"Penelitian ini membahas kondisi kerja yang dialami oleh animator freelance dalam industri anime Jepang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang kondisi kerja animator Jepang freelance serta menguraikan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh animator. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis persepsi animator Jepang freelance terhadap kerja afektif yang membuat mereka bertahan pada kondisi kerja yang rentan tereksploitasi. Teori eksploitasi dan affective labor digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kondisi kerja animator freelance Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat studi literatur dengan menggunakan data resmi yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah Jepang, hasil survei lembaga, buku, artikel jurnal, video dan wawancara. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kerja animator freelance dengan gaji yang rendah dan jam kerja yang panjang menjadi masalah utama bagi animator sejak tahun 1950-an hingga saat ini. Berbagai upaya perbaikan telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah hingga organisasi non-profit untuk membantu animator. Namun, sulit bagi animator freelance untuk mendapatkan gaji yang sesuai dengan standar karena adanya sistem komite produksi. Selain itu, adanya perasaan afektif terhadap pekerjaan, membuat animator tetap bertahan dalam kondisi kerja yang rentan tereksploitasi.

This study examines the working conditions experienced by freelance animators in the Japanese anime industry. This study aimed to analyze the working conditions of Japanese freelance animators and describe the efforts made to overcome the problems faced by animators. This study also examines the perceptions of Japanese freelance animators on affective work that makes them survive the working conditions vulnerable to exploitation. The theory of exploitation and affective labor is used in this study to examine the working conditions of Japanese freelance animators. This study uses a qualitative method of literature study using official data published by the Japanese government, results of institutional surveys, books, journal articles, videos, and interviews. The study results show that working conditions for freelance animators with low salaries and long working hours have been a significant problem for animators from the 1950s until today. The government and non-profit organizations have made various improvement efforts to help animators. However, it is difficult for freelance animators to get a standard salary because of the production committee system. The existence of an affective feeling towards work makes animators survive in working conditions that are vulnerable to exploitation."

"This study aims to determine the perception and interest of Indonesian society towards "Gig Work" or freelance work and the factors that influence it. This study uses data collection in the form of a Survey that is distributed freely through Google Form. This study analyzes each variable univariately and also introduces several control variables so that the process uses Probability Unit Regression (Probit) which compares gender, marital status, and also education level. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the most determining factor in someone's interest in gig work is motivation based on economic needs. This finding is consistent with the understanding that motivation based on financial needs has a positive impact on someone's interest in a job, and in this study, the job is gig work.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaetahui persepsi dan ketertarikan masyarakt Indonesia terhadap “Gig Work” atau pekejraan lepas dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dalam bentuk dari Survei yang disebarkakn secara lepas melalui Google Form. Penelitian ini menganalisa setiap variabel secara univariat dan juga mengenalkan beberapa variabel kontrol agar yang di proses menggunakan Probability Unit Regression (Probit) yang membandingkan antara jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, dan juga tingkat pendidikan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang paling menentukan ketertarikan seseorang terhadap gig work adalah motivasi yang berdasakran pada kebutuhan ekonomi. Temuan ini konsisten dengan pemahaman bahwa motivasi yang berlandaskan kebutuhan finansial memiliki dampak positif terhadap ketertarikan seseorang kepada sebuah pekerjaan, dan pada studi ini, pekerjaan tersebut adalah gig work atau pekerjaan lepas."

"Tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya tindakan hukum yang dilakukan karyawan freelance Notaris yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi klien Notaris, sehingga dalam tesis ini dibahas mengenai analisis status karyawan freelance Notaris, hubungan hukum antara Notaris dengan karyawan freelance Notaris, juga tanggung jawab Notaris terhadap karyawan freelance Notaris. Dalam hal ini dilakukan analisis terhadap perkara yang termuat dalam Putusan Majelis Pengawas Wilayah Notaris Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor : 01/Pts/Mj.PWN.Prov.DKI Jakarta/I/2015. Jenis penelitian dari tesis ini adalah penelitian hukum dengan menggunakan bentuk penelitian yuridis-normatif dan tipe penelitian deskriptif-analitis. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah hubungan hukum yang terjadi antara Notaris dan karyawan freelance Notaris merupakan hubungan subordinasi yang terikat dengan perjanjian kerja, dimana pekerjaan karyawan freelance Notaris dapat berubah-ubah sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan oleh Notaris sehingga penghasilan yang diterimanya didasarkan pada hasil pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan dan juga jumlah hari bekerja karyawan freelance Notaris tersebut. Terhadap tindakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh karyawan freelance Notaris, Notaris hanya bertanggung jawab berdasarkan tanggung jawab profesi sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris, sedangkan apabila terjadi kesalahan yang menimbulkan kerugian terhadap klien Notaris dan disebabkan oleh karyawan freelance Notaris maka menjadi tanggung jawab dari karyawan freelance Notaris tersebut.

In this case, analysis and comparison are conducted toward the consideration of judges in deciding the case which contained in the Region Supervisior Council of DKI Jakarta Number: 01/Pts/Mj.PWN.Prov.DKI Jakarta/I/2015. This thesis is a legal research, which uses a juridical-normative form and a descriptive-analytics type. As for the result of obtained from research is the legal relation that occurred between the Notary and employees freelance Notary is relations the subordination that bound with a work, where employment employees freelance Notary can change depending on with commanded by a notary so income he received based on hard work that has already been settled and also the number of days work employees freelance Notary. To the action of law done by employees freelance Notary, Notary only be responsible based on responsibility profession as regulated by law office notary and the code of conduct Notary, and if an error occurred which have inflicted losses to clients notary and caused by employees freelance Notary so is the responsibility of an employee freelance Notary."
