Penentuan Waktu Loncatan Hopping dan Konsentrasi Pembawa Muatan Listrik pada Konduktor Superionik Rb4Cu16l7+xCl ,3,x Konduktor superionik tidak-stoikiometrik RbjCui6l7The Determination of Hopping Rates and Carrier Concentrations in Rb4Cu,6l7+xCli3.x Superionic Conductor Non-stoichiometric superionic conductor RbJCui617+xCi3_x has been synthesized by solid state reaction. The frequency response of frequency dependent conductivity have been measured by a.c. complex impedance bridge methods in the temperature range 200-460 K. The a.c. conductivity of superionic materials takes the form, a=<(0) + Aof. The carrier hopping rate a>p is obtained from the new expression a(0)=Ao)p, and the carrier concentration is estimated from a(0). The contribution of creation and migration terms to the activation energy from conduction may be determined from the thermal activation of a(0) and a^ and the corresponding entropy terms quantified. In this paper , conductivity data is analyzed, to obtain the carrier concentration and hopping rates of Rb4Cui6I7x+5l13-2.

Abstrak :
[ABSTRAK DXA, Densitometry, Hydrometry, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), dan Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) merupakan metode pengukuran yang akurat untuk menilai komposisi tubuh. Namun metode ini mahal, rumit dan tidak aplikatif jika digunakan masyarakat. Pengukuran antropometri adalah pengukuran yang lebih sederhana, murah dan mudah digunakan untuk evaluasi status gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengukuran yang lebih sederhana namun akurat dalam mengevaluasi kasus obesitas dengan gold standard BIA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-April 2015 dengan jumlah total responden 18 laki-laki dan 79 perempuan yang merupakan PNS Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok Tahun 2015. Desain studi yang digunakan yaitu cross sectional dengan mengukur variabel independen yaitu persen lemak tubuh serta variabel bebas meliputi IMT, lingkar pinggang, lingkar panggul, skinfold tricep, ILT dan RLPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RLPP memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi paling tinggi yaitu (0,938) dibandingkan dengan pengukuran lainnya. Namun berdasarkan kurva ROC IMT memiliki performa uji paling baik untuk digunakan pada semua jenis kelamin dengan (AUC 0,948; Se = 90,9,5%; Sp = 85,7%; NPP 90%; NPN 85%; LR+ 6,35; LR- 0,10) pada laki-dengan cut off 25,5 kg/m2 sedangkan pada perempuan (AUC 0,943; Se = 81,5%; Sp = 96,2%; NPP 91%; NPN 90%; LR+ 21,4; LR- 0,19) dengan cut off 26,5 kg/m2. Akan tetapi masih diperlukan studi validasi lain dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin dan etnis.

