ABSTRACT
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common cause of sexually transmitted disease in the world. In accordance to its oncogenic property, genital HPV is known to be low risk HPV (lr-HPV) and high risk HPV (hr-HPV). Condyloma acuminata is a sexually transmitted disease caused by HPV and has a high morbidity worldwide including in Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital. Most of condyloma acuminata caused by lr-HPV, although recently findings revealed a high proportion of hr-HPV in condyloma acuminata. Infection of hr-HPV in condyloma acuminata is one of risk factor for anogenital malignancy. This study aimed to obtain the proportion of hr-HPV in atypical lesion of condyloma acuminata in anogenital region at Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital with Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Real Time PCR was conducted on 21 atypical lesion from 20 subject. The proportion of hr-HPV from those lesions was 42,9% and HPV 16/18 was 23,8%. ;Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common cause of sexually transmitted disease in the world.

Epidermodysplasia verruciformis is a disease caused by the HPV virus (Human Papilloma Virus). This disease makes sufferers filled with warts so much that it can cover one part of the human body in certain parts. One treatment for this disease is cryotherapy where the safest method is used at this time. In this study, Epitop-based vaccines have been designed specifically for patients with Epidermodysplasia verruciformis, because no vaccine has been found for HPV 5, 8, 10 and 47 L1. Epitopes was selected from the capsid of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). B Cell Epitop Prediction was used with ABCPred, while T Cell was used with IEDB. This research was conducted by the molecular docking method using Molecular Operating Simulator (MOE) software with 3D Structure data taken from the Protein Data Bank (PDB). The results of epitope predictions for T cells from HPV 5, 8, 10, and 47 have been obtained, namely GTYKNQFYI 1, GMMKNQYYI 2, FTSPDIVAV 3, and YIQRTNIYY 2 for MHC I in sequence, while for MHC II are YKGLHFWDVDLTERL 4, ACRGLEISRGQPLGV 4, GVRSRSAVSVRKRPA 2, and NINFKALQHSRSDVS 1 in sequence. For B cells are VARVQSTDEYIQRTNI, KSPPKEKPDPYAKFNF, FVTVVDTTRSTNMCLC, and KSPPKEKVDPYKGLNF, respectively. The results of population coverage show coverage with an average of 97.04, PC90 of 2.02, and avarege_hit of 3.67."

Cervical cancer is cancer that grows in cells in the cervix. Globally, cervical cancer ranks as the fourth most common cancer among women in the world. Cervical cancer is caused by infection with the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), namely HPV types 16 and type 18. Research reveals that cervical cancer can be prevented by being given the complete HPV vaccine. There are several ways that can be done to control the spread of cervical cancer due to transmission of the HPV type 16/18 virus, one of which is by intervention with HPV vaccination. In this undergraduate thesis a mathematical model is used to discuss how to control cervical cancer with vaccination interventions. The model is constructed to be a mathematical model with a seven-dimensional system of
ordinary differential equations approach. From the model that has been constructed, an analytical study is carried out which includes an analysis of the existence and stability of the equilibrium points and their relationship to the basic reproduction number (R0). Then, numerical simulations were carried out which included elasticity and sensitivity analysis of the basic reproduction number and autonomous simulations. From the results of the analytical and numerical studies conducted, it was found that a high complete vaccination rate is an effective way to suppress the spread of cervical cancer due to the transmission of the HPV type 16/18 virus."
