ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang etnobotani pada masyarakat suku Dayak Ngaju di kecamatan Mantangai, Kabupaten Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah, dari Februari ndash; Juli 2014 dan Februari ndash; Mei 2017. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendokumentasikan pengetahuan lokal tentang keanekaragaman tumbuhan dan pemanfaatannya pada berbagai kategori guna, serta keanekaragaman tumbuhan obat yang dimanfaatkan untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, survey lapangan, observasi partisipatif dan Focus Group Discussion FGD dengan distribusi kerikil. Data dianalisis dengan statistika deskriptif, penghitungan nilai Local User rsquo;s Value Index LUVI dan nilai Index of Cultural Significance ICS . Terdapat 259 spesies yang termasuk ke dalam 193 genus dan 85 famili yang dikenal masyarakat suku Dayak Ngaju di kecamatan Mantangai. Spesies tetumbuhan tersebut dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai kategori kegunaan. Sebanyak 151 spesies dari 128 genus dan 68 famili dimanfaatkan untuk mengobati 78 jenis penyakit. Berdasarkan analisis LUVI, didapatkan 124 spesies tumbuhan yang dianggap penting berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat. Curcuma domestica dan Oryza sativa memeroleh nilai ICS tertinggi yaitu masing-masing 61 dan 60. C. domestica dimanfaatkan sebagai bumbu, obat dan pewarna, sedangkan O. sativa dimanfaatkan sebagai makanan pokok, ritual. dan obat tradisional. Nilai tertinggi ICS pada tumbuhan obat terdapat pada cabi Piper longum dan henda Curcuma domestica yang dimanfaatkan untuk mengobati meroyan dan berbagai jenis penyakit.
ABSTRACT
A research of ethnobotanical study of Dayak Ngaju tribe communities, in Mantangai sub district, Kapuas regency, Central Kalimantan was conducted from February to July 2014 and February to May 2017. The aim of this study was to preserve local knowledge of plant diversity and their uses and the diversity of medicinal plants to cure various disease. Data was collect through interview, field survey, participatory observation and Focus Group Discussion FGD by Pebble Distribution Method PDM . The data was analized by descriptive statistics, Local User rsquo s Value Index LUVI and Index of Cultural Significance ICS . A total of 259 plants species including 193 genus and 85 families known by Dayak Ngaju tribe communities in Mantangai sub district. Those plants species used for various useful category. A total of 151 plants species from 128 genus and 68 families used to cure 78 type of disease. Based on LUVI analysis, there were 124 plants species as important species based on communities perception. Curcuma domestica and Oryza sativa get the highest value of ICS as many as 61 and 60. Curcuma domestica used as flavor, medicine and dye color, while O. sativa used as staple food, ritual and traditional medicine. Cabi Piper longum and C. domestica get the highest value of ICS as medicinal category, which being used to cure meroyan and various of disease.

Indeks Sentimen Konsumen (ISK) banyak digunakan sebagai pengukur keyakinan pembelian di masa mendatang untuk memprediksi perilaku pembelian agregat di masa datang. Studi ini secara empiris membandingkan antara dua model proyeksi : model pengharapan (the expectation model) yang memasukkan ISK sebagai variabel penjelasan dan model tradisional (the traditional model) yang tidak memasukkan ISK. Kedua modal tersebut digunakan untuk mengestimasi permintaan agregat atas mobil baru di Amerika sejak 1976 sampai 1984. Hasil studi mengindikasikan bahwa ISK memiliki hubungan positif dengan penjualan mobil baru. Namun, berdasarkan kemungkinan kriteria dominan (the likelihood dominance criterion), model tradisional lebih baik dibandingkan model pengharapan. Selain itu, kemampuan memprediksi dari model pengharapan sedikit lebih rendah dibandingkan model tradisional. ...... The index of consumer sentiment (ICS) has been widely employed as a proxy for future buying confidence to predict future aggregate buying behavior. This study empirically compares two forecast models: the expectation model that includes the ICS as an explanatory variable and the traditional model that does not include the ICS. The models are employed to estimate the aggregate demand for new cars in the U.S. from 1976 to 1984. The results indicate that the ICS has a positive relation with new car sales. On the basis of the likelihood dominance criterion, however, the traditional model is preferred to the expectation model. Furthermore, the forecast ability of the expectation model is slightly inferior to the traditional model.