However, these methods are expensive, complicated, and not applicative if used by society. Anthropometric measurement is a measurement that is more simple, inexpensive and easy to use for the evaluation of nutritional status. This study aims to procure simpler measurement but accurate in evaluating cases of obesity used BIA as a gold standard. This study was conducted in May-April 2015 with a total number of respondents are 18 male and 79 female who are Civil Servants from Depok Health Departement in 2015. The study used cross sectional design with measure of independent variables which is body fat percentage as well as independent variables include BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, triceps skinfold, ILT and waist to hip ratio. The result of this study showed that waist to hip ratio had a highest correlation coeffisient (0,938) compared with other measurements. However based on ROC curve, IMT has the best test performance for use on all genders with (AUC 0.948; Se = 90,9,5%; Sp = 85.7%; 90% NPP; NPN 85%, LR + 6.35; LR- 0 , 10) in men with cut-off of 25.5 kg/m2, while the test performence on women (AUC 0.943; Se = 81.5%; Sp = 96.2%; 91% NPP; NPN 90%; LR + 21.4; LR - 0.19) with cut-off 26.5 kg/m2. Latar Belakang : Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) mulai banyak digunakan dalam mengevaluasi status nutrisi. Belum ada data penelitian nutrisi di Indonesia yang menggunakan BIA. Tujuan : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata hasil pemeriksaan BIA antara status nutrisi baik dan malnutrisi pada penderita penyakit gastrointestinal dan liver yang dirawat inap. Metode : Penelitian potong lintang retrospektif terhadap penderita yang dirawat inap di ruang perawatan interna RSCM periode 1 Juni-31 Desember 2013, untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata hasil pemeriksaan BIA penderita status nutrisi baik dan malnutrisi pada penyakit gastrointestinal dan liver yang dirawat inap. Hasil : Dari 28 penderita dengan status nutrisi baik, 71,57% laki-laki, dan 21,47% wanita. Dari 28 penderita malnutrisi, 53,60% laki-laki, dan 46,40% wanita. Perbedaan rerata hasil pemeriksaan BIA antara penderita nutrisi baik dan malnutrisi adalah : lean body mass, 49,5±8,59 vs 39,68±6,28kg, p<0,001; body cell mass, 32,19(20,49-40,95) vs 25,23(17,83-31,64) kg, p=0,003; total body water, 35,69±1,17 vs 28,58±0,85kg, p<0,001; dan phase angle 6,18◦(3,73-10,11)◦ vs 3,46◦(0,40-6,51)◦; , p<0,001. Kesimpulan : Pada penderita penyakit gastrointestinal dan liver yang dirawat inap dengan status nutrisi baik, memiliki nilai body mass, body cell mass,total body water dan phase angle hasil pemeriksaan BIA yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan penderita malnutrisi. ...... Background : Recently, Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) has been used to evaluate nutritional status. There has not been any nutrition study using BIA in Indonesia. Objective : The objective of this study was to identify the differences of BIA examination between well nourished and malnourished gastrointestinal and liver diseases hospital inpatients. Methods : A retrospective cross-sectional study of Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital inpatients during the period of 1 June to 31 December 2013 was conducted to identify differences of BIA examination means between well nourished and malnourished gastrointestinal and liver diseases inpatients. Results : Of the 28 well nourished patients, 71.57% were male, 21.47% were female. Of the 28 malnourished patients 53.60% were male, 46.40% were female. The differences of BIA examination results in well nourished and malnourished were: lean body mass, 49.5±8.59 vs 39.68±6.28 kg, p<0.001; body cell mass, 32.19 (20.49-40.95) vs 25.23(17.83-31.64) kg, p=0.003; total body water, 35.69±1.17 vs 28.58±0.85 kg, p<0.001;and phase angle, 6.18◦(3.73-10.11)◦ vs 3.46◦(0.40-6.51), p<0,001. Conclusion : BIA examinations revealed well nourished gastrointestinal and liver diseases inpatients had higher results of lean body mass, body cell mass, total body water and phase angle than malnutrition inpatients.

Alat ukur persen lemak tubuh yang akurat dinilai mahal dan memiliki prosedur yang sulit, sehingga dibutuhkan alternatif lain untuk menilai persen lemak tubuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengukuran antropometri yang paling akurat dalam mendeteksi kasus overweight dengan menggunakan BIA sebagai golden standard. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Mei 2017 pada remaja di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Jakarta usia 14-17 tahun dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 107 laki-laki dan 71 perempuan. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan IMT/U memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi paling tinggi pada kedua jenis kelamin r=0,88. Validitas yang paling baik dalam mendeteksi kasus overweight juga ditunjukkan oleh pengukuran IMT/U pada kedua jenis kelamin, dengan cut-off points pada laki-laki sebesar 0,77 SD Se:86,6 ; Sp:85,0 ; NPP:89 ; NPN: 81 ; LR :5,77; LR-:0,16 . Pada perempuan memiliki cut-off points IMT/U sebesar 0,09 SD Se:93,1 ; Sp:95,0 ; NPP:95 ; NPN:96 ; LR :13,80; LR-:0,05.
Accurate instruments to measure percent body fat are expensive and have difficult procedures, so another alternative to measure percent body fat are needed. This study aims to obtain the most accurate anthropometric measurement in evaluating overweight with BIA as a golden standard. This study was conducted in April May 2017 and the respondents are adolescent in Senior High School Student of Al Azhar 3 Jakarta 14 17 years old with a total number of respondents were 107 boys and 71 girls. This study is a cross sectional design. The results showed that BMI age had the highest coefficient correlation value in both sexes r 0,88. In addition, BMI age also had the best validity in detecting overweight in both sexes, with a cut off points 0,77 SD Se 86,6 Sp 85,0 PPV 89 NPV 81 LR 5,77 LR 0,16 in boys and 0,09 SD Se 93,1 Sp 95,0 PPV 95 NPV 96 LR 13,80 LR 0,05 in girls.
