"ABSTRAKThe research of autocad 2017 application for the learning of technical drawing in electrical engineering department aimed to know the accuracy level of drawing result, convenience, speed, neatness and advantage of making the technical drawing by using Autocad 2017 as well as to know the students understanding of Autocad. The benefit of this research is to know college students response toward Autocad so that to the lecturers can prepare the college students who are capable and skilled in designing and drawing the objects using autocad in the industry. The object of this research is Autocad 2017 software which will be applied in learning technical drawing. The research method is the comparison method that comparing the manual drawing by using conventional drawing tools with Autocad 2017, comparison the Autocad 2016 with Autocad 2017 as well as comparison the college student test score for technical drawing courses before and after using autocad. The accuracy of the drawing results for the dimensions of length and angle are 100% accurate of the expected size. The speed of finishing the drawing by using the autocad is three to 10 times faster than be manual way, convenience, neatness, and visualization is better with using autocad, while its comparison with the autocad 2016, Autocad 2017 is better in terms of smart centerlines, center mark, smart dimensioning and import files with pdf extension. Scores isobtained by college students before and after the using of autocad 2017 showed the average grade of EL 1C college student in the academic year 2017/2018 was 90 from the total college students as many as 27 peoples, the lowest was 85, they were as many as 7,41 % while the highest score of 95 was 18,52 % before using Autocad the college students average score wa 77, the lowest score was 75, only as much as 7 % while the highest value was 79, they were as much as 19 %. This shows that the application of Autocad in learning technical drawing is beside as provision and added value for college students, the application of autocad gives interest and enthusiasm of college students in understanding every matter in technical drawings."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang efektifnya penanganan dokumen gambar teknik pada pusat arsip development department PT PAM LYONNAISE JAYA ( PALYJA ). Masalah bentuk fisik dokumen gambar teknik yang berbeda dengan dokumen lain yang berbasis bahan kertas merupakan masalah utama yang harus dicari solusinya dalam konteks penyimpanan, penataan dan temu kembali dokumen tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini diarahkan untuk membuat sistem kearsipan secara menyeluruh khususnya mengenai sistem penyimpanan dan penataan dokumen gambar teknik di tempat tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat studi kasus sehingga tidak perlu digeneralisasikan ke konteks lain. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara kualitatif. Dokumen gambar teknik dengan berbagai macam bentuk fisik dan isinya merupakan obyek dari peneltian ini. Pembahasan dalarn penelitian ini merupakan suatu analisis untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang merupakan hasil penggabungan dari ketiga model pengumpulan data yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Pembahasan tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa dokumen gambar teknik memerlukan suatu teknik tersendiri dalam penyimpanannya seperti digulung, mendatar, ataupun vertikal. Tempat penyimpanan dokumen jenis ini pun harus mempunyai tempat khusus terpisah dari jenis dokumen lain seperti drawer cabinets, vertical cabinets, dan gulungan. Begitu pula dengan masalah penataan harus disesuaikan dengan kaidah-_kaidah kearsipan yang berlaku. Dengan memperhatikan hal-hal tersebut maka proses temu kembali dengan menggunakan sarana temu kembali akan berjalan dengan efektif. Semua itu tentunya hams disesuaikan juga dengan keadaan di pusat arsip yang bersangkutan."

"ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pelaksanaan penataan dan penyimpanan arsip gambar teknik di Pusat Arsip PTAngkasa Pura II Persero . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif berbentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan penataan dan penyimpanan arsip gambar teknik yang telah dilakukan oleh Pusat Arsip dan Unit Kerja Teknik Sipil di PT Angkasa Pura II Persero belum sesuai dengan pedoman dan standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, penataan dan penyimpanan arsip gambar tidak berjalan secara optimal sehingga menghambat proses temu kembali arsip gambar teknik saat dibutuhkan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan arsip gambar teknik yang dihadapi oleh petugas arsip maupun karyawan unit kerja teknik sipil membuat permasalahan ini tidak segera terselesaikan. Pusat Arsip sebagai unit kearsipan di PT Angkasa Pura II harus segera melakukan perbaikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan secara menyeluruh termasuk arsip gambar teknik agar tidak terhambatnya kegiatan bisnis yang dilakukan perusahaan.

ABSTRAKThe purpose of this research is to describe implementation of the arrangement and storage of architectural archives in PT Angkasa Pura II Persero Record Center. This study uses a descriptive research method in the form of a case study with qualitative approach. Researchers used data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the arrangement and storage of architectural archives carried out by the Record Center and the Civil Engineering Unit at PT Angkasa Pura II Persero is not in accordance with the guidelines and the applicable standards. Therefore, the arrangement and storage of the archives are not sorted optimally, thus inhibiting the process of retrieving the architectural archives when required. Due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of managing the architectural archives, the complications encountered by archival officers and employees of the civil engineering work unit have not been promptly resolved. The Record Center, as the archive unit in PT Angkasa Pura II, should immediately make improvements to the archive management as a whole, including the architectural archives so as not to hinder business activities undertaken by the company."