Penilaian kesehatan Sungai Cibareno telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus - Oktober 2013. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai kondisi Sungai Cibareno dan pengetahuan tradisional masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan ikan. Kategori kondisi Sungai Cibareno diukur menggunakan metrik Index of Biotic Integrity (IBI), sedangkan pengetahuan tradisional masyarakat diukur menggunakan Index of Cultural Significance (ICS). Hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai kelimpahan spesies ikan, modifikasi metrik IBI, dan tes silang IBI dengan Sungai Pesanggrahan dan Sungai Aib. Kekayaan spesies ikan yang diperoleh sebanyak 22 spesies dan 11 Famili. Modifikasi metrik IBI yang ditetapkan dengan uji Korelasi Pearson dengan signifikansi α = 0,05 menunjukkan adanya hubungan antar metrik, yaitu metrik herbivor, karnivor, omnivor, penghuni dasaran, kolam air, long-lived species, toleran, intoleran, native, non native, kelimpahan, dan kondisi keabnormalitasan ikan. Total nilai IBI pada tes silang dengan Sungai Pesanggrahan dan Sungai Aib memiliki nilai yang sama, yaitu 46. Kedua total nilai IBI tersebut menununjukkan bahwa Sungai Cibareno masuk ke dalam kategori sungai yang baik. Sedangkan masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar Sungai Cibareno dapat mengenali 27 spesies ikan. Spesies yang mendapatkan nilai ICS tertinggi adalah Sicyopterus cynocephalus, Sicyopterus macrostatholepis, dan Sicyopterus microcephalus. Nilai ICS masing-masing spesies tersebut sebesar 48. Masyarakat banyak memanfaatkan ikan tersebut sebagai konsumsi sehari-hari, dijual sebagai ikan hias dan larva ikan (impun) sering ditangkap dalam acara “selawenan”. Pada masyarakat pesisir, mereka juga telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara memanen ikan yang baik, yaitu dengan adanya pelarangan penggunaan racun dan setrum (electrofishing) untuk menangkap ikan. ......Health assessment of Cibareno River was conducted in August-October 2013. The objective was to obtain information regarding the condition of Cibareno River and traditional knowledge for utilizing fish. Cibareno River’s conditions were measured by Index of Biotic Integrity (IBI), whereas traditional knowledge is measured by Index of Cultural Significance (ICS). The data result were obtained about species richness, IBI metric modification, and IBI cross test with Pesanggrahan River and Aib River. The fish assemblage that was obtained as many as 22 species and 11 family. IBI metric modification that was defined by Pearson correlation test with significance α = 0.05 showed that there was correlation between metrics: herbivor, carnivore, omnivor, benthic species, water column species, long-lived species, tolerant species, intolerant species, native species, non-native species, abundance, and fish condition (disease, fin damage, skeletal anomalies). The IBI total score for cross test with Pesanggrahan River and Aib River has same score, is 46. Both of the total score indicates that Cibareno River is include in the category of a good river. Whereas, people around the Cibareno River recognized 27 species of fish. Species that scored the highest Index of Cultural Significance (ICS) are Sicyopterus cynocephalus, Sicyopterus macrostatholepis, and Sicyopterus microcephalus. The total number of ICS from each species is 48. Many people utilize those fish as daily consumption, ornamental and the larvae (impun) is often captured for the "selawenan" event. For coastal people, they also have the knowledge of how to do a good fish harvesting, which is by banning the use of poison and electrofishing to catch fish.

The internal control system (ICS) in the local government of Lumajang (IAQ) that held was not effective. We guess that the problem because of internal audit quality (IAQ)that held was poor. The purpose of this research waas to asses the influence of internal audit quality (IAQ) to the auditee's internal control system (ICS) effectivity. Based on a questionnaire survey of an 22 inspektorat's auditor teams of lumajang regency, data are analysed using a component based structural equation model (CBSEM) with smart - PLS program. The result showed that: there was a significant positive influence of internal audit quality (IAQ) to the effectiveness of auditee's internal contrl system (ICS). These results suggest that to improve the effectiveness of auditee's ICS, can conduct through improve the IAQ with increasing the skills and personal qualities of internal auditor, the effectiveness of the audit process, and the reliability and usefulness of internal audit reporting.
