"ABSTRAKKomunikasi merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Komunikasi yang baik bersifat komunikatif, yaitu apabila pesan/tuturan yang disampaikan penutur dapat diterima dengan baik oleh mitra tutur. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketidakberhasilan sebuah komunikasi dalam film Erbsen Auf Halb 6 dengan menggunakan teori tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi dari John Langshaw Austin. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dan akibat dari ketidakberhasilan komunikasi tersebut.

ABSTRACTCommunication is a necessary thing in everyday life. Good communication is communicative. Communicative is when a communication that is delivered by a speaker can be accepted well by a partner. This journal intend to analyze failure of communication through a film ldquo Erbsen Auf Halb 6 rdquo using the theory of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech act from John Langshaw Austin. In addition, this journal intend to know the causes and consequences of the unsuccessful communication."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi pada karakter dalam film berjudul ‘Chernobyl 1986’ dengan pendekatan pragmatik. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan klasifikasi tindak ilokusi Searle (asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklarasi) dan untuk mengetahui konteks yang digunakan dalam ujaran-ujaran karakter. Sumber data data dalam penelitian ini adalah transkrip ujaran yang terdapat pada film ‘Chernobyl 1986’. Penulis mengumpulkan data dari dialog-dialog film tersebut secara komprehensif kemudian mengklasifikasikan ujaran-ujaran tersebut ke dalam kategori-kategori berdasarkan teori Searle melalui teknik simak dan catat. Hasil analisis penulis menunjukkan terdapat lima jenis tindak ilokusi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini: asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif.

This study aims to identify the form of illocutionary speech acts on the characters in the movie entitled ‘Chernobyl 1986’ with a pragmatic approach. In this research, a descriptive qualitative method is used based on Searle's classification of illocutionary acts (assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative) and to find out the context used in the characters' utterances. The data source of the data in this study is the transcript of utterances contained in the movie ‘Chernobyl 1986’. The author comprehensively collected data from the dialogues of the film and then classified the utterances into categories based on Searle's theory through listening and note-taking techniques. The results of the author's analysis show that there are five types of illocutionary acts found in this study: assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative."

"ABSTRAKTindak tutur ekspresif digunakan untuk mengungkapkan sikap psikologis penutur terhadap keadaan tersirat dalam sebuah ilokusinya. Mempelajari tindak tutur memang sangat penting agar dapat memahami berbagai ujaran baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun pada karya sastra. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam dialog percakapan karakter utama pada film About A Girl karya Mark Monheim (2015). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi tuturan ekspresif yang paling banyak terlihat dalam film ini adalah menyatakan sikap marah dan permintaan maaf, sedangkan bentuk tuturan yang terdapat film ini adalah tujuh tindak tutur langsung literal dan tujuh tindak tutur tidak langsung literal.

ABSTRACTExpressive speech act is to tell or to say the attitude of the speaker psychologically to the implicit situation in illocution. Expressive speech art is important in daily life and also in literature to understand various statements. This research is being intended to describe forms and functions of expressive speech art in the dialogs between two main characters in a movie About a Girl by Mark Monheim (2015). The research method is qualitative method. The result of this research shows that the most function of expressive speech act in this film is angry statements and apologies. the speech act form in this film are seven literal direct speech acts and seven literal indirect acts."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang dialog yang terjadi antara dua tokoh yaitu Charlie Kenton dan Max Kenton dalam film ?Real Steel? yang disutradarai oleh Shaun Levy. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis meneliti apakah penggunaan kalimat dalam dialog yang dipakai oleh kedua tokoh tersebut mampu mencapai tujuannya. Selain itu, penulis juga meneliti efek yang terjadi mengenai hubungan antara kedua tokoh tersebut setelah penggunaan kalimat dalam dialog tersebut diujarkan. Penulis akan menganalisa dialog dengan mengacu pada teori ilokusi kompetitif Leech yang merupakan ilokusi dengan menggunakan tipe kesopanan negatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan ilokusi kompetitif ternyata tidak terlalu efektif apabila digunakan dengan maksud agar mitra tutur menuruti ujaran dari penutur. Selain itu, penggunaan ilokusi kompetitif ternyata terbukti membuat hubungan antara kedua tokoh tersebut menjadi renggang.

This research explores the dialogue between the two characters which are Charlie Kenton and Max Kenton in the film Real Steel directed by Shaun Levy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Through this research, the writer observes whether the use of the sentences uttered in the dialogue between those two characters reach its purpose. The writer also observes the effect of the sentences uttered on the relationship between the two characters.

The writer analyses the dialogue by applying Leech's competitive illocution theory which explains illocutions by using negative politeness concept. This research finds that the use of the competitive illocution is not effective if it is used with a purpose of making the hearer obey the speaker. The use of competitive illocution also proves that it makes the relationship between the two characters become distant."
