Abstrak :
Oksidasi merupakan fenomena kerusakan minyak/lemak yang tidak dapat dihindarkan. Telah dilakukan pengamatan pengaruh oksidari termal pada 200oC selama 0, 2l 5 dan 9 jam terhadap perubahan sifat fisika kimia fraksi monomer dan dimer minyak sawit jagung kedelai dan bunga matahari. Hasil analisi menunjukkan bahwa sifat fisika kimia dan kandungan asam lemak minyak yang digunakan sesuai dengan standar codex alimentus. Fraksimasi dengan kolom kromatografi didapatkan frakso monomer dimer dan oligomer presentasi monomer yang terbentuk menurun dengan bertambah lamanya oksidari sebaiknya terjadi peningkatan dimer dan obligomer. Uji anova dan arah menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sangat nyata antar jenis minyak dan antar lama pemanasan pada prosentasi fraksi yang terbentuk perubahan indeks bias angka peroksida dan total karbonil seluruh fraksi monomer dan dimer kecuali perubahan indeks bias pada fraksi monomer. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa fraksi dimer merupakan fraksi yang lebih teroksidasi dibanding dengan monomernya.
Oxidation is a process to the oil and fat alteration. The influence of thermal oxidation at 200 o C for 0.2.5.and 9 hours to the physico-chemical prprieties of palm, soybean,corn and sun flower oils were observed.The results showed that the fatty acid content and physico-chemical properties os fresh oil was similar to the industrial standard according to the codex alimentus. The fresh and heated oils were fractonated by column chromatography to the monomer. dimer and oligomer fracctions. during oxidation, the precentage of manomer decreased and on the of the kind the dimer and oligomer products increased. Two ways anova of manomer and dimer refraction show different significance between the type of oil and time of oxidation to the % fractions formation,refraction index,perixode, value and total carbonyl.The data showed that the dimer is more oxidized fraction than manomer.

Abstrak :
The primary aim of this research is to synthesis composite anthill-chicken eggshell catalyst, which is characterized and employed for the synthesis of biodiesel from waste frying oil. The as-synthesized catalyst was characterized using various characterization techniques, such as X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Fourier transform infrared radiation (FTIR), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Basicity. The influence of different reaction parameters on the catalytic reaction, reaction time, catalyst loading and reaction temperature in the range of 50–75°C were studied at fixed methanol/oil ratio of 6:1. The experimental data obtained showed that at reaction time of 2 h, catalyst loading of 5 wt% and reaction temperature of 60°C, the biodiesel yield was 70%. The synthesized catalyst was found to convert low-grade oil into biodiesel via a single-step transesterification process, and its activity has the potential for improvement.
