Abstrak :
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap job performance karyawan tetap non-manajerial PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk. Pada penelitian ini, variabel employee engagement diukur melalui perangkat Gallup Q12 oleh Gallup (2016), sedangkat untuk variabel job performance diukur oleh 8 dimesi job performance utama oleh Gomes (2003). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia yang telah bekerja minimal selama 1 tahun. Pada penelitian ini, data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel job performance pada karyawan PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk.

This research aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on job performance of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk. employees. In this research, the independent variable is employee engagement, and the dependent variable is job performance. The employee engagement variable is measured based on Gallup Q12 by Gallup (2016), while job performance variable is measured based on 8 major job performance dimensioner by Gomes (2003). This research use a quantitative approach, and a questionnaire is used as a research instrument. The subject of this research are employees of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk who have worked for at least a year. In this research, the data are analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, evaluation analysis and simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research prove that employee engagement has a significant effect on job performance of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia Tbk Employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan faktor perilaku pekerja seperti usia, lama kerja, penggunaan alat pelindung telinga, rotasi kerja, riwayat penyakit DM/Hipertensi, dan tingkat kebisingan dengan gangguan pendengaran di Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia GMF AeroAsia tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan melibatkan 73 pekerja di area power service yang terpapar tingkat kebisingan.
