[Researchers are increasingly trying to improve our understanding of how environmental innovation can be generated and spread across markets. Most previous studies, however, have focused on technology and not on the actual instrument of change : the greentech firm. Philipp Hoff, author of the present study, attempts to correct this imbalance by providing insights into the emerging German greentech industry. [As one of the eighteen field-specific reports comprising the comprehensive scope of the strategic general report of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, this sub-report addresses long-range planning for developing science and technology in the field of advanced manufacturing technology. They each craft a roadmap for their sphere of development to 2050. In their entirety, the general and sub-group reports analyze the evolution and laws governing the development of science and technology, describe the decisive impact of science and technology on the modernization process, predict that the world is on the eve of an impending S&T revolution, and call for China to be fully prepared for this new round of S&T advancement. Based on the detailed study of the demands on S&T innovation in China’s modernization, the reports draw a framework for eight basic and strategic systems of socio-economic development with the support of science and technology, work out China’s S&T roadmaps for the relevant eight basic and strategic systems in line with China’s reality, further detail S&T initiatives of strategic importance to China’s modernization, and provide S&T decision-makers with comprehensive consultations for the development of S&T innovation consistent with China’s reality. Supported by illustrations and tables of data, the reports provide researchers, government officials and entrepreneurs with guidance concerning research directions, the planning process, and investment. Founded in 1949, the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the nation’s highest academic institution in natural sciences. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, industri konstruksi telah mengalami pergeseran menuju keberlanjutan dan inovasi teknologi ramah lingkungan karena keduanya merupakan aspek penting yang fokus pada tujuan mengurangi permasalahan lingkungan. Sebagai pengambil keputusan utama yang mempengaruhi pihak lain di bidang konstruksi, pemimpin perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan perspektif mereka untuk membentuk masa depan industri yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami perspektif unik dan kontribusi pemimpin perempuan terhadap inovasi teknologi ramah lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor konstruksi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara kualitatif dan analisis literatur untuk mengumpulkan wawasan dan pengalaman dari para pemimpin perempuan yang ditempatkan di beberapa posisi di bidang konstruksi termasuk arsitek dan insinyur. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran penting yang dimainkan oleh para pemimpin perempuan dalam memajukan inovasi teknologi ramah lingkungan, namun juga untuk memberdayakan para pemimpin perempuan untuk mendorong inovasi ramah lingkungan dan keberlanjutan dalam konstruksi serta mengatasi hambatan terkait gender. ......In recent years, construction industry has been undergoing a shift towards sustainability and green technology innovation as both are an important aspect that focus on the goals of reducing environment issues. As key-decision makers that influence others in the field of construction, women leaders play a pivotal role to put their perspective to shape the industry’s sustainable future. This study aims to understand the unique perspectives and contributions of women leaders towards the green technology innovation and sustainable development in construction sector. The method of this study use a qualitative interviews and literature analysis to gather insights and experiences from women leaders that placed in several positions in construction including architects and engineers. The findings of this study are anticipated to not only contributes to a better understanding of the critical role played by women leaders in advancing green technology innovation but also to empower women leaders to drive green innovation and sustainability in construction and overcome gender related barriers.
