The changes in hydrological phenomena that occur due to natural change and human activity that causes the data conditions in the field are not in accordance with ideal conditions. This study was conducted to analyze homogeneity and trend validation test methods, to detect data deviations and to provide information about data quality conditions. This is useful to ensure that the hydrological data to be published is in accordance with the criteria. This validity test includes a homogeneity test, a trend test, and the detection of data deviations. The data validation testing was applied in Upper Citarum Watershed on 4 selected gauging stations, namely Citarum-Nanjung, Cigulung-Maribaya, CikapundungMaribaya and Cikapundung-Gandok. Pettitt and T methods were used for homogeneity test while Mann-Kendall and Spearman for trend test with a significance level of 5%. The results indicate that the homogeneity test using Pettitt method is more suitable since its discharge population data is not normally distributed. While for trend test, both MannKendall and Spearman methods give relatively the same significance, as both tests are non-parametric statistical methods. The strength of these two tests depends on significance level, sample size, as well as type of distribution. The test results show that homogeneity and trend of discharge data for four gauging stations in Upper Citarum Watershed are not uniform.

Daerah penelitian mencakup DA Ci Danau yang memiliki luas 13.491 Ha. DA Ci Danau mempunyai fungsi dan peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi, dalam bentuk penyediaan air baku serta satu-satunya reservoir air dengan debit yang cukup diwilayah tersebut. DA Ci Danau merupakan salah satu DAS penting di Wilayah Barat Propinsi Banten. Sebagian besar perubahan tutupan lahan yang terjadi menuju wilayah terbangun, dimana luasnya bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Untuk vegetasi (hutan) sebagian besar berubah menjadi vegetasi (non hutan). Berdasarkan hasil analisis antara perubahan tutupan lahan dengan kondisi hidrologi, ternyata perubahan tutupan lahan mempengaruhi kondisi hidrologi. Dalam hal ini berpengaruh terhadap rasio persentase MNQ terhadap curah hujan dan juga koefisien runoff. Perubahan kondisi tutupan lahan, dimana terjadi penambahan luas wilayah terbangun dan juga pengurangan luas vegetasi hutan. Hubungan yang terjadi antara wilayah terbangun dengan kondisi hidrologi yaitu semakin besar luas wilayah terbangun maka semakin besar pula koefisien runoff dan juga semakin besar luas wilayah terbangun maka semakin kecil rasio persentase MNQ terhadap curah hujan.

Areas of research include the Ci Danau Cathcment Area which has an area 13,491 ha. Ci Danau Cathcment Area has a function and a very important role in supporting economic development, in the form of raw water supply and only one water reservoir with a sufficient flow area. Ci Danau Cathcment Area is one of the important watershed in the Western Province of Banten. Most of the land cover changes that occurred toward the wake region, where the extent of increase from year to year. For vegetation (forest) is largely converted into vegetation (non-forest). Based on the analysis of land cover changes in hydrologic conditions, it turns out land cover changes affect the hydrological conditions. In this case affect the percentage ratio MNQ on rainfall and runoff coefficient. Changes in land cover conditions, the addition of an area where there has been awakened and also reduction of the forest vegetation. The relationship between the region woke up to the hydrologic conditions of the greater area woke up the greater runoff coefficient and also the greater the area woke up, the smaller the ratio of percentage MNQ on rainfall.
