Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas kualitas pelayanan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kualitas pelayanan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok. Analisa yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori Servqual Parasuraman, Zeithaml, dan Berry. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei. Objek penelitian ini ialah Kepala Sekolah Negeri se-Kota Depok. Dalam proses pengolahan data, peneliti menggunakan SPSS versi 17 dengan uji Independent-Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok adalah buruk.

This research focused on the service quality Education Department of Depok City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality of Education Department of Depok City. The analysis was conducted based on the theory Servqual of Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry.This study used the approach of quantitative research with the type research is a descriptive research. Data collection techniques used was surveys. The object of this research is Head Master of Public School of Depok City. In processing the data, researchers used a SPSS version 17 with Independent-Sample T-Test. The result of this research showed that service quality of Education Department of Depok City is bad.
