand the information given in a museum. Museum user itself have a varied background of visitors, including people with disability such as blind people. As a public space, museum generally provide certain information for their visitors. Such information can be understood by visitors in different ways, therefore, visitors tend to move independently to understand the information given in the museum. To accommodate the needs of all visitors, adjustments are needed in the museum so that the museum can be accessed by all visitors. In this case, a wayfinding system appears to direct museum visitors when they are exploring the museum. The purpose of the wayfinding system itself does not only provide direction for a person to move, but also to understand the environment in which they are in. In general, the wayfinding system is presented visually, but for those who have visual disability it requires the use of other sensory to understand the wayfinding system. Therefore, an adjusted wayfinding system in the museum must be present optimally so that it can be accessed by all visitors including those with visual disability.

Bus listrik konversi merupakan sarana transportasi yang direncanakan menjadi pengganti bus kuning konvensional dan digunakan oleh sivitas akademika Universitas Indonesia, masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan khususnya aspek desain interior sehingga diperlukan suatu penelitian untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dikarenakan belum dapat mengakomodasi kaum prioritas dengan baik. Diperlukan adanya perbaikan pada desain interior bus sehingga penumpang merasakan kenyamanan dalam perjalanannya. Metode Concurrent Think Aloud CTA digunakan untuk menghasilkan beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada penumpang bus kuning dalam perjalanannya. Selain itu, penggunaan metode Potential Gain in Customer Value PGCV digunakan untuk mengetahui fitur atau fitur apa yang harus diperbaiki untuk memenuhi kepuasan penumpang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk desain pada bus listrik konversi sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penumpangnya, khususnya untuk penumpang prioritas. ......The converted electric bus is a transportation which is planned to be a substitute for conventional yellow buses and used by the academic community of the University of Indonesia, still has some shortcomings especially the aspect of interior design so that needed a research to overcome it because not yet able to accommodate the priority well. There is a need to improve the interior design of the bus so that passengers feel comfortable in their journey. Concurrent Think Aloud CTA method is used to generate some of the problems that occur in yellow bus passengers on their way. In addition, the use of Potential Gain in Customer Value PGCV method is used to determine which attributes or features should be improved to meet passenger satisfaction. This research produced an improvement recommendation for the design of the converted electric bus so as to meet passenger requirements, especially for priority passengers.

ABSTRACT
Belum adanya akomodasi yang memadai untuk para tunarungu di bidang Pendidikan merupakan salah satu permasalahan di Indonesia saat ini. Alat bantu ajar sebagai salah satu alat akomodasi dapat membantu para tunarungu untuk mengakselerasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan design thinking dalam merancang alat tersebut agar hasil dari rancangan tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pengguna. Dimulai dari fase empati hingga fase define yang didapatkan bahwa target pengguna memiliki sebuah kebutuhan dan keinginan untuk mempelajari kosakata dengan mudah dan menyenangkan. Dilanjutkan dengan fase ideation dengan stakeholder dan prototyping untuk menghasilkan ide dan mewujudkan alat bantu ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka dalam bentuk sebuah permainan arcade game dengan kartu kata-kata. Diakhiri dengan fase testing yang menunjukan bahwa alat tersebut mampu meningkatkan pemahaman bahasa reseptif visual sebesar 8,07 dan bahasa ekspresif visual sebesar 77,74 dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan suatu alat bantu ajar yang dirancang dengan pendekatan design thinking yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar mereka di sekolah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemauan murid sekolah dasar tunarungu dan telah divalidasi oleh stakeholder.
ABSTRACT
The absence of adequate accommodation for the hearing impaired in the Education field is one of the problems in Indonesia nowadays. Teaching aids as an accommodation tool can help the deaf to accelerate and improve the quality of their education. This research uses design thinking approach in designing the tool so that the result of the design is in accordance with the needs and desires of the users. Started from the empathy phase until the define phase which obtained that the target users have a need and desire to learn the vocabulary with ease and fun. Then proceed with the ideation phase with stakeholders and prototyping to generate ideas and create the learning support tools in accordance with their needs and desires in the form of an arcade game with card of words. Then ended with the testing phase which shows that the tool is able to improve visual receptive language comprehension of 8.07 and visual expressive language of 77.74 in a fun way. This research has produced a learning support tool that designed with design thinking approach which can improve the quality of their learning in school in accordance with the needs and desires of hearing impaired elementary school students and has been validated by stakeholders.
