"Penelitian mengenai majalah Doenia Kita ini ditujukan untuk melengkapi penulisan tentang sejarah pers Perempuan masa kolonial dan juga sejarah local Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Sumber-sumber tertulis yang digunakan, berupa surat kabar yang telah berbentuk mikrofilm maupun masih asli. Skripsi berjudul _Ide-ide kemajuan perempuan dalam majalah Doenia Kita (1937-1941)_ secara garis besar menggambarkan keadaan kaum perempuan di Indonesia saat itu. Saat itu, ide kemajuan yang diperjuangkan oleh Kaum Muda perempuan terpengaruh oleh kebudayaan Barat. Kebudayaan Barat dianggap dapat membebaskan perempuan dari keterbelakangan. Anggapan tersebut bertentangan dengan kaum konservatif yang masih mempertahankan kebudayaan Timur. Doenia Kita sebagai sebuah majalah perempuan dipengaruhi oleh organisasi Istri Indonesia, khususunya ide tentang kemajuan perempuan. Bagi Doenia Kita, kebudayaan Barat mengandung unsur positif seperti kedisiplinan, kerja keras, penghargaan terhadap hak perempuan dalam pendidikan, sedangkan kebudayaan Indonesia cenderung suatu kebudayaan Timur yang dianggap konservatif memiliki nilai-nilai tertentu yang tidak menghambat kemajuan perempuan.

The research of Doenia Kita magazine was purposed to complete this paper about the history of woman magazine at colonial time and also about the Indonesian local history. This research was done by using the historical method that consisted of four stages, heuristic, critic, interpretation, and historiography. The written sources used here were microfilm or authentic magazine. The title of this research is _Ideas of Woman Progress in Doenia Kita Magazine (1937-1941)_, which basically tells us about the situation of women in Indonesia at that time. Ideas of woman progress struggled by the young women which influenced by Western cultures. Western cultures seemed to be considered to liberate women from inferiority. That was contrary with the Indonesian conservatives who persisted the Eastern culture. Doenia Kita as a women magazine had been influenced by the opinion from the organization of Isteri Indonesia, especially ideas about woman progress. For Doenia Kita, Western culture contained of certain positive elements like discipline, hard work and respect to woman rights in education, whilst Indonesian culture was inclined to be considered a conservative Eastern culture having certain values which did not pursue woman progress."

"Setelah terjadinya reformasi Meiji yang meruntuhkan 300 tahun pemerintahan Tokugawa, Jepang untuk pertama kalinya membuka diri terhadap budaya dan pemikiran-pemikiran asing, dan salah satu pemikiran yang masuk ke Jepang adalah pemikiran dari seorang filsuf Jerman, Friedrich Nietzsche. Pemikiran Nietzsche secara garis besardapat dibagi ke dalam tiga konsep utama, yakni Nihilisme, Adimanusia, dan Siklus Abadi. Salah satu sastra wanyang terpapar oleh pemikiran Nietzsche tersebut adalah Natsume Soseki. Soseki melakukan pembacaan terhadap buku Nietzsche yang berjudul Sabda Zarathustra ketika ia menulis Wagahai Wa Neko de Aru, sehingga di dalam novel tersebut terlihat banyak gambaran pemikiran Nietzsche yang bersumber pada buku Sabda Zarathustra tersebut. Dengan membedah novel Wagahai wa Neko de Aru, penulis ingin melihat penggambaran pemikiran Nietzsche serta sikap Soseki terhadap pemikiran tersebut. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan sejarah pemikiran terhadap karya sastra yang diajukan oleh R. S.Crane. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah melalui gambaran pemikiran Nietzsche dalam novel, terlihat bahwa Soseki menelaah pemikiran Nietzsche secara kritis. Soseki juga tidak bersikap secara pasif terhadap paparan pemikiran Nietzsche, namun secara aktif dan sadar melibatkan pemikiran Nietzsche sebagai dasar moral dan intelektual serta bahan dalam penulisan karya sastranya.

After Meiji Restoration shut down 300 years of Tokugawa Shogunate, for the first time Japan had contacts withforeign countries, along with their cultures, knowledge, and ideas. One of many philosophical ideas that entered Japan was Friedrich Nietzsches ideas. Generally, Nietzsche ideas can be understood by its three major concepts Nihilism, Superman, and Eternal Recurrence. When it entered Japan, Japanese scholars also come into contactwith the ideas, and one of the scholars is a Japanese literary figure called Natsume Soseki. It is indicated that some of Nietzsche ideas originated from Thus Spake Zarathustra is reflected in Sosekis novel, Wagahai waNeko de aru.

This research focused upon how Nietzsches ideas are represented on this novel and how Sosekidealt with Nietzsches ideas using his novel, using an approach proposed by R. S. Crane, an approach of history of ideas on literature. This research found that from the representations of Nietzsches ideas in the novel, it appears that Soseki approached Nietzschean ideas critically and Soseki also didnt act passively toward Nietzsches ideas. Instead, he actively and consciously involved Nietzsches ideas as moral and intellectual basis and as material in his own writing."

