"TINJAUAN KEAMANAN DAN KESELAMATAN DALAM PEMANFAATAN PERALATAN RENOGRAF TERPADU. Setiap pemanfaatan peralatan perlu adanya kepastian bahwa peralatan aman untuk dioperasikan dan terjaga keselamatan bagi pengguna. Tinjauan keamanan dan keselamatan dalam pemanfaatan peralatan renograf terpadu dilakukan untuk mengetahu potensi bahaya dan penanggulangannya. Metoda yang digunakan adalah mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya pada sistem elektronik, mekanik dan pemanfaatan bahan radioaktif, kemudian menentukan cara penanggulangannya. Hasil tinjauan terlihat adanya beberapa potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan, cedera pada pengguna bahkan masyarakat umum. Potensi bahaya tersebut dapat dieliminir dengan pemenuhan persyaratan perekayasaan, ketaatan terhadap standar produk, ketaatan terhadap prosedur dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dalam pemanfaatan bahan radioaktif.

REVIEW OF SECURITY AND SAFETY IN THE UTILIZATION OF INTEGRATED RENOGRAFPHY EQUIPMENT. All utilization of any equipment needs the guarantee that the operation and maintenance of the equipment is for the user. In this work, a review is conducted regarding the security and safety of the utilization of integrated renography equipment. The purpose is to determine the potential hazards present in an integrated renography equipment, and the needed hazard mitigation . The method used consisted of identification the potential hazards in electronic systems, mechanical system, and utilization of radioactive materials, followed by determination of means to overcome them. The review revealed the presence of some potential hazards that can cause accidents and injuries to the users and even to the general public. The potential hazard can be eliminated with the fulfillment of engineering requirements, conformance to product standards, conformance to procedures, and compliance with regulations in the use of radioactive material."

"This book provides insight on how disaster risk management can increase the resilience of society to various natural hazards. "Skripsi ini membahas Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Depok dengan melihat hasil pengamatan kelaikan analisis situasi yang dilakukan dengan kondisi ideal atau pengembangan tujuh prinsip HACCP untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keamanan makanan pasien dan dari potensi timbulnya bahaya fisik, biologi dan kimia yang bisa mempengaruhi kesembuhan pasien di RSUD Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan tujuan mengembangkan sistem HACCP di Unit Gizi RSUD Kota Depok.
Hasil pengamatan kelaikan higiene sanitasi penyelenggaraan makanan di RSUD Kota Depok adalah kelaikan higiene pekerja sebesar 65%, kelaikan sanitasi peralatan makan dan masak 80%, kelaikan sanitasi lingkungan fisik 70%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi pengadaan bahan makanan 80%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi penerimaan bahan makanan 90%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi penyimpanan bahan makanan 80%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi penyiapan bahan makanan 93%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi pengolahan bahan makanan 86%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi penyajian makanan 75%, kelaikan higiene sanitasi pengangkutan makanan 86% dan kelaikan higiene sanitasi pembuangan sampah dan air limbah adalah 80%. Setelah diketahuinya pengamatan kelaikan higiene sanitasi penyelenggaraan makanan dan kondisi ideal HACCP, maka dapat dilakukan pengembangan implementasi sistem HACCP dengan prosedur higiene sanitasi makanan yang ada di Unit Gizi RSUD Kota Depok."

"Salah satu bahaya yang sering melanda daerah pengembangan lapangan Panas Bumi adalah gerakan tanah. Secara alamiah daerah panas bumi adalah sangat rentan terhadap pergerakan tanah, karena daerah tersebut umumnya didaerah vulkanik, dimana jalur patahan banyak ditemukan dan kegiatan gempa bumi relatif tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebaran potensi bahaya gerakan tanah dan mengevaluasi tingkat bahayanya terhadap kegiatan pengembangan Panas Bumi didaerah Wayang Windu, Jawa Barat.
Ada enam lokasi potensi bahaya gerakan tanah telah di petakan, menyebar secara tidak teratur di daerah penelitian. Methoda yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat bahaya potensi gerakan tanah adalah dengan mengenalisa tingkat ketidakstabilan lereng dari masing-masing lokasi potensi gerakan tanah dan kemuadian mengenalisa tingkat kerugian terhadap property, manusia maupun lingkungan yang mungkin terjadi sebagai akibat gerakan tanah tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian dibuat program yang ter-integrasi untuk pencegahan, mitigasi atau perbaikan dalam rangka mengelola potensi bahaya tersebut.

Rock Movement Hazards Analysis at the Wayang Windu Geothermal Development FieldNaturally, geothermal development fields are susceptible to rock movement hazards because the areas are normally developed in volcanic regions, where fault structures are well developed and earthquake occurrence is highly intense. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential rock movement hazards and to assess the potential risk to property, employees, and possibly to the environment at the Wayang Windu geothermal development field, West Java.
Six (6) potential rock movement hazards were mapped, geographically disseminated from the north to the south in the field investigation. The method used to assess the level of potential rock movement hazards was to analyze the slope instability of every single potential landslide that was identified and then evaluate the level of potential loss or vulnerability to property, humans, and the environment associated with the identified potential landslides. From the results of the research, we will make a recommendation to management on the best, cost-effective way to manage the potential hazards.
