"Kota Bogor mencatatkan kenaikan kasus positif Covid-19 cukup tinggi pada pekan terakhir Januari 2021. Pada Januari – Maret 2021, Pengawasan protokol kesehatan telah dilakukan oleh Satgas kepada lebih dari 2,5 juta jiwa masyarakat di Kota Bogor di 179.438 titik lokasi pemantauan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui fenomena geografi terkait kepatuhan dan pelanggaran masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan secara spasial serta menganalisa hubungan antara kepatuhan protokol kesehatan terhadap kasus Covid-19 yang terjadi di Kota Bogor. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif spasial dengan overlay hasil titik sebaran kepatuhan dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap toponimi POI, kernel density dan korelasi spearman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa kepatuhan protokol kesehatan di Kota Bogor sudah sangat baik dengan rata-rata persentase kepatuhan di angka 91,5% dan perkantoran menjadi lokasi tertinggi kepatuhan. Secara spasial pelanggaran dan kepatuhan membentuk pola penyebaran acak. Tempat olahraga/ RPTRA dan jalan umum menjadi pusat lokasi tertingi terjadinya pelanggaran protokol kesehatan. Kecamatan Tanah Sereal dan Bogor Barat berada pada rentang kelas tinggi terjadinya kasus positif di Kota Bogor. Hubungan jumlah kepatuhan protokol kesehatan dan kasus positif Covid-19 di Kota Bogor mempunyai korelasi kuat dengan nilai (r) = -0,568 dan mempunyai hubungan yang negatif.

Bogor city recorded a significant increase in Covid-19 cases in the last week of January 2021. In January-March 2021, more than 2.5 million people were monitored in 179,438 locations in Bogor City by Covid-19 task force. This study aims to describe the geographical phenomenon with spatial pattern analysis related community compliance with the health protocols and to analyse the relationship between health protocol compliance with Covid-19 cases in Bogor City. Author used descriptive spatial analysis with overlay the result of distribution point of compliance and non-compliance with toponym, kernel density and spearman correlation to describe the phenomenon. The results of the analysis found that compliance with health protocols in Bogor City was very good with an average compliance percentage of 91.5% and offices being the highest location for compliance. Sport venues / RPTRA and public roads are the highest locations for non-compliance of health protocols. Tanah Sereal and West Bogor Subdistricts are in the high-class range of Covid-19 cases in Bogor City. The relationship between the number of health protocols compliance and positive cases in Bogor City has a strong correlation with a value (r) = -0,568 and has a negative relationship."

"Situasi pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan karyawan menerapkan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan kerja sebagai cara untuk mengurangi potensi penularan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal psychological capital, work stress & leader member exchange terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT KAI DAOP 1 wilayah Jakarta yang dimediasi oleh kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan. Belum ada penelitian sebelumnya tentang kepatuhan karyawan terhadap protokol kesehatan covid khususnya di perusahaan transportasi. Teori-teori yang dibahas untuk mendukung penyusunan penelitian ini berupa teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan psychological capital, work stress & leader member exchange, dan productivity karyawan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 391 karyawan PT KAI di wilayah Daop 1 Jakarta dengan metode penelitian cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dan dilakukan dengan software Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara modal psikologis, stres kerja, dan pertukaran pemimpin anggota terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT KAI DAOP 1 wilayah jakarta yang dimediasi oleh kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan.

The Covid-19 pandemic situation requires employees to implement health protocols in the work environment as a way to reduce the potential for transmission. This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital, work stress, and leader member exchange on employee productivity at PT KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta area which is mediated by compliance with health protocols. There is no prior study about employee’s compliance towards covid health protocol, especially in transportation company. The theories discussed to support the preparation of this study are in the form of theories related to psychological capital, work stress, leader member exchange, compliance theory, and employee productivity. This study used respondents in the form of 391 employees of PT KAI in the Daop 1 Jakarta region with a cross-sectional research method using a questionnaire. The analysis of this study used SEM and was carried out with Lisrel 8.80 software. The results showed that there was a relationship between psychological capital, work stress, leader member exchange, and in employee productivity at PT KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta area which is mediated by compliance with health protocols."