"This study investigates how the programming of retail spaces can produce a uniquely distinctive spatial layout and experience. The study is based on the theoretical framework of programming and conceptual framework in shaping the program. Wherein programming, as a design concept in architecture, is a critical and multifaceted phase that involves defining design parameters and objectives. It emphasizes thorough preparation, analysis, and conceptual clarity, all of which are essential for the successful realization of a building project. On the other hand, a program in a sense, can be approached in many ways, and should be viewed as a conceptual framework. Thus, the study methods include a review of relevant literature and an in-depth case study of Gentle Monster’s Haus Dosan Pop-up Store, where the analysis and findings explores how every architectural element—big or small, structural or decorative, as theorized by Ching and Noorwatha, contributes to realizing Gentle Monster’s vision of immersive retail environments. By analyzing the interplay between design elements, the study seeks to understand the ways of the transformative impact of spatial design to both physical spaces and user experience. Ultimately, the study concludes that a program as a concept could be constructed in various ways to achieve the intended idealization of the creator.

"Perilaku voice pegawai, yang didefinisikan sebagai tingkah laku pemberian saran inovatif dan konstruktif, dapat mendatangkan banyak dampak positif bagi organisasi. Di sisi lain, voice dapat mengancam bagi hubungan interpersonal pegawai yang melakukannya. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi karakteristik unik tersebut dengan menyoroti interaksi faktor situasional berupa kohesivitas kelompok dengan faktor individu berupa kepemilikan ide dan voice efficacy. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 244 pegawai di salah satu institusi pemerntahan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan kepemilikan ide dan voice efficacy berhubungan, masing-masing, negatif dan positif dengan voice. Selain itu, kohesivitas sosial kelompok berperan sebagai moderator yang memberikan efek penyangga (buffer) pada hubungan positif antara voice efficacy dengan voice. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

Voice Behavior, as employee’s expression of innovative suggestion for organization, has many positive impacts for organizations. On the other hand, voice contains interpersonal risks for the actor. This study investigates this predicament of voice through highlighting the interaction between personal and situational factor, namely social cohesion, having ideas, voice efficacy, and voice per se. Data was collected from 244 civil servants. Statistical analysis showed that having ideas and voice efficacy were associated, respectively, negatively and positively with voice. Moreover, social cohesion has moderating (buffering) effect on the relationship between voice efficacy and voice. The implication of this study is discussed below."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan gagasan pokok pidato Muhammad Mursi di Majelis Umum Ke-67 PBB dan menjelaskan strategi kebahasaan yang digunakan dalam membangun relasi kuasa terhadap para pendengar. Pidato tersebut disampaikan dengan menggunakan bahasa Arab. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan ancangan Analisis Wacana Kritis AWK yang dikembangkan oleh Fairclough 2010 . Ancangan tersebut digunakan sebagai teori utama dan melibatkan teori lainnya, seperti kaidah makro van Dijk 1980 , gramatika fungsional sistemik Halliday 2014 , komponen makna Nida 1979 , praanggapan Yule 2010 , dan relasi kuasa Foucault 2008 serta Fairclough 2015 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua gagasan pokok, yaitu identitas Muhammad Mursi sebagai Presiden Mesir pascarevolusi dan perjuangan visi Mesir baru untuk Mesir dan dunia. Selanjutnya, penggunaan diksi berdaya kuat, penggunaan modalitas epistemik dan partikel interjeksi yang berfungsi imperatif, penggunaan partikel dan nomina emfatik, pernyataan identitas orator, penggunaan pengetahuan, dan pelesapan beberapa partisipan merupakan strategi kebahasaan yang digunakan orator dalam membangun relasi kuasa.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the main ideas of Muhammad Mursi rsquo s speech at the 67th United Nations General Assembly and to explain the language strategies which are used to establish power relations to the hearers. That speech was delivered in Modern Standard Arabic. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This study employs Faiclough rsquo s 2010 Critical Discourse Analysis CDA as the core theory. CDA used as the core theory involves the other theories, for instance, van Dijk rsquo s 1980 macro rules, Halliday rsquo s 2014 functional grammar, Nida rsquo s 1979 components of meaning, Yule rsquo s 2010 presupposition, and the theory of power relations by Foucault 2008 and Fairclough 2015 . The result shows that there are two main ideas, namely Muhammad Mursi rsquo s identity as President of Egypt after revolution and the struggle of the new Egypt visions for Egypt and the world. Furthermore, using powerful diction, using epistemic modalities and interjectional particles functioning imperatives, using emphatic particles and nouns, stating the identity of the orator, using knowledge, and deletion of several participants were the language strategies used to build power relations."

"Tesis ini membahas fenomena munculnya kebijakan Uni Eropa di bidang perfilman, dan bagaimana kebijakan itu mempengaruhi kebijakan perfilman di negara-negara anggota Uni EropaHasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan perfilman Uni Eropa terbentuk karena adanya shared ideas yang dimiliki para pemimpin dan pejabat Uni Eropa, serta pemimpin dan pejabat di negara-negara anggotanya. Shared ideas itu tumbuh karena pemahaman yang sama akan ancaman dan kepentingan yang dihadapi, terutama di bidang perfilman.Berdasarkan studi kasus kebijakan perfilman di negara-negara Jerman, Inggris, Italia dan Perancis, terlihat bahwa kebijakan dan regulasi perfilman di negara-negara itu sangat dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan perfilman Uni Eropa. Namun, kebijakan di level nasional itu, juga mempengaruhi kebijakan di tingkat Uni Eropa.

The Focus of this study is about European Union Film Policy, and how those policy influence film policy in European Union member state.This research showed that the formulation of European Unon Film Policy, is based on shared ideas that slowly develop among European Union leaders and its member states leaders. This shared ideas is came from the same feeling of treat and interest that developed among European leader.Based on case studies of Germany, Britain, Italy and France national film policy, we can see that regulation and film policy in those country is definitely being influenced by European Union Film Policy. But those country policy also influence decision making in European level."
