Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kehiponiman verba bahasa Jawa. Bertujuan untuk mendapatkan deskrispsi makna kata, komponen bersama dan komponen pembeda yang terdapat dalam verba bergerak dalam bahasa Jawa, yang ditunjukkan melalui analisis komponen makna baik melalui metode subtitusi maupun menggunakan metode yang disarankan oleh Cruse (1996). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini juga mengetengahkan hierarki bercabang dari verba bergerak yang diteliti. Dengan adanya hierarkhi bercabang tersebut maka dapat dibuktikan bahwa leksem-leksem yang terdapat pada verba bergerak tersebut terdapat hubungan kehiponiman. Pun pada akhirnya penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan bagi perkembangan dunia perkamusan bahasa Jawa.

The focus of this study is about the hyponymy of verbs of motion in Javanese language. The purpose of this study is to get the description of the words, about the common component, and diagnostic component verbs of motion in Javanese language, which is used to Componential Analysis of Meaning Theory with substitution method of Cruse (1996). The final result of this research is to get the hierarchy of hyponymy in verbs of motion. With the branches of hierarchy in the verbs of motion, we can show you about the fact that lexical words in the verbs of motion have the hyponymy relation. The researcher hope this research is having suggestion and should improve for the development of the information literature of Javanese dictionary.
