"Pemanasan global, emisi karbon, dan menipisnya sumber daya alam telah menandai perubahan signifikan dalam cara industri memenuhi permintaan pasar. Dalam konteks ini penghijauan rantai pasokan telah mendapatkan perhatian para praktisi di banyak negara. Menurut laporan World Resources Institute pada 2014 rangking Indonesia sebagai negara penghasil emisi karbon (CO2) tertinggi dunia di bawah China, Amerika Serikat, Uni Eropa, India, dan Rusia. Total emisi karbon yang dihasilkan Indonesia adalah 2,05 miliar ton. Pemerintah juga telah mengatur regulasi terkait ini. Penelitian ini mendorong industri untuk memperluas sudut pandang kepedulian lingkungan dengan menerapkan konsep green supply chain management yang menekankan industri untuk menggunakan supplier yang juga memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Industri kaca harus mulai memikirkan bahwa semua material yang diperoleh yang berasal dari supplier telah menerapkan green process. Hal tersebut tercermin dalam adanya kriteria pemilihan green supplier dalam seleksi supplier. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk pembobotan dan perangkingan alternatif kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier yang menerapkan green process dan ramah lingkungan. Supplier dengan bobot prioritas tertinggi dipilih sebagai pemasok terbaik.
Global warming, carbon emissions, and depletion of natural resources have marked significant changes in the way industry meets market demand. In this context, greening the supply chain has gained the attention of practitioners in many countries. According to the report the World Resources Institute in 2014 ranked Indonesia as the worlds highest carbon emitter (CO2) under China, the United States, the European Union, India and Russia. The total carbon emissions produced by Indonesia are 2.05 billion tons. The government has also regulated these related regulations. This research encourages industry to expand the viewpoint of environmental concern by applying the green supply chain management concept which emphasizes the industry to use suppliers who also have environmental concerns. The glass industry must begin to think that all materials obtained from suppliers have implemented a green process. This is reflected in the existence of green supplier selection criteria in supplier selection. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used for weighting and ranking of alternative criteria in selecting suppliers that implement green processes and are environmentally friendly. The supplier with the highest priority weight is chosen as the best supplier."

"Industri elektronik adalah salah satu sektor industri yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia dan merupakan salah satu penggerak utama pertumbuhan ekonomi negara ini. Bisnis dan industri berperan dalam mempengaruhi lingkungan, terutama melalui rantai pasokan mereka agar dapat terus menerus bertahan dan memenangkan persaingan. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) adalah metode untuk meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan di seluruh rantai pasokan GSCM diharapkan dapat mengurangi atau menghilangkan limbah, termasuk bahan kimia beracun, emisi, energi, dan limbah padat tetapi penerapan GSCM tidak mudah dan membutuhkan biaya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis pengukuran kesiapan penerapan GSCM pada perusahaan elektronik. Penelitian dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan elektronik yang berlokasi di Depok yang bergerak di bidang perancangan dan produksi alat ukur kerusakan dan penunjang maintenance. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan pembobotan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) kemudian dihitung nilai kesiapan penerapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 50 indikator pengukuran kesiapan penerapan. Hasil nilai kesiapan penerapan untuk GSCM diperoleh sebesar 421,334 dimana menurut literatur perhitungan quartil terletak diantara Q2 dan Q3 yang berarti perusahaan siap menerapkan praktik GSCM.
Electronics industry is one of industrial sectors developed rapidly in Indonesia and is one of the main drivers of this country's economic growth. Business and industry play a role in influencing the environment, especially through their supply chains. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a principes for improving environmental performance throughout the supply chain. GSCM is expected to reduce or eliminate waste, including toxic chemicals, emissions, energy and solid waste throughout the supply chain, but implementing GSCM is not easy and costly. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis to measure the readiness to implement GSCM in electronics companies. This research was conducted at an electronics company located in Depok which is engaged in the design and production of damage measuring and maintenance tools. The research was carried out using Likert scale and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting is carried out and then the implementation readiness value is calculated. The results show that there are 50 indicators for measuring policy welfare. The result of the readiness value for implementing GSCM was obtained at 421.334, where according to the accounting literature the quartile is located between Q2 and Q3, which means the company is ready to implement GSCM practices."

"Data produksi mobil pada tahun 2022 menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan jumlah produksi dan penjualan dari tahun ke tahun. Industri otomotif di Indonesia saat ini merupakan sektor penting non-migas yang memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian nasional, saat ini Indonesia didukung oleh 22 perusahaan industri kendaraan bermotor roda empat. Semakin tinggi tingkat poduksi maka emisi CO2 yang dihasilkan juga semakin tinggi. Saat ini, sektor transportasi dan sektor industri memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap emisi CO2. Solusi implementasi GSCM perlu dilakukan, namun banyaknya kriteria dalam implementasi GSCM mempersulit pelaku industri dalam memutuskan keputusan strategis perusahaan, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai critical success factors dalam implementasi GSCM di industri otomotif Indonesia dan melihat hubungan antar faktor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Decision Making Trial and Evaluaion Laboatory (DEMATEL) berbasis Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa critical success factors secara bobot global adalah perspektif manajemen puncak dengan bobot global 4,9% dan secara bobot dimensi adalah green transportation and distribution dengan bobot lokal 20,5%.
Car production data in 2022 shows that there will be an increase in production and sales from year to year. The automotive industry in Indonesia is currently an important non-oil and gas sector which has a major contribution to the national economy. Currently, Indonesia is supported by 22 four-wheeled motor vehicle industry companies. The higher the level of production, the higher the CO2 emissions produced. Currently, the transportation sector and industrial sector have a large impact on CO2 emissions. Solutions for implementing GSCM need to be implemented, however, the many criteria in implementing GSCM make it difficult for industry players to decide on company strategic decisions, so further research needs to be done regarding critical success factors in implementing GSCM in the Indonesian automotive industry and looking at the relationship between factors. The method used in this research is the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of this research show that the critical success factor in global weight is the top management perspective with a global weight of 4.9% and in terms of dimensional weight it is green transportation and distribution with a local weight of 20.5%."

Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 70 responden yang merupakan pemilik dan manajer dari UKM dengan bidang usaha umum yang berlokasi di JABODETABEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas reverse logistics dan green manufacturing terhadap operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap supply chain performance. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung dari reverse logistics dan green manufacturing terhadap supply chain performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan dan pemilihan atas aktivitas yang tepat dalam penerapan GSCM pada UKM di JABODETABEK, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif performa dari operasional UKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara langsung performa dari rantai pasokan UKM.

The results obtained are there are positive effects of the activities of reverse logistics and green manufacturing on operational performance and there is a positive effect of operational performance on supply chain performance. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed the direct influence of reverse logistics and green manufacturing on supply chain performance. These results indicate the need for planning and selection of appropriate activities in GSCM implementation for SMEs in JABODETABEK, through the application of appropriate GSCM activities in SME activities that can positively influence the performance of SME operations, and even directly influence the performance of SME supply chains.

Colored Petri Net (CPN) dari model GSCM tersebut dikembangkan, alasan untuk menggunakan CPN daripada Petri nets biasa adalah karena memungkinkan pelekatan data (atau warna). Tesis ini mengembangkan model CPN untuk jaringan GSCM, dan memverifikasinya dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari penelitian lain sebagai studi kasus untuk membandingkan hasil simulasi rantai pasok ke depan. Setelah model tersebut terbukti serupa, dan oleh karena itu dapat mewakili rantai pasok yang sebenarnya. Model CPN diperluas menjadi CPN jaringan GSCM dengan menggunakan data yang sama dengan studi kasus. Hasil dari simulasi menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan
reverse logistic dalam jaringan rantai pasok untuk menjadikannya sebagai jaringan GSCM adalah hal yang memungkinkan dan berpotensi menguntungkan perusahaan.
Green supply chain is an emerging approach in supply chain management to reduce environmental impact of the process concerning the flow of goods and material. It is considered as a discrete-event system. One possible tool to model discrete-event systems is Petri nets. A Colored Petri Net (CPN) model of the said green supply chain model is developed, the reason to use a CPN rather than ordinary Petri nets is because it allows the attachment of data (or color). This thesis developed a CPN model for a GSCM network, and verify it by using a secondary data from another research as a case study to compare the results of the forward supply chain simulations. After the model is proven to be similar, and therefore representative of the real supply chain. The CPN model are expanded to be a GSCM network CPN using the same data as the case study. The results of the simulation indicated that implementing reverse logistic in a supply chain network to make it a GSCM network is possible and potentially beneficial to the company."

"Salah satu penyumbang pencemaran lingkungan di negara berkembang adalah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang disebabkan oleh proses rantai pasok yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai praktik green supply chain management (GSCM) terhadap kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Terutama untuk meneliti dengan adanya ecocentricity dan traceability rantai pasok yang memoderasi antara praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional. Metode judgement sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan terdapat 93 responden yang berkontribusi. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara daring dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pemodelan Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik green supply chain management memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional UMKM industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Ecocentricity rantai pasok memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional. Namun, traceability rantai pasok tidak memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional.
One of the contributors to environmental pollution in developing countries is micro, small, and medium enterprises caused by supply chain processes that are not environmentally friendly. This study discusses green supply chain management (GSCM) practices on environmental performance and operational costs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food and beverage industry. Especially to examine the existence of supply chain ecocentricity and traceability that moderates GSCM practices with environmental performance and operational costs. The judgment sampling method was used in this study, and 93 respondents contributed. Research questionnaires were distributed online, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that green supply chain management practices have a significant relationship to environmental performance and operational costs of MSMEs in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. Supply chain ecocentricity moderates the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operating costs. However, supply chain traceability does not moderate the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operational costs."

Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan pengaruh langsung dari logistik terbalik dan manufaktur hijau hingga kinerja rantai pasokan. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya perencanaan dan pemilihan kegiatan yang tepat dalam penerapan GSCM pada UKM di JABODETABEK, melalui implementasi kegiatan GSCM yang tepat dalam kegiatan UKM dapat berdampak positif kinerja operasional UKM, bahkan secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja dari rantai pasokan UKM.

Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dari GSCM terhadap business performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan atas aktivitas dalam penerapan GSCM pada UMKM di Jawa Barat, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UMKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif environmental dan operasional performance UMKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung performa dari business performance UMKM.

This study used a data analysis method in the form of Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL version 8.80 software. The results obtained are that there is a positive effect of GSCM activities on environmental performance and operational performance and a positive effect of operational performance on business performance. In addition, the analysis results also show the indirect effect of GSCM business performance. These results indicate the need for planning for activities in the application of GSCM to MSMEs in West Java, the proper application of GSCM in MSME activities can positively affect the environmental and operational performance of MSMEs, even indirectly affect the performance of MSME business performance."
